Vacation rentals with lake access in Tulum

What a little gem! A real taste of local life, but close to the touristed spots. Gorgeous wild beach across the highway. Kim is super helpful and pool is awesome. Beds and couch so comfy! Highly recommend.

I stayed at this house with 5 friends and we had such an amazing stay! The hosts were very helpful for our check in and responsive throughout our stay. The house was beautiful and clean, there was a ton of space for us to spread out and the location was beautiful. We spent a lot of time in the pool and in the nearby lagoon and it was great to have the lagoon as a swimming option that was within walking distance. It was the perfect spot for our group & made even better by how kind and helpful the on site hosts were. Highly recommend!

Best vacation place we’ve stayed at. Host literally thought of all scenarios. We forgot sunblock she had some available. The home had a homie vibe. Everything was clean beds were comfy! They provided extra blankets towels. Absolutely will be there again soon.

everything was perfect in the house the road in is a little ruff and path to cenote is now not accessible. I love the peacefulness of the location away from the hustle and noise of town. a vehicle is a must but short drive to town and beaches. I recommend this location to people that like peace and quite.I had great stay and would definitely come back

Great place to be in the jungle of Tulum and enjoy all the beauty of the Riviera Maya. The house is beautiful, well equipped and with super fast and reliable internet. If you ideally need a car para mobilizarte by being outside Tulum. Full recommended.

Alvaro's family house is charming and authentic. The team on site is friendly. The chef cooks very, very well, and it is essential to use his services, because there is nothing around the property. Don't think about a restaurant, a store, or access to Tulum. The property is very far from everything and the road is super difficult to access (3 hours of road with holes, our children were sick..). On the way back, we took a boat on the lagoon, it was expensive but so much better than the car. Alvaro organized everything, he's great, much more than just a host. Overall, we had an amazing experience, very peaceful and authentic. We loved it !!

An amazing place with a private access to the Yalku lagoon. The house is very well equipped and the main room is fantastic. We found everything we needed and Emma was very responsive to our needs.

Lovely house with a community vibe and local cenotes and a friendly village in an area that is otherwise quite developed. The house is simple but had everything we need in a convenient but relaxed setting. Downsides are low water pressure for the showers and slightly road noise due to the proximity, but both these are made up for by the general vibe of sitting out on the patio, the gorgeous small cenotes within walking distance (not on maps), the fantastic beach over the road (although decent hike, car better) and easy access to everything. Get cash out before coming

Nice place, clean and crystal clear new pool facilities, as an extra has a cenote , the location close to everything from downtown and the beach. And restaurants

I really enjoyed my stay and the care provided before, during and after. The apartment is beautiful, new, clean and comfortable. It has everything to feel at home, use the kitchen amenities and excellent, the building is very accessible, easy to get to, the gym well equipped, the nice pool. I highly recommend it, it also has 24hrs security and all the staff are very friendly, they had bike rentals with which you can tour the hotel zone and the Tulum National Park. 10/10. Thank you so much for everything.

The apartment and the complex are amazing. We had a really good stay with my family. Don’t hesitate with another airbnb in Tulum, this one is spacious, beautiful and clean. We enjoyed everything there !!

Xalet is a beautiful complex, and is in a great location as your 15 minutes away from the beach clubs and 20 minutes away from downtown tulum. Oscar was great along with the concierge at xalet, who gave us many recommendations and also helped us get extra items in our room when we needed them. Highly recommend staying here, the pool areas, cenote and gym are all very nice! our room was perfect had all the basic needs and was clean. We were also nervous from other reviews about construction noise but we did not hear any all week that we were here. So I was very happy about that.

We enjoyed staying here. We came here twice. It's good value for money and a spacious appartment. The pool is nice and it's quiet at night. I think the kitchen could use some sharper knifes and a towel for drying dishes but other than that it was perfect for us. Especially the large bed! We could use Netflix and were close to the supermarket and the car rental companies.

Perfect location in a secure complex with a nice pool & gym. The unit was spacious, comfortable, had fast WiFi and an awesome balcony too. I would recommend bringing your own shower supplies, but otherwise it was a great trip. There was a delicious bowl/smoothie bar 0.5 miles away called Matcha Mama I would recommend highly. Oscar was awesome - friendly, helpful & easy to work with.

Mario is super responsive and helpful. Helpful with questions even not regarding the condo. Super clean and friendly staff around the building. Would stay again

I would most definitely come back thw place looks like the photos and was very private. We got an atv to get around but they had bikes as well. The restaurant was very good and any questions we had they respond very quick ! Will book again.
