Vacation rentals with lake access in Tulum

The host is always very responsive, villa is nice with 3 rooms with own bathroom, so perfect to stay with 3 couples. Beach is close by, but Akumal lagoon is more beautiful to swim with turtles.

everything was perfect in the house the road in is a little ruff and path to cenote is now not accessible. I love the peacefulness of the location away from the hustle and noise of town. a vehicle is a must but short drive to town and beaches. I recommend this location to people that like peace and quite.I had great stay and would definitely come back

My stay at this Airbnb was just amazing. The apartment exceeded all my expectations: clean, comfortable, well equipped and with lovely decor. The location couldn't be better, just a few steps from the beach and very close to downtown, which made everything very accessible. I especially want to emphasize the kindness of the hosts. They were always available to answer my questions and resolve any details that came up, which made me feel very welcome and cared for throughout my stay. Super friendly guy who answered my call to help me get in! I would definitely love to come back. It was a wonderful experience and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Excellent home for those who want to disconnect from routine concrete jungle materialistic world .. it has been decades since living in a place which is so much connected to the nature with 4 miles of private beach , no microwave so u can rather eat or cook the food naturally , no cell tower signals , so u connect to the world with host provided starlink internet, with each bedroom equipped with ACs, total home easily supports 12 to 15 people to stay , it’s a wonderful and one of unique experience those who want to disconnect from routine lifestyle .. the staff is very friendly for those who are visiting with big groups family and friends it’s a nice place from Mayan arch in tulum beach area it would take 90mins on a very bad rough road but worth the drive .. we would love to visit the place again ..

We had an amazing time at Casa Zaba. Would highly recommend it to everyone. Hard to find beautiful beach front property in the hotel zone in Tulum. Walkable to beach bars. The staff was amazing, very responsive, and attentive. You can not go wrong with this place.

Incredible stay. Finding the house was very difficult as each one looks so similar and don't have numbers indicating the houses address. the security on site didnt know much about the property so he couldn't help. We spent 2 hours after sunset outside looking for keys and the right house until manager was able to come and let us in. Manger is very kind and helpful. Private pool was not working but the shared pools were amazing. Excellent stay but I would recommend labeling the front door with numerals to ensure you're at the right place and add a lockbox to store keys instead of hiding them at the property. would be so much more helpful for guests who arrive later.

Super recommended. Location on paved street, and only 5 minutes from the hotel zone. By the way there are self-service stores. Super good facilities, in optimal condition, very clean both the listing and the condominium itself. Very nice to take pictures with walkways with greenery. The cenote is a special point, to meditate and relax. It is open you can swim in it, not huge but perfect for 2 to 4 people, I was always alone. The restaurant offers excellent quality food. The accommodation is very clean, equipped, very clean bathroom, very good internet, complete and functional kitchen. The terrace super nice to relax, read, and the outside jacuzzi super clean and comfortable temperature. Totally recommended!

I really loved this place and it was everything we were looking for. It was very conveniently located to go anywhere we wanted throughout Tulum as well as being comfortable, safe, and private with the rear patio and plunge pool. The condo was equivalent to staying in a luxury resort with comfortable mattresses, linens, plush pillows, and spa quality towels. The co-host Mario was fantastic and so helpful providing information and recommendations!

Very nice place and great attention from Oscar. Recommended to stay and relax. The facilities are spectacular and there is a lot of freedom in them. A very pleasant stay.

The location was perfect. The host was so kind and very responsive. We loved our stay.

We enjoyed staying here. We came here twice. It's good value for money and a spacious appartment. The pool is nice and it's quiet at night. I think the kitchen could use some sharper knifes and a towel for drying dishes but other than that it was perfect for us. Especially the large bed! We could use Netflix and were close to the supermarket and the car rental companies.

*Absolutely Amazing* Ideal for this quiet-loving couple. Gorgeous spot right on the beach, direct views and sound of waves from both bedroom and living room. Fabulous design and amenities. Kind, attentive, respectful staff. Easy access down unpaved road. Get quickly to groceries, activities then back to peaceful home base. Terrific restaurants immediately adjacent and easy walk down the beach. Turtle is 2nd floor (stairs) with 1 BR, 1.5 bath. Other 1 BRs on 1st floor. Highly recommend if you like a quiet spot for adventures and/or relaxation

Luis Carlos is a great host-communicates clearly, responsive and very easy to deal with. The apartment is exactly as listed-modern, clean and well-equipped in a complex that is beautifully landscaped and feels very safe. I would recommend both the host and this apartment and would stay here again if I visited Tulum.

I loved the complex and tmb the studio! I would stay again here, Yesica's service was incredible was always attentive and supported me with many tourist recommendations!!
