Loft vacation rentals in Tulum

this property was perfect for our family. kids loved the pool, it was peaceful and quiet, wifi super fast, the beach was less than 10 minute ride by car. Tulum was like 20 minutes away, although we preferred Akumal west of highway, which felt more authentic. would definitely stay there again.

This location is very convenient, close to the nightlife and restaurants but not loud. The outdoor/open air living room with hammock, and two balconie, is very cool. Great all around experience for the price.

I had an incredible month-long stay at this Airbnb in Tulum’s La Veleta neighborhood. The area is filled with amazing restaurants, all within walking distance. I loved that I could explore the neighborhood entirely on foot—it's very safe and walk-friendly. The experience was everything I hoped for, and I’m already looking forward to coming back soon!

Our stay was amazing! We loved everything about the place, the community was lovely and very well maintained. Daria was brilliant - very informative and sent a lot of information about the building access, local surroundings and the complex making the whole process very smooth. Check in and out were seamless thanks to this. Our stay was great - the residence has very close access to two pools with a lap pool and yoga area a short walk away. The condo had everything we needed, was clean, air con worked brilliantly, the doors between the bedroom and living room sufficient for our baby to stay asleep in the evenings. Daria is a fantastic host and this represents brilliant value for money

Came an hour prior to checkin. Ron was there to meet us and let us in. The place is clean. It is located at the end of the strip, but is less than a 5 minute walk to the first restaurant. Host sent a guide via email prior to our stay. It was very helpful for things to do in the area. Pack light, there is a spiral staircase to get to the top floor. Good experience and great host. I absolutely loved my stay here. The place was exquisitely comfortable and stylish. It my was boyfriends birthday and they even provided balloon decorations and a bottle of wine at no extra charge. It was so thoughtful. Thank you for that. There was a lot of construction around but the place is super comfortable and very private. The house comes fully equipped with dishes, pots and pans. The hotel area and the beach are like 25 minutes in car, not too bad. Tulum is about 5 minutes, there you can find grocery stores and other small restaurants and bars. Communication was super fast and they were quick to respond when we needed a recommendation for taxi and even bike rentals. Overall, I really recommend this place. Very stylish and comfortable.

Daniel’s listing was perfect… about 12 minutes from bars & food places and 20ish from beach/ day beach clubs and 40 minutes from the Tulum Airport. Place was just as the pictures, the staff had a Lady who was AMAZING she helped me with taxis and pretty much anything I needed (we spoke through Google translate) she was very patient & professional. Definitely recommend, price point was GREAT TOO!

Excellent stay! This place is a total gem. It is masterfully decorated and is as good as it gets for Tulum.

Really enjoyed staying here. It was the perfect escape away from the hustle and bustle of the beach and downtown. Was glad to have rented an SUV as the unpaved roads to get to the place were not the easiest to navigate with large potholes- especially after a lot of rain. Stayed here during Hurricane Beryl and the place withstood the storm great. AC was amazing and much appreciated. Really enjoyed all aspects of this place. Some of the best communication with hosts I have ever had as they were friendly, responsive and very proactive with recommendations. They went out of their way to check in on me during the hurricane which was greatly appreciated.

My experience was great! The studio is superbly located and easy to find. The attention was excellent from the start, and the place was very clean and comfortable. The full kitchen was very helpful, and the rooftop with the pool really enjoyed it! Everything is exactly like it looks in the pictures. It exceeded my expectations and really made my visit to Tulum amazing. Also, the wifi of excellent speed allowed me to work without a problem. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you, I loved it!

Milas place was wonderful for a workation. Fast WiFi, peaceful surroundings and well stocked to make food, relax, get things done and drop down to Aldea Zama for a nice meal or yoga class. The location is ideal if you’re working remote, lots of expats walking around Aldea Zama, prices are much more reasonable than in the hotel zone and as a solo female I felt very safe walking around the neighborhood in the evening. A few things to note, it is Mexico so at times the WiFi just doesn’t work (but that’s not Milas fault), the shower is a little light as you are on the top floor (time your showers), and the washing machine takes some getting used to. I loved my little tree house as I called it and never had issues getting taxis to more populated areas of Tulum.

Good value, flexible, clean, parking and small pool are adding good value. I recommend :)

Had a great time time here! Private and Safe. Walking distance to Restaurants and everything. Wish I could've booked more nights here!!

This is my first time visiting Tulum with family kids and teenager and we arrive during big rainy day but even under that conditions the place make us feel fine, the pool clean and we love to be in touch with the nature, around the property not far from 10 minutes driving, 20 in bicycle or 10 in a tractor ride you can find stores with anything needed to enjoy more your stay and cook in a very well prepared kitchen, ¿you like fancy restaurants or tacos ?same distance to find it. You will be into the nature and is a very different way to enjoy and stay in Tulum. A very nice play to be. Thanks Alex for all his support to my questions. We have an amazing weekend with little kids a teen ager and 2 adults. I highly recommend recommend it
