Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Tulum

We were greeted by Alfonso when we arrived at Aldea Zama. The area is very quiet and peaceful. The house is spacious with enough room for our family of 10. it is close to shops and dining, supermarkets(Chedraui and Super Aki). I truly recommend this property

Great stay in Tulum! One block away from a Main Street with lots of cafes, bars, and breakfast spots. House is beautiful and the hosts were great. Would definitely stay again!

If I could give this place 10 stars, I would! Everything about this place from the comfort of the beds to the coordinated services - was impeccable! The villa is located at the end of a strip of other private villas and it’s absolutely beautiful. It feels very secluded but with their 24 hour security, it also feels safe. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, the pools were cleaned by staff daily, and the check in was so easy. The hosts had continuous recommendations and set up a private massage for us as well as transportation. Their transportation team was equally as amazing! The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful at every turn. Will definitely be staying here again.

The place looks IDENTICAL to the photos. It’s stunning. Everything is as the listing says and as someone who loves to cook, the kitchen was stocked with really great cookware including a wine decanter for those who enjoy a little vino in the evenings. My son loved the bunk beds, all the toys and he especially enjoyed the book ‘The Lillabo Express,’ we read some to him each night before bed. The back yard and roof top provided us with opportunities to unwind on days we didn’t go to the beach. DeAnna and Rosanna were gracious hosts. Very quick to reply to any and all concerns. Ricky even came by last second when our son locked us out of one of the rooms 😅

The home was beautiful and more than expected. There’s PLENTY of space for multiple people to stay. Central location and walking distance to so many things. Ryan was very helpful with anything needed. Would definitely stay again if we return to Tulum

We had a great visit to Tulum. The house was perfect for our family of 5, it was great that everyone had their own room and bathroom. The pool area was lovely and we especially enjoyed the hammocks. It would have been made even better if the wooden chairs had cushions as these got uncomfortable after a while and there were only 2 sun beds. The kitchen was well equipped and had a big fridge and freezer. We struggled a little working out how to use the appliances so clear instructions in English would have been helpful. The host was quick to respond when we had q’s though. Washing machine and detergent were useful. The house was boiling hot when we arrived but it quickly cooled once the AC was on. Beds were all very comfy as were pillows. Hot water for showers was a little temperamental but we managed ok. Working out that turning to cold and then back to hot usually fixed it. We felt safe and secure and were glad we stayed here.

So getting to the villa was a little creepy. The road it’s in is not the best road but ones you get to the villa it is so worth the creepy street. The villa is beautiful, the complex is so nice and eco friendly. The cenote in the property is pretty cool too. You can have breakfast by the pool side or relax by the bar. Not a bad way of spending your day. Totally recommend this villa. Beds are comfortable, the towels are plush, the soap and shampoo in the shower a plus. No complaints what’s so ever and the price so worth it too. One of the best places I’ve stayed in thus far. You definitely need a car but a must visit for sure.

Susana and friends were able to accommodate us last minute due to a cancellation from a different Airbnb host. She allowed us to drop off our luggage while Ava, the lovely house manager ensured our stay was comfortable. When we had an issue or simply wanted our excessive trash taken out (we had 6 people with us) there was no hesitation to help. The location is walkable to the center of Tulum. We walked home several times. There is lots of security measures so we felt safe. You can go to the community pool or enjoy the one on the roof or the jacuzzi. Price was great. Very nice people.

This was a beautiful location to stay for a bachelorette party! The house is beautiful and very comfortable and the concierge service is so helpful with setting up rides/ babysitters/ tours and more (even at the last minute when other plans fell apart!) thank you!!!

Visited Tulum as a group of 9 for my 30th birthday and this villa was a dream!!! The house is exactly as pictured and even prettier/bigger in person. Rebecca is very sweet and personable and was available to answer any questions I had. Someone came to clean the pool everyday & the private chef/tequila tasting, decor and transportation organized through her concierge service was a 10/10. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay at Amari Uptown in Tulum! The wonderful leader, Alejo, and his staff were friendly and helpful...they are really good people! We were welcomed as if we were a part of a community. When working in the coworking space, they even invited us to join a birthday party for one of the team members! Team Amari took care of our every need and concern. While the location is not "walkable," the two free roundtrip shuttle rides per day make it possible to reach all of Tulum within a short distance. Our villa was straight out of Architectural Digest! It was beautiful, with every detail considered. We highly recommend MayanKey's listing in Amari Uptown!!!

Excellent choice for our stay in Tulum. Home is exactly as pictured both outside and inside. We loved our stay for a birthday getaway weekend. Location was close to local restaurants and vendor recommendations were all great choices. Host was very accommodating and responsive to our needs and we felt safe the entire trip. Great place to stay with lots of great views of the jungle, space and privacy. Plenty of closet space and enough bathrooms to accomodate multiple guests. The private plunge pool, hammock, and outside seating area are great ways to relax around the villa. Take advantage of the home massaage and private chef's service offered through the concierge for an extra special touch. The road driving up to the guard shack is rough so go slow. There are mosquitoes and other bugs outside because it's the jungle so bring bug spray. No bugs or critters inside whatsoever. Cons: The common area hot tub and access to MIA Beach Club were not available during our stay. In addition, there was a mix up with our massages and they arrived much later than expected but nothing that ruined the experience. 10/10 would definitely book again!

Casa is beautiful the house is just like the pictures . Clem was very responsive and Mel greeted us and explained everything with us and also hooked us up with car service everyday. The chef was excellent. I will definitely stay again.

We were a group of five adults, and Lesley's place was exactly as described, just the break we needed! Each of us had our room, and Dayvis, the concierge, was incredibly helpful, accommodating every request with a smile. Despite not speaking Spanish, we always felt comfortable. The villa is conveniently located within walking distance of downtown Tulum. One of the best burritos I've ever had was just a 10-minute walk from the villa, and for amazing grilled chicken and ribs, don't miss Ferro's restaurant, about a 20-minute stroll away. I highly recommend this villa for your stay. The pool, rooftop jacuzzi, and even the flexibility to extend our trip after our flight was canceled due to Hurricane Milton made our experience unforgettable!

This is one of the most beautiful homes ever made on Airbnb. Value, we can't do better! The accommodation was very clean, tastefully decorated, fully equipped... We even had small gifts when we arrived. We feel that everything has been thought out so that the tenants' stay goes smoothly. Thank you! Only point: you absolutely have to have a car to get around.

The place is wonderful and you can breathe a lot of calm, the cabins are very nice and comfortable, the facilities make you feel at home. The owners are very friendly and helpful. I only stayed one night as I went for a Mayan ceremony, but I would definitely come back to explore the area and enjoy Aldea Kinich.

I want to highlight the kindness and warmth that Alma and Rafael gave me from the moment I arrived as they organized to wait for me both on the road and at the entrance of the place! The accommodation surprised me because it is really quiet, harmonious, in contact with nature, very clean and tidy, but what made a big difference is the treatment on the part of the hosts: their conversations, their taste for the environment, their recommendations on the things to do have been super valuable, their cordiality really makes you feel at home and not a traveler, in short, it generates that you enjoy your stay. I was a little aware of public transportation and food options, fortunately there are Tulum-Carrillo Puerto collectives that leave you a few steps away in case you don't bring a car and, for food no theme, seafood, charcoal chickens and tacos, as well as tienditas. If you plan to visit the site of Muyil, the lagoon or love birds like me, I recommend staying here!

I loved my stay at Hiram’s place! It was beautiful, simple, quiet and peaceful immersed in nature. I saw beautiful birds from the Treehouse and I even had the treat of seeing a mom monkey with her Little one in this cute little restaurant near by. Hiram’s place was exactly what I needed after the hustle and bustle of Tulum. It was very quiet except Saturday nights when the whole town breaks into a big party! :) Hiram and his wife were very responsive and generous to all my needs and problems that arose and went out of their way to make me feel super comfortable. Thank you Hiram!! :)
