Apartment vacation rentals in Tulum

Thanks you Kris! Had a good time overall. Upstairs couple would argue all day, that’s unfortunate but your place was very welcoming and felt like home.

Great location, easy to walk around. Stayed 6 nights and felt right at home. Amazing Private pool and shaded lounge area, had an incredible view of the sunset! May have been nice to know that the pool was missing a pane of glass, we had intending to use floaty in the pool but didn’t feel safe doing so, but with that being said it was amazing to have and great to spend time in. Communal pool was shared by 6 or 7 units, never busy and well maintained. Host was great, super responsive and VERY accommodating. Kitchen was well stocked. AC in every room, in suite laundry was a huge bonus! Walking distance to PePe food truck, had incredible tacos for a great price. If you wanted something more upscale El Agavero had great food! OG for breakfast was awesome. Found that most of the best meals we had were closer to the Airbnb and not on the main (highway 307). Super cool area in general, C.7 Sur had great shops, food and bars. Always felt Safe walking around even at night.

Jorge was very responsive if we had any questions. The condo was very clean and provided everything we needed. If you have a longer stay the washing machine is a definite plus.

Awesome stay! Perfect location in La Veleta; two streets down from a lively street filled with cute restaurants, cafés and boutiques; 15-minute scooter ride to the beach (which is fun in and of itself!) The apartment was clean, spacious, cozy. Beds were very comfortable. Nice common area as well with the pool and gym. I highly recommend.

Minerva has been a wonderful host! Location is convenient and amenities is as listed. The building has a gym and a longer pool as well.

We had a great stay at Paramar Terra. The unit worked really well for our family of 5 (3 kids aged 9 and under). The building pool was fantastic and most of the time we were the only ones using it. We also found the building to be secure and in a relatively easy area to drive. Accessing other services (grocery etc) nearby was easy. I would recommend having a car to get around and parking was a breeze. Thanks for a good stay.

Awesome place, clean, safe and had everything you need for the stay. Very attentive and quickly to respond. Fast Internet, plunge pool, sitting area. They have a the street finished at Calle 29 from Ave Kukulkan good parking and safe. Will definitely stay again.

This is our second time staying at this same building, because we liked the location and access to swimming pool. It is clean and the host is responsive to our requests. The area is very quite within gated community. There is an elevator to use if you don’t feel climbing the stairs. It is 8 minutes drive to the main street and about or less than 15 minutes to the supermarket. There is housekeeping that came multiple times a week and changed towels .. etc. There is plenty of parking which is great. Overall it is a very good unit.

If you get the chance to stay in the La Veleta neighborhood- take it! This listing is so close to many neighborhood restaurants and it’s not touristy… just walk out the door to the resort and you’re there! The pool is quiet, private and relaxing. It’s a clothing optional resort but we only saw nudity at the pool which didn’t bother us at all. Everyone was polite and respectful. Would definitely visit again!

Great place with a responsive host

I loved this apartment! The design is lovely and fitted out well. The swimming pool is literally 3m from the terrace which also has its own private jacuzzi. The roof top pool is also great. The location in La Veleta is perfect and there are some great coffee shops and restaurants in close walking distance. The host was great and replied to me pretty much immediately. Highly recommend!

Very nice apartment, as described, pleasant communication with the host. The environment is safe, peaceful. And the very kind caretaker. Perfect for my first stay in Mexico. Especially by car, everything is accessible in 5/10 min.

It is a perfect space for a family of 5 to 6 people. The location is moderately close to downtown Tulum, although it is advisable to get around by car. The hosts are very friendly and attentive. In general, our stay was satisfactory.

We stayed in Ana’s for 2 days and to say the least, it was one of my most memorable Airbnb accommodations. Ana was easily accessible, her instructions were clear and concise, and the place was beautifully curated with all the amenities. But the icing on the cake and why Ana probably stood out among the other hosts was how she reassured me when I was in a distressing situation. I left a very important personal item at her place. The same night I notified her, she went to the condo, found it, sent me pictures, and mailed this back in few days. I was sincerely grateful for having her as our host. With the highest recommendations, I encouraged everyone traveling to Tulum to stay at Ana’s condo. Gracias again Ana!!!

We loved the apartment! Very clean, good value for money and as described. It was perfect for our little family, 2 separate bedrooms from the common room, so perfect for baby and toodler naps! ;) Clear, warm communication with the host, easy check in. Well-equipped apartment, comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood. The only hitch is the location, it's in a developing area of Tulum, so there aren't many shops/restaurants within walking distance, we had to take the car every time, and the roads are full of holes. But all in all, we had an excellent stay.

Staying at Alejandro's apartment was awesome! We loved the private terrace and plunge pool. The location couldn’t be better—just a quick 12-minute bike ride to the beach, with tons of great restaurants, a convenience store, and local gourmet spots nearby. Alejandro and his team were super helpful, making everything easy. The apartment was really chill, perfect for our getaway. The kitchen had everything we needed to whip up meals. The bed was super comfy, with nice sheets for cozy nights. Plus, the shower had great pressure! The rooftop amenities—like the pool, yoga area, and spa for massages—made our stay even better. Highly recommend!

Perfect location for our first time in Tulum. The building was private and safe. Across the street from a major grocery store. Short bicycle ride to great restaurants in town, to the beach and to the Cenotes. The staff at the front desk were friendly. Pools were stunning. AC worked great.

Stayed here for my birthday and couldn’t have picked a better spot! The place was super spacious, clean, and had this effortless high-end vibe that made the whole trip feel extra special. I loved the pool and all the little amenities—they really thought of everything. It’s also in a great location, close to everything but still felt peaceful and private. Honestly so sad I didn’t stay longer. Definitely recommending this to anyone heading to Tulum!
