Main Channel Manor will accommodate multi-family, friend gatherings, reunions, golf outings, wedding parties and corporate retreats; as it will sleep up to 22 people in 12 beds with plenty of space for everyone to spread out in 7750 square feet of space featuring three living areas with smart TVs. The main kitchen has new stainless appliances, and is fully stocked for families who enjoy cooking. A propane gas grill is also provided. The eat-in kitchen provides a large island that seats 6 plus table seating for 10. A spacious deck has a dining table for 6 and beautiful outdoor seating and gas fire table to add to sunsets and evening relaxation. There is additional dining space at the game table in the basement seating 8.The property has a gently sloped yard that has steps leading to private shoreline . Main Channel Manor is located in the popular Blue Springs area of Lake Barkley, just minutes for Lake Barkley State Marina. Enjoy your morning coffee while watching the deer play at the water's edge, or catch a glimpse of the famous Bald Eagles and Great White Pelicans as they soar across the lake. This private vacation home on Lake Barkley have beautiful views of the lake and has lots of wildlife viewing opportunities. This property also includes use of a 2 slip private dock at the end of the Rockcastle bay. This beautiful home is located on 10 acres and is on a private drive. The dock is only 150 yards from the back door! ATTENTION!! The dock is only accessible from the water during the summer pool levels. Summer pool is usually April until Early August but dates vary.

Come visit our western retreat! This house has a long history in my family, my grandparents purchased it nearly 40 years ago and raised 5 children here. After my grandfather passed I was blessed with the opportunity to purchase it. I spent 6 years living and remolding this house before moving to the end of the street into another fix-er up-er. The house is most comfortable with 8 guests. Additional guest fee over 8 is an extra $25/guest/nightly. ALL PETS MUST BE PRE-APPROVED!

Relax at our home away from home on KY Lake front!! We love the peace and tranquility, and amazing views of the lake. Inside or outside - our favorite is the sunsets! With your own dock and water access you can bring or rent your own boat and leave it for your stay - no in and out of the water each day! The dock also has a swim ladder making easy access for swimming or canoeing. The house has some furniture updates, including bunk beds (not shown) and fresh paint.
