Main Channel Manor at Lake Barkley is a beautifully renovated, 7-bedroom 7 bath waterfront rental home overlooking Lake Barkley. Main Channel Manor will accommodate multi-family, friend gatherings, reunions, golf outings, wedding parties and corporate retreats; as it will sleep up to 22 people in 12 beds with plenty of space for everyone to spread out in 7750 square feet of space featuring three living areas with smart TVs. The main kitchen has new stainless appliances, and is fully stocked for families who enjoy cooking. A propane gas grill is also provided. The eat-in kitchen provides a large island that seats 6 plus table seating for 10. A spacious deck has a dining table for 6 and beautiful outdoor seating and gas fire table to add to sunsets and evening relaxation. There is additional dining space at the game table in the basement seating 8.The property has a gently sloped yard that has steps leading to private shoreline . Main Channel Manor is located in the popular Blue Springs area of Lake Barkley, just minutes for Lake Barkley State Marina. Enjoy your morning coffee while watching the deer play at the water's edge, or catch a glimpse of the famous Bald Eagles and Great White Pelicans as they soar across the lake. Beautiful Log Cabin on a 2 Acre waterfront lot, the backyard slopes gently to the water. Easy access to the water & boat dock for kayaking, swimming, etc. Bring your boat and use our dock. You can drive down close to the water's edge making it ideal for those having difficulty walking down steep slopes. The cabin has 4 bed rm (1K, 2Q, 4TBB), loft has 3 T & F size futon. TV rm has Q pull out and 3 foldout T. 3 full baths & Laundry. We recently slept 22 at our family reunion.

This place has got it all. From the amazing lake front views & access, a private dock, space for several families to sleep and seating to dine. Did we mention we have an extra slip at our dock for your boat? We have an amazing deck, water toys, plenty of board games, and a fire pit. Our home is directly across the bay from the beautiful Lake Barkley Resort where you can put in 18 holes of golf, take the kids horseback riding, or relax with a few cocktail in the restaurant or bar.

Lakefront home with private 2 slip dock

This private vacation home on Lake Barkley have beautiful views of the lake and has lots of wildlife viewing opportunities. This property also includes use of a 2 slip private dock at the end of the Rockcastle bay. This beautiful home is located on 10 acres and is on a private drive. The dock is only 150 yards from the back door! ATTENTION!! The dock is only accessible from the water during the summer pool levels. Summer pool is usually April until Early August but dates vary.
