Main Channel Manor at Lake Barkley is a beautifully renovated, 7-bedroom 7 bath waterfront rental home overlooking Lake Barkley. Main Channel Manor will accommodate multi-family, friend gatherings, reunions, golf outings, wedding parties and corporate retreats; as it will sleep up to 22 people in 12 beds with plenty of space for everyone to spread out in 7750 square feet of space featuring three living areas with smart TVs. The main kitchen has new stainless appliances, and is fully stocked for families who enjoy cooking. A propane gas grill is also provided. The eat-in kitchen provides a large island that seats 6 plus table seating for 10. A spacious deck has a dining table for 6 and beautiful outdoor seating and gas fire table to add to sunsets and evening relaxation. There is additional dining space at the game table in the basement seating 8.The property has a gently sloped yard that has steps leading to private shoreline . Main Channel Manor is located in the popular Blue Springs area of Lake Barkley, just minutes for Lake Barkley State Marina. Enjoy your morning coffee while watching the deer play at the water's edge, or catch a glimpse of the famous Bald Eagles and Great White Pelicans as they soar across the lake. Two kayaks are provided for guests who would like to explore the tranquil area by water.

Our Lakehouse is perfect for families. It has 5 bedrooms, 4 queen rooms, 1 bunk room that sleeps 6. The home is perfectly split with two bedrooms, 1 bath and family room upstairs and additional 3 bedrooms, 1 bath with extra family room downstairs. Screened in patio overlooking lake view with TV. Large, partially covered deck with steps that lead down to the dock. Large fire pit area for smores, extra outdoor sectional with fire pit table for lounging. Inquire about pontoon rental availability.

Lakeside Cabin - Sleeps 20

Beautiful Log Cabin on a 2 Acre waterfront lot, the backyard slopes gently to the water. Easy access to the water & boat dock for kayaking, swimming, etc. Bring your boat and use our dock. You can drive down close to the water's edge making it ideal for those having difficulty walking down steep slopes. The cabin has 4 bed rm (1K, 2Q, 4TBB), loft has 3 T & F size futon. TV rm has Q pull out and 3 foldout T. 3 full baths & Laundry. We recently slept 22 at our family reunion.
