Space consists of two bedrooms with a queen bed, and a twin trundle bed, which houses an additional twin bed. Plus, a full bathroom, comfortable living room, dining nook and a galley kitchen. A bright & central location, yet quiet & cozy at the same time.

This basement apartment is 750 sq feet with a full kitchen and separate living/bedroom, and private side entrance. Includes dishwasher, washer/dryer, gas oven, full-sized fridge, queen bed with memory foam mattress, and a large desk, and WIFI. The 1925 house is in a historic neighborhood and a 10 minute walk to Purdue, Mackey Arena, and Happy Hollow Park. The owner (Zoe) lives in the main house along with her partner David (sometimes), golden doodle pup Forrest, and young adult daughter Suvi.
