This basement apartment is 750 sq feet with a full kitchen and separate living/bedroom, and private side entrance. Includes dishwasher, washer/dryer, gas oven, full-sized fridge, queen bed with memory foam mattress, and a large desk, and WIFI. The 1925 house is in a historic neighborhood and a 10 minute walk to Purdue, Mackey Arena, and Happy Hollow Park. The owner (Zoe) lives in the main house along with her golden doodle pup Forrest (starting in July) and sometimes young adult daughter Suvi.

This home is fully furnished with a well stocked kitchen! It’s a quick walk downtown or a short drive to Purdue University's campus. There are multiple areas for outdoor gathering as well.

Campus Corner apartment, walk to all things Purdue

Great location across the street from the Purdue Football Performance Complex. Ross-Ade Stadium and Mackey Arena are both less than a short 5 minute walk away. This unit is in the basement of a house occupied by the host and has its own private entrance. We designed this space to be used by a family of five like ours, but it has the flexibility to accommodate other groups visiting the Purdue campus.
