Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Tippecanoe County

We had a great stay here. The property is so peaceful…lots of birds and beautiful trees. Our favorite moment was showing the kids a spectacular firefly display on the last two evenings. The home is comfortable, bright and clean.

This place was great. We spent the week visiting from out of town with our 1 year old and it was great to have a space with her own room, pack n play, baby bath tub, high chair, etc. The yard is beautiful and the house is very comfortable. We absolutely would come back.

We had such a wonderful stay at Kevin & family’s ‘Kaufmann Baumhaus’ during our 6 day visit to W. Lafayette for our daughter’s graduation from Purdue Univ. The home’s interior was spotless, exceptionally designed, loaded with homespun charm & beautifully furnished. Everything we needed during our stay was on hand & easily accessible, & we appreciated the privacy & safety of the neighborhood, as well as its close proximity to campus & many restaurants and stores. The grounds of the property are exceptional - a natural, lush landscape set on a hill overlooking Sleepy Hollow nature preserve and park. There are several fire pits & seating areas with comfy furniture covered by sun umbrellas & string lights, creating a warm & relaxing, ambience. Our hosts were exceedingly gracious, helpful & accommodating, greeting us with fresh scones & honey, fresh flowers (even Purdue-themed grad decorations)! It’s very obvious that a great deal of time & TLC have gone into this exceptional property!

Laura’s historic home was a gem! We were visiting for our son’s graduation at Purdue. The location is very central only a few blocks from the shopping street in Lafayette. It was also very convenient to get to campus. The charming home has all of the modern conveniences with a mixture of historic charm with an updated luxurious style. The living room had ample seating and the dining room was spacious to gather for family meals. We enjoyed the shuffleboard & the vinyl record player which were unique to this home. Laura’s communication was quick and I would highly recommend staying here. The price was a bit steep although compared to hotel prices for graduation weekend it seemed fair. If this is available, you should book it fast!!

Lovely place with plenty of room for guests. Everything is just down the road. Felt extremely private.

Annie was an amazing host! The place was perfect for our weekend trip to Indiana Beach. We enjoyed some lake time with the paddle boat and paddle boards, kids like the pool too! Unit was as described and clean. Would definitely come back!

We really felt at home for our 3 week stay as we transitioned from our own home. I would absolutely recommend this BnB to anyone who is looking for a warm and cozy small town getaway. Away from the craziness of the city.

We enjoyed the kayaks, paddle board, paddle boat, and Lily Pad. We went to Indiana Beach twice. Had a great time!

The resort was clean and very close to Indiana Beach plus my kids loved the heated pool! The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Nice quiet location near everything we wanted. Pool was an extra benefit. Very peaceful.

Cant say enough positive things about the location, or the host. The cabin is great, it's exactly what it says, it's a 1890s log cabin. My kids loved the history and the playground. This is the perfect getaway if you want to avoid the crowds and noise, everything is close enough that if you need to run out you can be there and back in less than 20mins. Our host suggested checking out Profitstown and he was spot on as place to spend the day and has something for everyone.

The Cabins are always my favorite vacation spot. We always enjoy time at the beautiful rustic cabin and sitting watching the geese from the magical porch. This time we ventured down the Tippecanoe River, explored the Canal Park Pioneer Days, and Delphi's little shops and restaurants. We even heard the wolves howl at Wolf Park. This is a great vacation spot for families or if you just need to get away from everything to reset your life. Thank you Michael and Roger for your hospitality. I'll see you in the fall.

Heidy gave us a wonderful stay. It was worth every penny. If I was in the area I would stay again and again.

My wife and I stayed her for our honeymoon getaway and it was absolutely perfect! The cabin was so clean and had everything you could need. Very secluded with the most beautiful views! There were so many things to do, & it was just the perfect weekend! Mary Ann & Darryl were so accommodating and generous. We ended up sharing a glass of wine and getting to know them as well and they are the sweetest couple! We can’t wait to come back & will be recommending this cabin to all of our friends!

This cottage is quaint and cozy and was the perfect home base during our son's wedding weekend in Crawfordsville. It made our weekend away from home so much more relaxing.

Had such a great time staying in the tiny cabin, I ended up prolonging my stay!! The site was clean, accessible and fun. I never felt unsafe. Everyone I met in Delphi was super kind, especially the camp host and his wife!
