Townhome vacation rentals in Thousand Oaks

My wife and I, along with our 2 young adult sons, drove from Canada to spend some time in Pasadena. J's condo was perfect for us. We really felt at home there and enjoyed being in close proximity to our good friends who we were visiting. Being from the country, it was also a treat to be within walking distance to restaurants and some food chains that we don't have in our hometown in Canada. While there, we had the pleasure of meeting J's family. Wonderful people who made us all feel very welcomed. When we return to Pasadena, we hope J's condo will be available as we would stay there again in a heartbeat. Thank you J and family for being so kind to our family as well as for making our stay in Pasadena so comfortable. We look forward to seeing you again.

Sean is a great host. The space is very clean. Beds were comfortable. It was easy to get in and out. It has all the amenities. We felt very at home. If we are ever in the area again, we would definitely stay here! Thanks to Sean for the excellent communication and a great place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as pictured. Check‑in was seamless, and our host was responsive and gracious, offering great local tips. The neighborhood was quiet. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches (fresh linens and fast Wi‑Fi). Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area—would love to stay here again!

This was a perfect place for us for our 3-day Disney trip. Super fun design for kids. Had everything we needed. It was walkable for us with a stroller and my parents who are 65. We would happily return. The only improvement could be the air conditioner. It struggled to cool the house down but the weather was nice enough we were able to get comfortable. Thank you making our Disney trip convenient and comfortable.

Our party of 4 stayed at Chip’s place for 2 weeks and couldn’t have been happier. It was immaculate, spacious and had lots of storage with built-in closets in the bedrooms. There was every amenity you could think of. We made some meals in the well-stocked kitchen, and loved walking to Abbott Kinney for restaurants, dessert, coffee and shopping. Street parking was plentiful, and the gym and laundry in the garage were an added bonus. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. The beach and Venice boardwalk are nearby, and it’s easy to get to many places in West LA from here. We had a couple of questions for Chip, and he responded within minutes. Chip’s place is hands down one of my favorite Airbnbs.

My stay at James’s place went great. The house was very clean when we arrived, with clean towels in each room, enough for my whole group. The beds were all nicely made, and everything organized. The air conditioning worked great, which was very nice with the very hot weather. James also has fans placed in each bedroom, helping keep the place cool. The kitchen, while we didn’t make too much use of it, was also well equipped with things like a coffee maker, air fryer, and microwave, to name a few. There were also a few board games, which was a nice touch. One thing to note is that the sink water can get very, very hot so be careful! Overall, James was a wonderful host offering a fantastic place to stay. I would definitely stay again if my friends and I find ourselves in the area again.

Fair price for the rental. Walking distance from Downtown Disney and parks (about 20 minutes).

A great place to stay if you’re headed to Universal Studios. We got early access to the park and we were there within minutes. The beds were comfy, and the bathrooms gave a resort-like feeling and were fully stocked making it easy to get ready. The instructions and communication with host were clear and welcoming. I really enjoyed my stay there. It was very clean up-to-date. He had everything you needed. If you needed to cook in lots of restaurants, nearby shopping centers, nearby freeways nearby. I would recommend this place to anybody staying it around the area.

We had a great time staying here! Everything was exactly as described, and the place was clean and well-equipped. The utensils provided were perfect for cooking, and the coffee machine was a pleasant surprise—everyone loved it. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. I was initially concerned about parking, but with a bit of care, we were able to comfortably fit two cars in the allocated space. Overall, a fantastic stay!

We absolutely loved our stay! Apart from being the best stocked Airbnb we’ve stayed at, Warren’s place was incredibly stylish & cozy. Every morning before heading out, we jammed out to Lauryn hill, Fleetwood Mac & other cool records they had! The beds/pillows were super comfortable, good quality towels & the place was very clean. Great location & local recs. Parking was easy to find and the area was convenient + quiet. We would gladly return (and hope to do so soon!). Hoping this place is available for the LA’28 Olympics :). Warren was very responsive & offered cleared instructions, great hosts! 10000/10

This townhouse was very comfortable, welcoming, and private! The artwork, which was everywhere, was super fun and interesting and gave the place so much character! The kitchen and bathrooms are dated but clean and very functional. We'd stay here again!!! My only criticism is that the bedframe in the main bedroom was problematic for those of us that get up in the middle of the night. Because the frame is larger than the mattress, I repeatedly bashed my shin on it. Other than that... no complaints!

Julia was a great host as she was very accommodating and quick to respond. The place was clean and exactly as it appeared in the photos. Check in process was easy. I also liked that the area was gated as it felt more secure. The location was convenient as it was central to everything. I would definitely recommend this place.

Michael’s place was great!! We loved the decor, the bright open spaces, and the spacious layout. Check-in was super easy with Michael coming to meet us, share additional instructions, and show us around. There was a plumbing issue that Michael communicated about proactively and went out of his was to bring us wine, beer, and snacks for the trouble. We really liked staying here and wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

Good location especially for Universal Studios. There are three floors not mentioned in the description but they weren’t a problem, just surprising to see. If mobility is an issue probably not the best. Home was very comfy and made our group of 12 feel at home.

A wonderful place for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood is quiet and green, perfect for relaxation, and everything you need is close by. The house is cozy, clean, and fully equipped. Really enjoyed ourselves! It was super nice and easy to have everyone in one home and the living room/kitchen were a great size to accommodate our party. From the extra air mattress to irons and even diffuser attachments for the hair dryers, we really appreciated the care that went into the space

I took my parents to visit Pasadena and stayed at Vivian’s place. We felt right at home. The townhouse was a little challenging to upstairs and downstairs, so the bedroom on the first floor was a little difficult to use. Other than that, everything was great. Vivian was very responsive and always answered the message quickly and helped answer our questions. The location is excellent, very walkable to many shops and restaurants. It is quiet at night too. Overall we had a good time!

Beautiful home! Worth all the stairs to get to the rooftop deck. 💖
