Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Thousand Oaks

This was my second stay at Barbara’s apartment in LA, and this time I stayed there with my husband and daughter. Once again, Barbara and Gunther were welcoming and responsive, and their little cat Mau-Mau was a sweetie. I will definitely check to see if this space is available any time I am planning to visit LA. It is an amazing deal.

The house and the location were perfect! When we come back to Ventura this is where we’ll stay again. Everything was clean and our kids were happy with the games provided outside. This house made our vacation!

Amazing spot, very spacious Airbnb with large bathroom and kitchen. Location wa perfect- close to Burbank and downtown LA, in a safe neighborhood with a private parking spot and plenty of free street parking for any extra friends or guests you may have with you! Hosts were accommodating and responsive. My ONLY complaint is the mattress - it was very firm, with zero give, felt like sleeping on the floor. We do not like hard/extremely firm beds, so this was not for us. The couch bed in the living room space was also not the most comfortable. The reason I include this info about the bed for the public to read is because I’m someone who is extremely picky about beds when I’m on vacation, I like to feel like I’m sleeping on a cloud or a nice fluffy mattress, which always makes the vacation experience all that much better and contributes to a good nights sleep. This mattress needs a memory foam mattress pad, and then we would 💯 stay here again! Everything else about the place was great!

Loved this place. Great ocean view, very quiet and peaceful. The entire property was beautiful and we loved their garden. They were some of the friendliest people who've hosted us.

Great place and such a nice host! Allowed me to check in early and check out a little later. I would definitely be booking with in the future!

Stay was fine, had what we needed.

The apartment is more roomy than I thought it would be and close to the ocean. Extremely comfortable king size bed, nice big couch. Kitchen has everything you need to cook or bake. There's even a secured garage. I absolutely LOVED staying at this beautiful apartment!!

Julia is an incredible host. From the time we booked her home, she was very hospitable and did everything to make our stay comfortable. I highly recommend her place to anyone wanting to visit LA. The apartment is in a resort-style complex with a great pool and gym; the location was perfect for us. Thanks, Julia, for making our stay memorable.

If you're looking for a place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, this is the place for you! This place has *everything* (literally) to help you unwind, all you have to do is show up and relax. Not to mention the beautiful mountain views and the awesome drives down the winding roads! Char was super responsive and readily available if you needed anything. Thank you again for allowing us to stay in your little slice of paradise. It reminded us as to why we love California so much!

This is our second time staying at Ken’s home for an annual conference. The beds are comfortable, space is clean and we like that the sleeping area is separate from living space so those who stay up later don’t wake the others. We will be back.

Javier’s place was amazing. I was skeptical about doing the whole guest house thing but honestly I couldn’t tell the difference! Will definitely be staying again when I come back to LA.

Place was nice and clean pool was warm hot tub was hotter and it was a great little get away! Awesome house for a good group of people.

Our stay st this cozy cottage was perfect for all of us and ollie the black lab. Definitely worth the stay!! Location was excellent, private as well as quiet. Would definitely stay here again

Hamed’s place was great! We were there for just a weekend to attend a wedding nearby in Thousand Oaks/Quail Ranch. Perfect location. We enjoyed the view from the hill, and had fun in the mornings sitting outside on the porch with sipping coffee and identifying the birds! Would stay again if we were ever back in the area.

We stayed at Cookie’s place while in town for a field hockey tournament and it had everything we needed! The location was convenient, it was clean & spacious, and had lots of great touches—coffee, cold filtered water, access to laundry & plenty of parking. We’ll definitely be back! :)

I just want to say how grateful I am for Judy and how accommodating and kind she was to us. We had to evacuate due to the Palisades fire and were displaced from our home for over two weeks with no indication of when we could go home. Every day we thought perhaps we could check out and go home, only to find our roads were still closed. Judy was so patient and let us decide last minute to stay another night or not, and she even worked with us on the pricing because of our situation. The house was exactly what we needed for my elderly mother, husband, young daughter and two dogs. We could even walk to the park down the street which my daughter loved. She in fact said the "house was the most beautiful" and didn't want to go home. Thank you Judy for taking care of us!

We were in LA for business meetings. Before we make a reservation, we compared Ali's condo with the other condos surrounding. He is the most responsive and most helpful host, and we are so glad and lucky that we made a correct selection and book Ali's house. He likes a local friend who provided us with not only assistance/guidance on check-in and staying but also touring and catering advice. He is super responsive, proactively reaching out to us offering additional help, and so friendly. The place is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Guests can tell from the tasty design, details of guidance, and thoughtful and convenient amenities that Ali and his wife have spent great time and effort to make this place as welcoming and cozy as possible. This place is definitely our stay for next visit, regardless for business or private. The location is close to everything, peaceful, and in walking distance to my LA office and everything.

Giselle and Ali are amazing hosts and we always enjoy our stay in their beautiful unit :) We’d definitely visit again soon!

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

Nice Apartment in Alhambra. Lan and Glory we're really frindly and we had a beautiful time in Los Angeles!

My wife and I stayed here while I attended a conference 45 minutes away, inland. I’m so glad we stayed where we did because of the views. Not difficult to get around. Grocery store and restaurants are not a far drive away. The place had everything we needed. Older adults, so pretty quiet. You can see and hear the ocean from the condo. Host was quick to respond to any questions.

Great stay right near the best parts of Venice. Hosts were very communicative and responsive. Highly recommended!

I had a fantastic stay at Tianna's place. It was exactly like the pictures, right on the main street with easy access to public transport to Santa Monica beach. Parking space was a big bonus. Tianna was extremely friendly and responsive, and the house was fully stocked with anything you could need, from complementary drinks and coffee, to toiletries. 10/10 would recommend.

The place was really clean, everything is described. Just what I needed for my weekend getaway. Felt right at home.
