Brian’s AirBnb is in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The keypad check in is simple. The home is spotless. There are plenty of linens and kitchenware. The home is close to Acadia and downtown Ellsworth. If you want a short drive to Acadia and MDI, this is your place!

It's rare, but the pictures didn't do justice to the house- the home exceeded the photos! It's a gorgeous home, VERY clean, with lots of space for everyone to spread out. The kitchen was very well supplied (better than any other Airbnb we've been in)- knives are sharp, the pots and pans are well-seasoned, plenty of herbs and spices, and the kitchen is perfect for everyone to gather round to chat and cook. Everything we needed was there for us. The setting is absolutely wonderful! Private, with woods all the way around. The only (very slightly) negative comment would be that it's really difficult to find when you're driving in for the first time, and it's dark. Three couples met there, after driving for 3 days. All of us drove past the driveway the first time, but a friendly neighbor helped us find our way. Once we knew where to turn in for the driveway, it was all good. All 6 of us agree- we would all highly recommend, and when we go back to Maine we will definitely stay there again!!

We had a wonderful stay! One of the highlights was kayaking on the pond with our kids—it was such a special way to explore the water and enjoy the calm, quiet surroundings. The dock and yard were incredibly peaceful, perfect for morning coffee or just watching the kids play and paddle. The entire property felt like a true escape. The hosts were also fantastic—friendly, welcoming, and super responsive whenever we had a question. We’d absolutely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing family getaway.

Perfect spot for the weekend in Maine! The home was clean and had anything we needed. Comfortable and gorgeous! Cafe across the street was perfect for breakfast. Easy drive into bar harbor and into acadia. Was just what we needed!

The house was absolutely charming—well-designed, cozy, and fully functional, with everything from the kitchen to the bathroom in great condition. It was also wonderfully warm and comfortable throughout our stay. Our hosts were kind, responsive, and respectful of our privacy. By the end of the week, it truly felt like home. Part of our stay involved remote work, and when I asked about the internet connection, Peter went above and beyond by installing a modem with direct LAN access. That level of care made a big difference. Overall, it was a relaxing and thoroughly enjoyable experience.

We absolutely loved this place Wish we had stayed longer. Do wish we knew that some of the listed beds were cots that made for some awkward convos. But the location views and hoise were amazing

Perfect place for our family to stay while visiting Acadia National Park. Cozy apartment within walking distance to great food and shopping. Our girls loved playing with the toys that Suzanne provided The apartment was easy to get into, had everything we needed, and Suzanne is a super responsive host

Pam's place was wonderful spot for our trips back and forth to Acadia. Away from the crowds of Bar Harbor and only a short drive. The place is cute, quaint and well stocked. Very pleasant stay!

This is a great place to stay, even better than it appears in the photos. It was not just clean, it was immaculate - and for an extremely observant nurse - that was awesome. The unit had easy access with a slight gradient path and only two steps - which was very helpful for us as seniors. The firm bed was very comfortable. Barbara was responsive and thought of everything, including having delicious specialty coffee for us - Thanks. She even had a cooler in the closet for us to use when we went to Acadia National Park. Like I said, she truly thought of everything. If we return to this area of Maine, we would love to stay again. We enjoyed our stay.

We absolutely loved Lise’s apartment. It had a beautiful view of Cadillac Mountain. The kitchen was updated, high end appliances and had everything in it that we could need, from organic eggs, bread to fruit and yogurt. The bed was very comfortable. I loved the bathroom with the hand held shower. She was the was the most friendly,attentive hostess we have ever had. This is one of the best AirBNBs we have stayed at and we have stayed in many. Love this Condo. Superb location in Blue Hill Village, easily walkable to everything downtown. Modern and updated making it very comfortable. Well equipped with cleaning/cooking supplies so you can "live normally". The hosts are super responsive and helpful as well. Highly recommended.

We were very happy start to finish. The location was just so unique and incredible. Right on a working marina, but very quiet. Plenty to see and do nearby. Walk across the pier and buy live lobsters. Christie was extremely helpful and quick to respond when asked. Condo was very well done with plenty of touches to make it homey. A good value! If we come back to Maine, we’ll call her first.

The Owls Nest was a perfect base for our exploration of the Blue Hill Peninsula and Deer Isle. Clean, cozy, and perfectly located. JoDee was helpful and welcoming and have us lots of great local recommendations. Highly recommended!

My family and I were very excited about visiting Acadia National Park. This location is close to the park (about 10-15 min driving). We stay in the large room for six people. The place is good for a group who can sleep closely (our kids slept next to each other in the two beds and the couch), also keep in mind there is only one restroom. Having a kitchen to cook our meals is always a plus. The common areas are very good. We used the hot tub, the fireplace and the grill. Everything was great! Arthur is an excellent remote host, quickly answering all our questions. I recommend this place for families willing to visit Acadia.

Toddy Haven is just that, a haven from the hustle and bustle of typical touristy locations. It really gives you the idea of what it would be like to live on a lake in Maine during the summer! The dock and the kayaks/canoe dedicated to our place were wonderful and the fire pit areas are amazing too! The host Mark has thought of everything for inside the place but I bet you haven't seen a full size pool table provided before?! As a SuperHost myself, I would rate this as one of the top 5 places I have ever stayed during my travels! Hope to return in the future!!

We had a great stay! The condo was very clean and cozy! The host provided clear instructions for a smooth and comfortable stay. We didn’t want to be right in Bar Harbor, so this was the perfect distance between Bar Harbor/Acadia National Park/Schoodic Area. Would recommend!

I returned to Bar Harbor after 40 years. I camped the first time. This time, now older, I really appreciated fine accommodations near the center of Bar Harbor. I enjoyed walking, and not driving everywhere! The apartment was in immaculate condition. Brian communicated with me in a timely manner, along with giving tips and recommendations for hiking trails and other things to do in the area. Stayed for 4 nights with 4 adults. Tim's place was bigger than expected; it never felt like tight quarters. The rooms were spic and span, kitchen had everything you'd need to cook a meal. Location was great: having been here before I prefer this side of MDI anyways. Plenty of parking and easy access to Island Explorer as well. Great host: will definitely recommend!
