This converted church was originally built in 1874 and survived the Halifax explosion in 1917. Only a ten-minute walk from downtown Halifax, this cozy loft is in one of Halifax’s most sought after North End neighborhoods. The rustic red bricks, exposed arched beams and beautiful large windows create an intimate retreat.
“Andrew and Lincoln's place was fantastic! close to all kinds of pubs and restaurants as well as the downtown area. While we only stayed for one night we are already planning for a longer stay sometime in the upcoming year. The architecture of the loft alone would warrant any one to stay but Andrew and Lincoln went the extra mile to help us out in anyway they could, making it one of our better AirBnb experiences.”
Modern Condo suite, with all the amenities you desire. 2 bedroom, 2 full bathrooms, open concept kitchen with Bosch stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, kitchen island, gas fireplace, AC, patio, city & harbour views, gym, outdoor pool & hot tub, underground heated parking, il Trulo restaurant, water taxi service to Halifax, minutes to downtown amenities and Halifax, did I mention the view?!
“The condo is immaculate and Tony and Christina are quite likely the best communicators we've worked with; but it all gets back to location, location, location. You are virtually in downtown Halifax without the hassle. Just walk or drive to the harbor shuttle, and voila, you are downtown. The view is unmatched, exactly as pictured on the listing. Free heated parking (we were there in the winter), speedy elevators, extremely clean common areas all added to the enjoyment. As an aside, we were there when Nova Scotia was shutting down for COVID-19 started. We felt safe and secure in a time of uncertainty. Such a great place!”
Unique Micro Loft in Heritage building. My place is close to public transport, nightlife, public transport from Airport, Downtown Halifax, Waterfront and Grocery stores. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. 43 inch flat screen HD cable smart TV.
“This is an absolute gem of a heritage building and perfectly located in downtown Halifax. With original hand carved moulding and cathedral ceilings, you can almost feel the energies of yesteryears past. Paul is a super nice and respectful owner that communicated clearly and effectively from the get go and I would go back in a heartbeat. Beautiful building.”
