This place was absolutely adorable and peaceful—exactly what we were looking for! It felt like a cozy little cottage tucked away in a charming area, and it’s conveniently close to Acadia National Park. The host clearly puts a lot of care into maintaining the home—it was clean, well-stocked, and beautifully kept. We also loved how welcoming and kind the local community was; it really made our stay extra special. Highly recommend checking out Finn’s Irish Pub for a great dinner and Momo’s for their amazing 24/7 cheesecake. This stay truly felt like a home away from home—perfect for a relaxing getaway with local charm!

Tracy is an incredible host with quick and thoughtful responses. But not only that, The Cabin is full of care and you can feel how much love and work went into making it a beautiful place to stay. The minute my significant other and I arrived we knew we would want to come back at a late date. If you're booking to be close to Acadia, the drive is super easy and beautiful and allowed us to have some separation from the busier town close by and enjoy the peace and quiet of the woods. We loved our time and do not hesitate to book, you'll love it as much as we did. :)

Perfect! Loved the sun room facing the water and falling asleep with the windows open. Squeaky clean space, thoughtfully designed to have everything you'd need. Cute fire pit facing the water. Favorite place we stayed on our trip! 30-40 minutes to Acadia depending on where you're going but close to Ellsworth for dinner/ice cream and worth the peace and privacy. We didn't get to grill but everything you'd possibly need to is there with gorgeous surroundings. Hope to stay here again! :)

Renovated bathroom was appreciated and very well done. The house has a lot of “extras” - quality toys for kids, tvs in multiple rooms, nice towels, well stocked kitchen and bathroom supplies. We didn’t use the backyard much this time but it is really nice too. Great sitting areas front and back. Negative is proximity to road (not a lot of cars but they go fast), but location itself is pretty good in terms of little beach, Perry’s, ice cream, Bar Harbor, etc

Staying at Olivia’s cottage was truly a breath of fresh air. From the moment I arrived, I felt a sense of calm and comfort that’s hard to find these days! The cottage itself is warm, cozy, and filled with thoughtful touches. You can tell it was put together with so much care. Slow mornings on the patio, coffee in hand, felt like magic. I was even able to work remotely from the patio, which made work feel lighter and more joyful. Every corner of the space invites you to slow down and just be. The location is perfect, tucked away enough to feel peaceful, yet close to a charming town and the breathtaking beauty of Acadia. Everything I needed was already there, making it feel effortless to settle in. I can’t wait to come back!

I can’t say enough good things about our stay at eagle nest! Leslie has thought of EVERYTHING and made our stay so comfortable. The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed.. and more! The location was perfect! Absolutely beautiful waterfront view, fun beach to explore (we spotted harbor seals in the bay), and amazing sun sets. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
