We had an excellent time. The location was perfect for being close to the action, but far enough away that finding quite places wasn't hard at all. The pool was great and the hot tub was awesome. It was our favorite part. It was never over crowded. David answered our questions quickly and check in was super easy. The Front Porch Restaurant at the hotel exceeded our expectations. We were there for a week and enjoyed that the room had more space than a normal hotel room. You can a third person there, but we would not have liked it as we spend a decent amount time in the room and like to have some space/privacy (just a preference not a knock on the room). The kitchen really isn't conducive to cooking, but we had no intention of doin that. It was excellent for storing snacks and warming up food. The balcony is very large and gets sun but there are always spots of shade as well, which we love. There is also a Starbucks a few steps from the hotel. I picked up coffee each morning. The minor down side, the room isn't run down, but the hotel is-- the floors were dirty, the gym (which I used everyday) was terribly filthy and I had to clean of loose dirt from anything I used. It was actually surprising to find it in such disrepair. Only one elevator was working so be prepared to wait a bit. With all that said, it isn't David's fault that the hotel is not kept up by the hotel staff. The positives waaayyyyy outweigh the negatives. We really like the place overall and hope to return sometime.

Great place, nice view, and good service.

This was a great location. Staff was helpful with check in and getting a pack and play which made the whole trip with an infant doable. The updated apartment was super cute and had everything we needed. The room service was great. Next time we’ll do the spa!

Colleen was super she really helped us out. Place was beautiful had everything someone could ask for. The only thing I didn’t like was how pushy the check in people are about selling you a time share even when you deny them politely they don’t seem to take no for an answer.

The view is worth every penny! If you want to see Miami and enjoy the beach, this is the place. Beach was very clean and not over crowded. Beach loungers and umbrella were included. Pools were also very clean and relaxing.

The location is great, view is great, half from beach, half port, the beach is soooo great,! Everything I need in the room, and provide free beach chairs, the only thing I don’t like is the communication, the customer service only response in the morning.

Host was very responsive and even after a few miscommunications on my end she made sure to speak with me and make sure all was clear :) The place was clean and in a great area - would deff stay again

This Alexander Resort condo was a pleasant surprise to stay in! Very clean (which is priority for me), comfortable beds, powerful showers…it really felt like home. The newly updated pool areas were great! Very lively and if you want something a bit more quiet, open the gate and the beach is at your feet! Location is super convenient for Miami…basically 10-15 minute uber ride to most popular places. Joe was a real pleasure as a host. Answered any questions in a very timely manner. Thank you Joe for being a great host, we will definitely be back!

Travelled with my family and the apartment was very comfortable for us. Well equipped kitchen. Nice view. Loved the pool, beach access and the gym. We like this area because it is close to grocery stores, some cafes and restaurants. Great host. Would recommend.

We had a wonderful stay! Nicolas is an exceptional host who truly goes above and beyond to ensure his guests feel welcome and taken care of. Adriana, the apartment manager, was incredibly helpful and responsive to all of our inquiries, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The apartment is beautifully furnished, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The beach is right across the street, and it's also conveniently close to Aventura and other great shopping and dining areas. Highly recommend!

Leonardo was great and responsive, place was convenient, couldn't ask for better! my second time with his airbnb, why else would I go to anyone else?
