Very nice location close to downtown but in a peaceful neighborhood.

This place was everything we was looking for and more for the holidays! Raye was very prompt with any questions we had, and accommodated us beyond measures! I would definitely stay here again, the place is just like the pictures. With way more space than you need, in a very secluded quiet area.

Kendra was extremely responsive and very accommodating when we needed a place to stay very last minute. I am grateful to her.

Great place to stay and it was exactly what our group needed. We were in town for a wedding and there were plenty of rooms for all our guests. It was perfect location and just down the road from restaurants, chic fil a, mcdonalds and most importantly a starbucks and a dollar general the other direction. Only we recommend is some kind of coffee maker or Keurig machine in the house for the early risers.

Great place as we traveled and stayed one night. Very peaceful and clean. Good floor plan for the family and all is accessible and availble within a reach of a hand. Not small large enough for great gathering or just like we did stayed over night. Great communication. Happy we made there.

The home is a beautiful older southern home. Jessica has made every effort to make you feel comfortable as if you are in your own home, down to having doggy liter bags and dog toys. We are were extremely happy and comfortable in this home. Jessica has done an excellent job and I would love an opportunity to stay again whenever I am back in town. I rate her an A+. I highly recommend this home.

The host was great. Very responsive and helpful. We ended up having to extend our stay and the host was very accommodating. We would be happy to stay again.

This remodeled home was done perfectly. Awesome little spot, even tho it’s a small home it feels like you have tons of room because of how it’s laid out. Grill outside was squeaky clean, and the host even brought us a brand new coffee pot because we couldn’t figure out how to work the espresso haha. If I’m ever back in the area again for work, I will stay here again. No question. Beds are super comfortable too. Thanks again!

We stayed at Pear Tree on our journey from Ohio back to Florida after the funeral of my 22 year old nephew. The home was beautiful and full of charm. It's huge! The lodging accommodations far exceeded any hotel offering at double the price! Our Mini Sheepadoodle Muppet Max enjoyed the property immensely. My teen daughter didn't want to leave. We will be back on our next journey back to Ohio! Thank you for sharing your historic home!

This little house in Sumter, SC. is probably the best Airbnb I have ever visited and I have stayed in many, both here in the USA, and abroad. It is special because it has a beautiful pond with a dock in the back, lots of trees, and a field in front. The best part is a delightful room in the back of the house which overlooks the pond. I call it "the deck room" because there is a small living room inside but this room feels like an outside deck. It has three walls that are made of panels of glass. It is heated in winter and air conditioned in summer. There is also a front porch with glider chairs. The house is tastefully decorated and has comfortable furniture and beds. There is a kitchen with pots, pans and dinnerware. You can eat inside in the dining area or out in "the deck room". The house is located in town but there are big ares of opened space. There are three other houses in the immediate area but you can't see them from the house which gives a sense of privacy.

Loved staying here! Awesome place, with so much character. Stayed here with my wife and kids and we had a blast. Fire pit in the backyard with smores was a HIT! Hosts were so helpful and made it an awesome stay!

My husband, 2 young daughters and I booked last minute for spring break. We wanted a place to stay that was close enough that we didn’t have to do a lot of traveling, so this was perfect. Ms Jennifer and Mr Bob were super responsive from the moment I booked. The home and property were lovely and the layout was great for us. It was easy to keep clean, which takes a lot of stress off of a mom. Would definitely recommend.

We had no idea how secluded this cute little cabin would be! The property seemed to go on FOREVER and the view from the Adirondack chairs was stunning at sunset. Adelia sent clear instructions and was very quick to respond to any questions. The cabin was lovely… clean, quiet, peaceful, and “homey.” We hope to come back again next year!
