We are 12 min. from downtown Sumter and 20 min from Shaw AFB. Local points of interest are Swan Lake Iris Gardens and Poinsett State Park. It is only 2 hours to Myrtle Beach and Charleston, SC & 3 hrs to the mtns. While it is conveniently located, this cottage offers a quiet place to put your feet up and rest.

Enjoy the farm experience or a quiet getaway in our cozy cottage! Designed for maximum coziness at only 192 sq ft, it's the perfect place to get away. While designed for two, we can provide an additional twin mattress. The kitchenette includes a compact fridge/freezer, microwave, and coffee maker. This family lake house is built on beautiful lake Lanier. Just ten minutes from Tryon North Carolina and Landrum South Carolina. The house offers beautiful views of Hogback Mountain from our private patio, it is on the water, has a dock, canoe, gas grill,and a rooftop deck overlooking the water. We also offer two Roku televisions wifi, high speed internet, fire pit, and a full kitchen and bath. Also included are linens and towels, as well as condiments and basic toiletries.
