Family-friendly vacation rentals in Summit County

AZ Longhorn was exactly what we needed for a getaway! This beautiful cabin was even better than the pictures, secluded, peaceful and simply perfect. Private yet close to wonderful restaurants, coffee shops & shopping. Barb was a fantastic host - so kind, responsive & gave great recommendations. It was a great romantic getaway but would be a great family get away too. We can’t wait to bring our kids next time. Thanks again, Barb!

Karen's place is so beautiful. Very clean and in a good neighborhood. Hot tub was perfect and game table was a lot of fun. Looking forward to going back when the pool is open. Highly recommend staying here!

We had a sister get a way at the Loft, very clean, very nice. It was well stocked with everything you would need in a rental. All the towns and shops were close by. The country view was beautiful. The Amish breakfast was delicious. I would recommend just be aware it is a loft and several steps. Being able to park in the garage was a plus!

We had a wonderful stay at the "log cabin"!! The hot tub was a huge hit, we loved the big dining room table, and also appreciated the 2nd living space in the basement. If you're ever looking to stay in Hartville, this is a great home for large family gatherings.

This home in Ohio City was a fabulous spot for our 4 days in Cleveland. We had room to park both cars in the gated driveway, but there were also spots on the neighbor-friendly street. We loved hanging outside on the back patio, and could easily navigate the neighborhood by car, foot or e-bike. Dave’s Grocery was very close by for essentials, but our #1 tip/recommendation is to go another 1.5 blocks to the West Side Market. We cooked many meals from all the fresh market ingredients. This is a great home for families or friends. Enough space for all with lovely updated bathrooms. The beds were super comfy and we all agree that we’d return here again.

We spent almost almost 4 weeks at Bill’s ranch with our three little kids and it was magical. His cozy house gave us a place to slow down from the hustle of city life, enjoy nature and make memories. From kayak rides on the lake, s’mores at night, climbing on the jungle gym, and learning to fish, there was so much to experience. Bill had everything ready to go every morning as if we were at a resort. The kitchen has everything you would need for a long stay. My favorite was having coffee in the summer room while watching the sun come up over the pond. The kids felt at home, husband could easliy work from any room in the house, and it was a great jumping off point from many places to visit. We very much enjoyed our stay and will be back. Bill was a wonderful host and so accommodating. Our kids loved him and his dogs.

Thanks very much to Brad for providing such a great, well-appointed house. We’ve stayed in numerous Airbnb‘s around the world, and this home clearly is one of the top that we’ve ever stayed at. I’d give it more than 5 stars if I could. It’s extremely rare to see an Airbnb kitchen stocked with a generous number of clean, matching plates, glasses, cups, and silverware; sufficient kitchen tools; and nice, clean, and updated appliances. The air fryer was much appreciated, and there was even an electric pressure cooker; both were like new. The game room was very nice and the overall amenities too many to mention. The location was great for easy access, in a peaceful suburban setting, but still only five minutes from all the restaurants on Rockside Road. Perfect for our group of 8 adults. Easy check in and check out too. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if we’re back in the area.

We had a great time, beautiful views and very peaceful. For us older folks it would have been nice to have a railing to step up on to the deck. Probably an insurance issue but a golf cart would be nice so we could go to the pond. We did have some things that were a little short, trash bags for kitchen trash, only one pod for dishwasher and a few zip lock bags would have been helpful. Kitchen, would have been nice to have a 9x13 cake pan. You have a beautiful place and we wish you continued success.

Lovely welcome for us and for our little dog. We had bitter cold and lots of snow; Barry kept walks clear for us as well as clearing a swath of lawn for our little dog. We appreciated the filtered walter too.

We love Molly’s little cottage on their wonderful farm. It is so peaceful and the surrounding area is so beautiful and private. I don’t think we’ve ever stayed in a more well equipped kitchen….anything you could possibly need is provided! The hosts are so friendly and responsive, while also completely respecting your privacy. We definitely hope to stay again in the future. Truly one of our favorite airbnbs! =)

If you looking for a great dog friendly home, this is the place for you. I loved how nice the neighborhood was with Lake Erie next door . Made for relaxing mornings and evenings.

Kirk was a great host, and had so many recommendations. He was so helpful, and a very kind host. The house was great, and perfect for the larger group of people we had. Lots of beds, and a ton of space. The house is huge, and beautiful.

We used the house for 3 days with my adult children and had a great time. Curt was very responsive and and easy to work with. The house was clean and in good condition. I travel to Canton often and would stay in this house again..

We are already talking about staying here again in the future! The entire space was amazing and it was a great stay!

It was a great place to stay and everything we needs for Ohio! The only thing is that there are a lot of mosquitos so make sure to bring repellant and don’t leave the door open too long!

Spacious, bright and modern apartment in a nice house on a quiet street in Ohio City. Great location for my five-day stay—convenient street parking and a five- to ten-minute walk to some delightful restaurants. Snacks and toiletries provided were noticeably thoughtful.

We had a wonderful stay at Rob’s place. It’s a beautiful old home, very spacious and comfortable. Rob was fantastic with communication and made our stay there so relaxing (and this was in the midst of open heart surgery at the Cleveland Clinic for me.) The neighborhood is great—safe, quiet, sidewalks everywhere, beautiful trees and homes. And only 11 minutes to the Cleveland Clinic. I can’t recommend the house enough. If I’m ever back in Cleveland, I’d want to stay there again!

Our family of 6 (5 adults, 1 infant) enjoyed Matt’s spacious oasis during our busy wedding weekend in Mentor. We loved the huge kitchen island and dining table, big kitchen sink, fully screened in outdoor patio, plenty of towels, blankets, and pillows. The fireplace made for cozy, relaxing evenings. So much better than a hotel!

3rd time staying here! Always enjoy Tremont and this is a favorite spot of ours to stay. Wifi is strong for working.
