We are in the Monte Vista Historic District, a 1-mile square walkable neighborhood 3 miles north of downtown and a 1.5 miles from the Pearl District. Our main house is a 1914 Prairie Style residence sheltered by the largest oak tree in San Antonio. We are happy to share our back yard, pool pavilion, and pool during our guests' stays.

There were 13 of us staying at this house. Four of them were from 2 to 4 years of age. The accommodations were outstanding for our group. Our little boys loved the living space and being able to play with their little cars on the floor with lots of room. The bedrooms and bathrooms were fantastic. We loved the modern showers, but still with a tub for the littles. Each family had just enough privacy throughout the house at night. There were four families staying there including 2 teenagers. I cannot think of anything that I would change. We enjoyed the pool several times a day and the lounge chairs were very comfortable. Thank you for sharing this house with us. If we come again, we will look up this house's availability again.

I believe that any hospitality host should visit this place and take a lesson or two. This is the best presentation of a home that I have ever been to. Everything is neatly laid out for easy access. Something as mundane as a roll of toilet tissue isn't just placed on the roll in the bathroom. There's an art as to how it was presented. Same for kitchen cutlery and pots and pans. Beautiful presentation. The house is immaculate. The backyard is an Oasis onto itself. Finally, we enjoyed playing billiards each night. We were so taken in that we extended our stay the same day we checked in.

We had a great time at Jessica’s place! Jessica was extremely friendly and communicative. Her place is just as pictured only better as it is so well stocked with kitchen, bar, bath and pool amenities. We loved the indoor and outdoor swings/hammocks and the pool was icing on the cake. I would highly recommend and hope to have the opportunity to return. Thanks for such a fabulous stay!

We grilled and used the kitchen! had plenty of supplies & they had everything we needed. I would for sure book this home again. We even stayed an extra night & didn't want to leave!

This home is gorgeous and looks even better in person than the photos. It’s peaceful and feels secluded even tho you are very close to anything you might need (Walmart, restaurants, HEB, gas station etc). Very beautiful house and fit 7 of us very comfortably.

My wife and I went to the pickle festival at the fairgrounds, and this location was perfect. Could walk to the fairgrounds and downtown is a 5 minute drive. The condo was homey, clean, and perfect for our weekend getaway. Carrie was very friendly and responsive, couldn't ask for a better host. Highly recommend.
