We had a great time at the house. It had lots of things for our kids to entertain themselves with after a long day at the beach and boardwalk. We would definitely stay here again. Could not ask for a better place to stay in seaside. Clean, beautiful, felt like home. Host is fantastic and communicates well. Beach passes and 2 parking passes are also a huge plus. We got engaged this weekend and staying here will be very memorable. Thank you so much Katie!!

Great spot with a great location. We loved our stay here. Plenty of beach chairs and complimentary beach passes were provided as well. Lino was super responsive and a great host.

We stayed here with our three children for a week while visiting family. It couldn't have been more perfect. Dawn was incredibly helpful and responsive. We felt very much at home there and it had everything we needed. It's a beautiful location too but must be even more lovely in the warmer months.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay while visiting for the Sea Hear Now music festival! Tami was very helpful and very communicative throughout our stay. The place was perfect and everything we needed for our weekend getaway!

Had a great time during our little getaway in Philadelphia! Great for a couple and had everything you needed for a few days! Very clean bathroom, area to sleep in and though we didn’t get to go outside much because of the rain, there was a fun little backyard area with hammocks. Loved the amenities, games that were there.

Chris took great care of us! We really enjoyed the hot tub and there was plenty of sleeping space. Outdoor shower was great, nice linens, off-street parking. Great bagel place, awesome nearby playground. Again, Chris was: accommodating, informative and handy. I hope to return!

Jean’s listing was exactly as pictured and described. The space was bight, clean, peaceful, and in a great location. In addition, Jean was an excellent communicator and was very helpful and flexible. I would certainly stay at Jean’s in the future and would recommend to family/friends.

This was a gift for my in-laws, and they had a wonderful time. Said the place was clean and they loved being so close to the beach. Spent a lot of time going to restaurants in Villas as well as Cape May. Would love to go back!

Christina is the best Airbnb host I have stayed with! She was so kind and even sent a video walkthrough of how to check in. Even though she was abroad during our stay, she was incredibly responsive, and her property manager was on top of everything. Everything was extremely clean, and the apartment is fully stocked with everything you could need. Additionally, I was a little worried about smoking, but I kept my stuff in a smell-proof container, and she provides a beautifully furnished patio where you are allowed to smoke (within reason, obviously)! The only slightly negative thing I could say is that the mattress was very hard, so I recommend vacuum sealing a mattress topper to bring lol! 100% my new go-to!

We had a wonderful time staying at Colleen’s place. She was was very thoughtful and responsive to everything. The location was great about a 5 block walk to the beach and 15/20 min walk to the boardwalk. We would absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Ocean City.

The place was excellent and in a perfect location near the beach for the Polar Bear Plunge. Plenty of rooms with a good mix of single and double beds, multiple bathrooms and showers, and a kitchen. The rear barbecue area was a bonus. The host was professional, and access was smooth. We’ll book again and highly recommend it.

Was a great stay, we were there for a wedding and we needed a toddler friendly place that was close to the venue and had enough to keep the kids occupied. Rachel’s place saved us so much time and space by being already kid friendly and had a crib, along with plenty of toys for the kids to play with. I could write more but it would just be reiterating how it gave us a sense of “being home” and comfort while we were staying.

This beach house is truly a home away from home, offering everything you could ask for in a perfect getaway. The location is unbeatable—just a short, pleasant walk to the beach, making it easy to pop over for morning sunrises or afternoon strolls. The house itself is charming, comfortable, and impeccably clean, with all the amenities you’d expect from a well-loved vacation spot. The host is absolutely incredible, going above and beyond to ensure that every detail is taken care of. Michelle is available for any questions or recommendations, they make you feel like you’re staying with family. It’s clear that they truly care about your experience, which makes all the difference.

Thank you Jen my family and I had a phenomenal weekend the place is better in person this will be our go too place when we visit Atlantic City I have 3 children ages 8,10 and 16 there was only one tv in the living room so I reach out to Jen she immediately had one delivered the next morning that’s what stood out the most a host who cares I thank you for your hospitality that was the cherry on top 😊

We had the best stay at Jennifer’s place for a girls weekend getaway! We didn’t want to leave. You can tell she puts a lot of heart into her place to make it welcoming. It is so well decorated and stocked with all the necessities, plus more than you would typically expect! This is a place where you don’t have to pack a ton for the beach because she has the place stocked with everything you need for a beach trip. We were missing something in the condo and Jennifer was quick to respond and bring it to us, she is super communicative and accommodating. The location was PERFECT as we walked to everything we wanted to within 15 minutes. Having beach badges to both Seaside AND funtown were such a plus. HIGHLY recommend checking out Funtown!! We are already planning a trip back!!

My family and I stayed here for Thanksgiving 2024. We loved the place! Very nice kitchen - fully equipped with everything you need to cook. Great location - for shopping, gyms and restaurants. The host was fantastic! Very responsive. I hope we get to stay again soon. We will be back!
