We greatly enjoyed our stay at Eric’s beautiful lake house. The house was incredibly clean, spacious, with a modern and nicely decorated interior, and a fabulous large kitchen! The lake front location was hard to beat - we enjoyed kayaking and paddle boarding every day as well as just hanging out on the dock. The cove in which the house is located is very peaceful and quiet. The screened in porch was a perfect spot for lounging and dining. Eric was great at coordinating and communicating with us and responded very promptly! We would certainly return!! All the best!

If you’re looking for the right place to host a large group, this is it. We had all our family and had plenty of room for 10+ people. This is such a fun home…pool, hot tub, pool table, and lot of fun games for all ages. The kayaks were a lot of fun! Beautiful surroundings and very peaceful. Daniel was incredibly responsive and made every step easy. We’ll return again for sure.

The house was large and lovely in a serene setting. Perfect for families - the game room was a big hit. The weather was chilly but we were still able to use the (heated) pool, hot tub, and fire pit. Hosts were excellent to worth with. Would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay in Woodbridge! It’s a nice neighborhood and very easy driving distance to various stores. Kim was very welcoming and always has good recommendations for what to do in the area!

House, pool area, yard and neighborhood were all lovely! Lots of nice extras like kayaks, outdoor gas fire pit, ping pong, corn hole, kids toys, etc. that made staying in the home enjoyable for the whole family. I only wish I had known more about the lake access near the home prior to booking. While it was easy to launch kayaks close to the house, there was very little space to walk along the lake and really no swimming access.

Kevin communicated with us well and the house was great. We had lots of room and the pool was wonderful. We plan on coming thanksback again.

This home is amazing and brought our family an incredible sense of peace and comfort as we gathered to grieve the loss of our matriarch. The space is welcoming and we felt right at home. Whether we were around the fire pit, belting our karaoke, challenging each other to a game of pool, gathering in the gorgeous kitchen and family room, or having morning coffee on the deck, it was a place of love and connection. The host is kind, generous, and extremely responsive. If you’re looking for a space to fully relax and feel at home, this is the spot!

We had a wonderful stay. The home was clean, beds comfortable had all what we needed to make our stay a memory we will always cherish. We were greeted with a lovely note, snacks and a bottle of wine that took the edge off of driving on 95. We will definitely choose these accommodations in the future and we highly recommend anyone needing a place to stay in the northern Virginia area.

We were guests for my son’s graduation from OCS in Quantico. Perfect location. Minutes to 95N. Peaceful with tons of space. Family and friends met up from four states. We cooked a ton. We’re able to get us all around the dining table, move about the kitchen, relax in the living room and spread out during quiet time. Absolutely fantastic stay! Manny helped us out when we needed him and was super responsive and kind. We had the best time and this house made it all possible. Thank you!

We loved the quiet neighborhood. The house it just a block away from the civil war cemetery park which was a great place to walk. We had everything we needed. I recommend this house and would book again.

With three bedrooms and an extra cot, the house was perfect for us and our guests to our son's college graduation. We were comfortable, the house was well equipped, and the outdoor deck was nice. Most importantly of all - everything was very clean. We enjoyed our stay and would certainly return if we come back to Fredericksburg.

We booked this property after another air bnb host bailed on us after we had paid in full! It was very last minute, basically the “day of”, and Joseph and his co-hosts could not have been more lovely and accommodating coming to our rescue. This farmhouse and property is charming. The setting was spectacular on a beautiful Spring night and we all enjoyed cocktails and dinner on their great porches (Yes, there are 3 of them!) So pick your view and settle in, the vibe is wonderfully peaceful and relaxing. The home is immaculate and beds are very comfortable. Dual rain head shower in bathroom was a treat in a period home like this! Finest have time for the games they had on hand (beautiful ping pong table), but settled in late night around fire pit for s’mores, capped off by a hot tub before bed… basically the perfect afternoon/evening. Many thanks and kudos to these hosts!!!

This is a home away from home convenient to Quantico, Fredericksburg and the surrounding area. Brenda is very responsive to tenants' needs. If there is a problem today it's gone tomorrow. This place is great for a weekend or for a month. Highly Recommended!!

Denise's house was a beautifully laid-out home. Denise thoughtfully considered every detail to make guests feel at home. Everything was provided—extra blankets, pillows, etc. Denise was a nice and responsive host, answering all my questions. Denise is a superior host. She understands the art of hosting and creating an Airbnb experience where guests feel at home away from home. I will definitely visit again soon.

Katherine was a great host. We booked and she made us aware she wasn’t going to be home but still hosted us. The space is a huge basement essentially with one of the biggest bedrooms I’ve ever been in. The shower was also one of the best I’ve ever been in. It had a kitchenette, washer, dryer, and a lot of space in the living room area. Really the entire package and great value. We were driving home from Florida and needed a place to stay the night; glad we found Katherine’s place. Only downside was the New Orleans Saints apparel when I am an Atlanta Falcons fan 😀😂 thank you again Katherine for allowing us to stay. Would highly recommend this place to stay.

My Family and I felt right at home. Susan was an amazing host. She was easily accessible during our stay. She was also very accommodating and responsive when needed. I must say that the pictures don't do justice. Her home has very beautiful decor, vibrant, and bold colors. The backyard is tranquil and beautifully decorated. The amount of amenities that she offers is unmatched. We were able to find everything that we needed. We would definitely stay at her place again. We are already making plans for our next visit.

Absolutely pristine home. This home is live in ready with all the interior amenities to make you feel immediately at home. The kitchen is well stocked with all of the cooking gadgets one might need. There are plenty of linens and the beds were super comfortable. The wifi is great and the screened in porch and outdoor patio are very homey. The hosts provided easy to follow directions and communicated regularly during our stay. We’ve added this jewel to our contact list and will definitely reach out to stay here again during future visits. We VERY HIGHLY recommend trying this home on your visit to Fredericksburg. You won’t be disappointed.

its the basement of the owners house. he was there to let us in, very nice, offered to make coffee, etc. 3 very nice beds and a huge living h room with couch and TV. came with free water and seltzer water. would gladly stay here again.

Edith’s home was absolutely amazing! It was beautifully designed, incredibly comfortable, and smelled so fresh and inviting from the moment we walked in. Everything was spotless, and the space was just perfect for our needs—spacious yet cozy. The large backyard was a great bonus, and the basement provided even more room to spread out and relax. Plus, the location was super convenient, as it was close to my friend’s house. Edith’s husband was very responsive—when we accidentally got locked out, he was there right away to help. The only thing to note is that there were no towels provided, so be sure to bring your own. The beds are a little hard but I’d sleep in them again any day. Other than that, it was a fantastic stay, and I would definitely book again!
