Everything was absolutely perfect. Melinda made us feel right at home. Everything was clean and taking care from start to finish. We loved staying in Melinda's home so much we booked it again the following week. If you want the comfort of home and in a perfect location I would definitely recommend this house!!

We were guests for my son’s graduation from OCS in Quantico. Perfect location. Minutes to 95N. Peaceful with tons of space. Family and friends met up from four states. We cooked a ton. We’re able to get us all around the dining table, move about the kitchen, relax in the living room and spread out during quiet time. Absolutely fantastic stay! Manny helped us out when we needed him and was super responsive and kind. We had the best time and this house made it all possible. Thank you!

This is a fantastic Airbnb and Hunter is a great host. Communication and responsiveness were excellent and Hunter was very helpful throughout. The location is beautiful with lots of wildlife and some amazing eagles and hawks to watch and many deer. The house is fantastic and exactly as described and shown in the pictures. Great and well stocked kitchen, a very comfortable great room, and plenty of rooms in each of the bedrooms and very pretty and secluded grounds looking out over Acquia Creek. We rented the home for a graduation ceremony at the Quantico Marine Base which is very close. We had a great time and were very happy with Hunter's place. I would highly recommend this spot to any size group! 5 Stars!

We loved the quiet neighborhood. The house it just a block away from the civil war cemetery park which was a great place to walk. We had everything we needed. I recommend this house and would book again.

We had a beautiful and peaceful stay at Patrick's lovely retreat.

With three bedrooms and an extra cot, the house was perfect for us and our guests to our son's college graduation. We were comfortable, the house was well equipped, and the outdoor deck was nice. Most importantly of all - everything was very clean. We enjoyed our stay and would certainly return if we come back to Fredericksburg.

If you want a peaceful, waterfront getaway, this is the spot. The house is very accommodating, and has a lot of amenities - the Breville espresso machine was a huge hit. But, even the espresso machine couldn't compete with the private dock. We spent our nights with relaxing down there with lines in the water. Everyone that attended agreed this AirBnB was perfect. And to top it off, the hosts were very nice and communicative. We could tell that they truly wanted to make sure our stay was a good one. If you are looking for a getaway stay in Stafford area, really consider this place.

What a gorgeous stay! There are a lot of thorough instructions and rules of the place that were very helpful and easy to follow. Everything was so lovely. The town it is in is just so charming and a quick 15 minute car ride to DC! I wish we could have stayed a few more days, we loved it so much. Checkin was super easy- the parking instructions were clear and easy to navigate! Plus it’s right across the street, no parking blocks away especially people whom stay out late… all excellent The bed was sooo perfect! The closet was spacious. Bathroom is a little tiny, but very manageable. Didn’t use the kitchen bc we ate out but the kitchen was pristine! Even plenty of equipment to cook and eat on! Balcony is great for morning coffee- there is a Keurig, but tatte bakery is across the street! Can’t wait to come back here! High recommend booking!

Amy’s place was the perfect home base while we were in town visiting family. We all loved hanging out on the sectional and enjoying the view! Parking was easy and the access to the parkway was wonderful. I’m sure we’ll be back for our next family event!

I had an amazing stay with Ms Anne. She was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Communication was friendly, prompt, and helpful from start to finish. The space was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and inviting. Truly one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend!

Erin’s place is the cleanest Airbnb I’ve stayed at. The shower is huge and the water pressure is better than what I have at home. There’s plenty of room for luggage, and she supplies everything you would need for a nice little getaway. I’ll be booking through Erin every time I’m visiting Virginia.

It's no surprise why this listing is always booked. Located in a quiet neighborhood near the airport with lots of dogs, this property is insanely cute. This is an amazing place for solo travelers or couples. It was a perfect place to spend the weekend. If its available for the dates of your travel I would highly recommend booking here.

My family and I stayed at Lena 's place for 3 days and 2 night while some renovations were done in my home. While we were there, Lena was extremely accommodating. She was very responsive every time I messaged her. The apartment was very clean and nicely furnished. Plenty of parking was available and the neighborhood was super quiet and peaceful. Beautiful location, up the hill from the water! Great fishing and easy to get around the local area! House was spotless and smelled clean when we walked in. Bed was comfortable! They've thought of everything! Will visit again!

This was in a great location convenient to DC. The place was quiet and great parking. The pictures were exact to the place. Our family was comfortable and the host included everything that was needed for our stay.

Would definitely stay here again! There is a 24/7 concierge and hot chocolate bar (seasonal) upon walk in to the lobby. The decor and ambiance are elegant, and the room matched the theme. The suite was massive, well furnished, and better than advertised. It was comfortable and clean. It’s also very conveniently located next to the King St metro stop. I had an exceptional experience at this location, and highly recommend this host.

This is a perfect place for my family members to stay when they are visiting from out of town. The location is perfect, the place is cute and clean. We will definitely reserve again!

If I could give 6 stars, I absolutely would. I've stayed in over 100 Airbnbs, and Sam and Jason are truly among the best hosts I've ever had the pleasure of staying at their place. I brought my boat along, and they went out of their way to share the best spots on the lake—which made the trip even more memorable. Their home was incredibly cozy and welcoming; my family absolutely loved it. I honestly can't say enough good things about the experience. I highly recommend staying here, and I’m already looking forward to coming back later this month.
