Kitchen is stocked with everything needed. Grill and a hot tub! Excellent location. Ski/walk to the Gondola and at the end of the day, Ski-in off the 4 O’clock Run. And you will be in downtown Breck! There is a new fitness center. My favorite is the indoor/outdoor pool surrounded by outdoor hot tubs. There is also a sauna, steam room, games, fitness center, pool table, and more. Parking is FREE for the summer.

True ski in/out. Upscale modern rustic

This is where memories are made upon Skis, boards and sleds. Winter: Walk to lift in under a minute, ski back to front entrance end of day for lunch or breaks. Excellent locale - centrally located. 3 blks to Main st (10 min walk) where shops/restaurants located. Recently remodeled, brand new modern sofa sleeper, all new appliances, tile and carpet. Meticulously clean. We do not accept pets at this location.
