Vacation rentals with a home theater in Southern Indiana

Danessa made us feel right at home! She was always a text away from any concern we had and the Airbnb was so accommodating and peaceful! Planning on coming back!

Melissa was very helpful and nice. She responded super fast and gave clear instructions on how to get to her airbnb and the check in process. She even gave me a map of the sky walk to help me get to the convention center since there was rain scheduled for my trip so that I can stay dry. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Anh’s place was great and we enjoyed our stay even having to leave earlier than expected for personal reasons. Anh was a great host, super helpful especially throughout the check-in and parking process. I would undoubtedly book again with Anh and look forward to doing so with any future trips to Indianapolis. Unqiue historical building. Convenient to convention center and downtown. Apartment itself is clean and good, but could be noisy at night depends on activities on the street. Host sent out detail check in and parking instructions, which is helpful.

We came to Indy for a Fever game and wanted a property within walking distance to Gainbridge Fieldhouse. This was perfect- short 5 minute walk there and close to Lucas Oil stadium, war memorial and many great restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Book this as perfect for 2 couples or a couple and kids. Extremely spacious. Just know that the entry is actually around the corner from the address. Parking ramp attached but a bit confusing. Once you figure it out is smooth. Had to be reimbursed for parking as reader may have malfunctions but Ashanta will reimburse.

Great location. not intuitive to get to the top floor or to find the parking spot, but otherwise a great place to base from when downtown.

We chose this property for a large group of family coming to town for a retirement ceremony. It was great having two living room areas to spread out. The massage chair was a huge hit. They also enjoyed the tv on the door of the refrigerator. Great place to stay close to Elizabethtown and Fort Knox. I will definitely try to stay again next time we need a rental.

It was perfect for our group of 9 - very spacious and fun. Nicer than any of us expected from the photos. We were in town for a wedding and this was so much better than staying at a hotel! Amanda was quick to respond to questions and even notified us about incoming storms so we would be ready. Overall an excellent experience and I do recommend it if you are in the area.

Absolutely beautiful home, my family was conformable during the entire stay! Quiet neighborhood and great location. Super clean! I definitely recommend for a larger group. We had 11 people and not once did we feel like we were stepping on each others toes.

This location was great! It is very new and has most amenities you’re looking for. The home was very clean and well stocked. There were several restaurants and bars within walking distance too. A market was about a 7 minute drive away. There are some stairs in the home to the bedrooms, so something to be aware if mobility is a concern. Great home and we would rent it again without a doubt!

We had a good experience here. Although there was a slight issue with one television, the owner was immediately responsive to our questions (which says a lot since we reached out late at night on Christmas eve.) Home was clean, comfortable, and as advertised. Check-in and out was easy. Fireplace is a nice touch and the movie room is a neat space. Agree with other reviews, shower hot water is a little tepid (although sink hot water was plenty hot) but it was warm enough for family of four to all shower—if we spaced them out. We took quick showers. Appreciated a functional garage large enough to park a vehicle. Saw some comments about the location of the home. I have lived in Indy and am familiar with the city. Area south of home does get a little rough toward I70, but the area just north is fine. Immediate neighborhood has well-kept homes and decent apartments; we never felt unsafe. It has central enough location to be a short drive to lots of Indy attractions. Overall, a nice place.

SUCH a great place to stay in Indianapolis!!! It was super walkable to everything, and it had such a great view. Perfect location. Really quick and helpful responses from the host as well! Checking in and out was super simple and straightforward and the unit was very clean and just like the pictures!

Would highly recommend. The location was fabulous! Close to restaurants, shopping, entertainment. One minor thing is there is a missing blind in the room with pull out bed, so a little bright from city lights when sleeping.

We stayed there for a convention and it was in walking distance. It even had a skywalk that you could walk when it rained. It was right in the heart of everything. Everything was as described, clean and comfortable. Excellent location.

Perfect location! Great directions and sharing the info for the parking garage was perfect. Awesome communication! My son did damage a lamp & I reimbursed but VERY kind and patient about it! Provided additional towels the space is absolutely beautiful I was ready to move in! Great people great space & location you will not be disappointed

We had such a lovely stay! The apartment is just as pictured. It’s walking distance from several places to eat. The beds were so comfortable and we enjoyed the amazing decor. Wonderful, responsive hosts! Thank you for everything:)
