Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Southern California

LOVED our stay! It was a nice walk to Disney (a little long after a full day, but we preferred to do that over paying a lot for parking). Very kid-friendly, clean, and perfect for our family (7 people total). We appreciated the pack and play for our baby, too! If we come back, we will definitely try to stay here again!

This is our second time staying in this rental. It’s always very clean and free of clutter. Last time we stayed in winter so this was our first time staying in really hot weather and the AC kept us very cool and worked well. They added lawn games in the sunroom, those were super fun. Our kids loved that. Overall, this stay was really nice. It’s peaceful, so easy to get inside and the instructions/ communication are always very clear. Excellent communication from the host. Convenient location. Right off the freeway, a 7-11 around the corner and a great breakfast/burger joint as well. Beds are comfortable and good water pressure. Enough beds for everyone in our group. We like entertainment/game options provided. Washer//Dryer is a nice touch. We did not need to use it but it is nice to have the option. Plenty of utensils and plates. We had a wonderful time staying here for our dance workshop. Thank you!

Couldn't have asked for a better stay! Well stocked home, never lacked for clean towels, bedding, toilet paper, kitchen supplies, etc which I've found missing from other airbnbs sometimes. The home was comfortable, and the art studio doubles as an extra private bedroom when the large sliding door between it and the kitchen is shut. Pull out beds in 2 couches make for comfortable sleeping arrangements. The best part of this house is being able to open it all up and enjoy the indoor and outdoor living spaces together in a seamless flow. Beautiful inside and out - we loved our stay here.

The home was a great fit for our family of three. A plus was the private parking. The area was nice and quaint. It would have been nice to have extra towels and blankets. Communication and responsiveness was excellent.

Great host

After a slight miscommunication at check in which Tamar quickly took care of, the stay was great! The location is perfect, though pulling out of the driveway can be a bit challenging with traffic at times. The house is decorated beautifully. One minute walk to the beach across the street. Loved it and would definitely stay here again.

Lisa was kind and very accommodating. The location is about a 2 min walk from the beach. Right next to the hotel, Shutters. It was a quiet place to stay considering the amount of hotels and restaurants around. Spacious studio. It was great having the washer and dryer. They even had bikes available for use.

This place is amazing. Greate kitchen and clean bathroom. Its in a peaceful neighborhood but centrally located. Having a covered parking spot is a very nice plus. Would definitely stay here again.

The place was great, really quiet and serene. The place surrounding is a little hilly, but you will have a great time relaxing.

This area is great. So close to restaurants and shopping. Downtown Orange has fabulous restaurants and it’s a great area. My daughter lives out there so I am always excited to go. It’s nice to have a home away from home. Highly recommend.

Excellent and well appointed unit. King size bed was great, mattresses comfortable. Large TV in the living room. Kitchen had everything needed. Ground floor with zero steps was nice.

Our son was the primary guest at this property while he interned at a local law office. We were able to leave him and return to Texas feeling very comfortable with his accommodations. Location was perfect, centrally located, close to village dining and shopping as well as walk to the beach. He enjoyed his time and looks forward to another visit. Thank you so much for the amazing communication and well kept property.

Our stay in Paso was amazing thanks to this beautiful perfectly located condo! More spacious than we expected with a huge beautiful bathroom. So many restaurants and shops in the area and the square right outside our front door!

Mieko was a really responsive and kind host that answered any questions I had promptly and thoroughly. The Airbnb was as described with lots of amenities and there was always plenty of parking on the street. The location was close to lots of restaurants and shops (an Aldi for any grocery needs literally right next door within walking distance) which was great, but also unfortunately had the caveat of loud street noise at night. We felt very safe in the area though and overall had a great stay.

Great stay! The place is very modern, clean, and comfortable. The location to skiing is unbeatable. It actually is nicer in person than the photos represent. The hosts were very nice and responsive! Thank you!

Nice clean condo is the best location! Roomy comfortable living space with a fantastic outdoor space. Would definitely recommend.

Our second stay here was Wonderful! So close to the beach and downtown Oceanside! Also, a fully stocked garage full of bikes, water toys and everything you could ever need.

We really enjoyed our stay at Oksana’s place! It was very clean and as described. Check-in and check-out was easy and the instructions were clear. Parking can be tough, but we got really lucky and got a spot right in front of the building. We decided to uber to places if needed for the remainder of our trip. That worked out smoothly and didn’t have to worry about getting places or finding parking when returning. Overall, very nice place and would recommend!

We had a fantastic day and found that everything was clean and easy to find. We loved having access to all the baby items so we had less to travel with. The location was fantastic and it’s a very walkable area with lots to do in explore.

The best Airbnb she got everything we needed and more, plenty of beds and bedding for 4 people, kitchen got everything including condiments, dish soap etc if you ever need it, plenty of towels and beach towels, beach chairs, bathroom was with everything you need shampoo conditioner gel sunscreen etc I did not brought kids but I have also seen lots of things for kids. I did enjoy having a lot of extra things I never seen other places. The condo premises is absolutely beautiful we loved it . Thank you so much we are coming back soon
