Villa vacation rentals in South Venice

We enjoyed our stay at Monika's home. Everything was exactly as pictured. We have stayed in Rotunda West a few times and like the neighborhood. It's quiet, safe and the neighbors are friendly. There are so many beaches nearby and great shopping. Monika is a great host, quick to respond with any questions and very accommodating. Thank you Monika for sharing your home with us.

The first thing I have to say is, I was close to giving up on Airbnb‘s altogether due to having a couple bad experiences and being told one thing and it not happening so I have to admit I was pretty skeptical from the beginning, but Michael was a wonderful host. Communication was great. The house was absolutely beautiful and it was just like in the pictures. We were there for a wedding. My family can’t wait to stay there again. While we were there, we checked out a few of the restaurants that were suggested and went to downtown Cape Coral and went to a cute little boutique called Simply Golden and my husband loved it because there was a great cigar bar right across the street. I would highly recommend this place. Can’t wait till our next stay. Thank you Michael!!!!

Viktoria and Vadims place was amazing. We were able to rent 2 of there places next to each other and it accomodated our large Group. We had a Group of 14 Adults that were in Florida for work and a little fishing. We were able to fit everybody and cook and relax during our down time. When back in that area we will 100% be reaching out to Viktoria and Vadim to see if there place is available before we look anywhere else.

We had a lovely stay at Villa 7! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed (and more!). The kitchen was well stocked, the beach toys were a fabulous treat for the kids, and we loved the fun garage space! Kat was quick to respond to any questions and very friendly. We appreciated the clear instructions, recommendations, and information she shared with us. We walked to the beach and the pool and could easily rinse off using the outdoor shower. We also enjoyed walking to the Daquiri Deck & Captain Curts, and taking the free Breeze Trolley into the village. This location is great and the villa itself is very nice!! Definitely recommend :)

It was a great place a lots to do close by.

Agata's villa was perfect and she was very responsive when we had a question. We appreciated the well equipped kitchen, modern appliances, lanai dining table, the reading lights and comfortable furniture in the living room, the bathtub as well as shower in both bathrooms, the Smart TV (there are three TVs), and the beach and children's equipment in the garage. The complex is lovely, peaceful and private -- a good place to take a walk, swim in the pool, play pickleball with an active group, use the billiards table in the clubhouse, join in on occasional activities such as bingo or trivia. The area is close to grocery shopping, The Legacy Trail for biking, Tamiami Trail and convenient for traveling to area beaches. We plan to go back here again and again. Thank you, Agata!

We had a great stay. Dave was a terrific host, responding very quickly to our questions. The area is very quiet with friendly neighbours. The views from the front of the property are spectacular and we witnessed so many amazing sunsets. The wildlife is incredible we saw manatees numerous times in the canal and in the inter coastal waterways, 2 cheeky sea otters in the canal and not to mention the beautiful bird life and dolphins. The house is spacious and has a well stocked kitchen everything you could possibly need. We used the pool everyday it’s a great size. It’s a great house

First time in Florida and what a wonderful house we got to stay at. The house is so beautiful we all loved the pool. Very quiet neighborhood. It’s just a couple miles away from Siesta Beach. Lots of local restaurants near by. We will definitely be back.

The villa is just as advertised very comfortable very close to anything you are planning to do in the area. I also was able to contact Robert a couple of times for a few things that I need to ask about and he was very quick in responding to me. I will definitely book with Robert again and would recommend him to anyone. Thank you Robert we had a great time.

This house was fantastic. Obviously well thought out. The kitchen was so well stocked with everything you could possibly need to cook right down to the electric kettle. Loved the outside bathroom off the pool. Decor is upgraded. Ceiling fans were beautiful.The personal office was a nice touch. Hasan and Hazel were wonderful with communicating and very receptive to any inquiries. We had a wonderful stay and we will definitely be repeat guests.

This home offers easy access to all of BOCA. It’s a nice place with a lot of space.

This was our second stay at this house. Just like the first time we really enjoyed our stay. The area is a great location and has lots of amenities. The home is very peaceful, clean and modern.

Loved this house. The trees in their yard are AMAZING! The pool was very warm. Loved the outdoor couch and TV area. Host was wonderful. Will definitely stay here again. The pantry had some spices and basic cooking ingredients, which is always nice. It's furnished and decorated well.

Had a very relaxing week. It was nice to have our own pool to relax in. It was a quiet area close to grocery shopping. Nice walk to Rotonda park and the loop around it. Plenty of beach chairs, a couple of umbrellas and a couple of coolers made going to the beach an easy day trip. Really enjoyed the stay😀

Amazing house and amazing pool. Very clean and well decorated. Neighborhood was fine as well. Its about a 20 min drive to Siesta Key but not really a problem considering how much you save and just how nice the house is. Host had umbrellas and chairs that we used while there which was great. Bed was comfortable and everything was amazing. Totally worth the price and would stay again.

We had a great stay here! We loved being able to spend time on the lanai with the private backyard. We brought our dogs with us and they enjoyed being able to run in the fenced in yard! Super easy check in and Adam was easy to communicate with. The home is in a great area with lots of good restaurants and activities to do within minutes. Would 100% stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area!

We loved staying here! The kids loved the pool and the house was great! The neighborhood was quiet. It was located close to everything we needed.

Our stay at Victoria's was more than we expected! The villa was exactly as described and was even more spacious than what what the pictures could show! I read reviews before booking and cleanliness was always mentioned...and it did not disappoint! Not a bit of dust or dirt anywhere. I spilled water on the tile floor and used a paper towel to clean it up--the paper towel literally had nothing but water on it. The beds were comfortable and clean in spacious bedrooms. Plenty of storage and closet space for longer stays. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could think of needing--we never ran in to a situation where we needed something that wasnt available to us. All appliances were newer, nice and worked great. There were plenty of beach supplies for daily trips to the beach which is so great for out of towners. We look forward to booking this place again in the future. It was absolutely perfect for us.

Darlene’s place was wonderful. She is a very respectful and responsive host. My husband and I drove 13 hours overnight and she offered early check in for us, which we were incredibly thankful for. Darlene provided the necessary beach equipment that you would need to enjoy a relaxing day. The binder they have of the house information is super helpful, all the way down to local restaurant recommendations.

Julia's place was just what we've been looking for. Close to the main roads to the beaches and restaurants while still very quiet and private. The pool was clean and refreshing. All the beds were comfortable. Plenty of beach chairs, umbrella, noodles, etc. Great to have a garage to park in. This place checked so many boxes for us. We will certainly be renting this spot on future trips to Florida. Thanks, Julia.
