Townhome vacation rentals in South Padre Island

Was great to stay here we loved it!

The location is a short walk to the beach, it's the middle condo and we had no neighbors the majority of the stay so that was nice, the garage is large and they have some beach chairs and toys for kids in the garage, a few of the appliances were out of date, we communicated that with the host and was told the items would be addressed for future guests, overall it was a nice place with everything you'd need to enjoy a vacation on South Padre Island.

David is a friendly person. Loved the duplex always very clean and easy to get to restaurants. Everything you need in the kitchen. Loved the pool area able to relax. Very peaceful.

We LOVE SPI and come here often. I’ll have to rent this home again. Great for kids and pets. We rented a golf cart but it’s so close to beach, that probably wasn’t necessary. The home has enough beach supplies, toys, wagon, chairs, and outside shower to wash off sand. Little back yard perfect for doggy. Very clean. Very comfortable bed.

Everything was as expected. Great location and clean. We were a family of 7 and had a comfortable stay. We would stay here again and recommend to others.

We had such a fun stay!!! Kely was always available for questions and the house had everything we needed!!! Our week at the beach was the best!

Our family of six, 2 adults and 4 teens had a wonderful experience. Plenty of space, private master suite, lots of kitchen accessories and dishes, and the pool area is beautiful and very private.

This was a hidden gem central to all things South Padre Island! The house was quite spacious, clean, & had a lot of natural light flowing through it. We really enjoyed the peaceful & private backyard with the covered back porch for having our morning coffee, just hanging out, or grilling on the pergola, which we did a lot of! The beach access was right down the street making it easy for those beautiful morning sunrises & our daily walks. I highly recommend this property & look forward to staying here again in the near future.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb at SPI! The space was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect, offering beautiful views and easy access to local attractions. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure I had a great experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Victoria’s place was a perfect home away from home. She literally has everything you could possibly need. We made home cooked meals, worked from home and had plenty of beds. 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a backyard was perfect for my family.

We had a wonderful stay at Susan's condo. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach. The condo was spacious and comfortable, and Susan was very responsive to my messages. She also left us drinks and snacks for our stay. The cookies were delicious. We enjoyed sitting on the balconies taking in the view of the bay and the fireworks. I would definitely recommend this condo to others! Thank you so much Susan!

Our group really enjoyed our stay. We arrived early and Johnny allowed us to check in a few hours early which we really appreciated that so much. The house is very nice and well equipped with dishes, glasses, spices etc.. it also has two grills propane gas grill and flat top grill which is very nice. My favorite part was the kitchen and the rain showers. I will say it’s a lot of stairs so if you have limited mobility keep that in mind. It’s one bedroom downstairs but the other 3 bedrooms are upstairs. Lastly, I prefer a soft plush mattress, but most of the bedrooms had firm mattresses however we made the best of it and would recommend this home.

Laura was great thruout. She was welcoming when we arrived, dropping off the garage door opener in person. We needed help once and she was responded immediately. It was helpful to have cleaning several times throughout our month-long stay too. Laura also helped us find resources in the area whenever we asked her for recommendations.

This is the ULTIMATE So. Padre beach house for a family. The location is a 5 min walk to the beach and a 5 to 15 minute walk to numerous bars & eateries. The big bonuses are all the “little things”: great beach chairs , beach toys, & a wagon to haul them, a cooler with wheels, loads of beach towels, an outdoor shower to rinse the sand off, a very well stocked kitchen (with a stocked snack bar), a fantastic swimming pool, games & TVs everywhere. Our family of 5 sleep very comfortably with excellent central a/c. We plan to stay here again the next time we visit So. Padre.

Excellent host, very responsive, clear instructions and ease of check in. The location is fantastic being right on the water, was able to load / unload my boat and be fishing instantly. Surrounding neighbors very friendly. The house it self was great with plenty of amenities, clean, and plenty of room for the whole family. Would definitely rent again and highly recommend to others.

Long Island Village is always nice to visit. This home was cute and just what we needed for a quick spring weekend trip.

Robert was an excellent host and always very easy to get a hold of when we had any questions. Robert goes above and beyond for his renters and we will definitely be booking another stay with him in the future!
