The owner was so kind. She introduced herself to us and reached out before we checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. She even stopped by to ensure we weren't missing anything and made sure we were comfortable.

the pool on the water with the golf course across the way was so peaceful to sit out there and there's like a shaded overhang on the house with a Chase lounges are. very beautiful area. and g a g i and his wife d a n i where super nice. they greeted me and showed me around and were very helpful when I had questions. beautiful home. with absolutely everything you need. you never have to leave if you don't want to. HEB delivers groceries! the pool is beautiful

We had a great time staying here! The pool was the perfect size, we spent most of our time around the pool, plenty of seating, and comfortable lounge chairs. The house is in the perfect location, when you walk out the front door the bay is to your right and the ocean is to your left. We walked everywhere or took the free trolley that goes all around the island. Definitely recommend this house for a great stay on S.P.I.!

Great home for our family vacation. Kids loved the pool, game room, and downstairs kitchenette area. Upstairs kitchen, living room, and balcony great for entertaining adults. Waking distance to main strip. Overall our vacation was a success and this home did not disappoint.

Stayed for almost 5 weeks. Wife and I absolutely enjoyed this location and dealing with this host. House is as described in words and pictures. Host is very responsive, helpful and straightforward. Location is spectacular watching the working waterfront with dolphins, boats, tugs and barges. Even viewed some different sized sea turtles. Peaceful location with some decent fishing off the dock. Covered porch with comfortable heavy duty composite furniture helped make the stay.

Amazing stay! Ruth was really responsive and helpful with any question we had. The location was great and the place felt like a luxurious stay! There’s few places at SPI like Ruth’s place, definitely recommend it!

The hosts were very communicative from the moment of booking until checkout. The guide that they send was very clear and helpful with all of the information for the home. The rooms were more than accommodating for our group of 7. The beds were comfortable and the addition of towels for the pool were a plus. There are beach amenities, such as umbrellas, cooler, chairs, wagons, and beach toys for the littles. I loved how everything was labeled in the kitchen, so you knew where to put items back, and the light and fan switches too! The home has plenty of items for babies and toddlers making traveling easier with not having to bring them. The only thing we did not realize was that the main living area was upstairs. This was not an issue for our group, but the kitchen and living room are on the second floor. The pool and spa were amazing and we used them every day and the walk to beach access was a short 5 minute trip! We loved our stay and would rent again if in the area! Thank you!

The Zula Siesta was absolutely amazing for my family and I! The pool and jacuzzi were phenomenal during our stay! the kitchen was incredible and packed with absolutely everything you need and may forget to pack for your stay! all the rooms were spacious and the downstairs patio was just perfect! the walk to the beach was extremely fast and easy. My stay was incredible and the hosts were very welcoming and responsive for our stay! 100/10 definitely will want to stay again!!

Despite a couple of trip hiccups, we had such an amazing time and were so comfortable in this condo. We originally planned to go out in the evening on our first night there and ended up just having drinks and dinner at the condo while watching movies! The beds are so comfortable and it is so clean and even though it is just like a 2 min walk to the beach (idk if I've ever had that experience at SPI) and the building is very quite even though the condo is between the buildings pool area and Wanna Wanna. The other people staying there were really friendly too. We will absolutely be staying here again!

I loved this place! It was the perfect size for my family of four. My boys had their own room and restroom on one side of the home. My sister and her son stopped by for one night and they slept on the sofa bed, it was as comfortable as a sofa bed can be. I’ve been renting at LIV for 18 years now and this home has been my favorite so far. The kitchen was very nice, but I would suggest new pots and pans. Loved having a washer and dryer in the unit, I was able to wash wet suits and towels after our days at the beach and pool. The patio was perfect for morning coffee and reading. The ceiling fan made it very comfortable to sit out in the 90 degree weather. I would definitely rebook in the future!

Laura’s condo was amazing! We stayed at Gulf View 1 Room 412.. She even had a beach cart we could use and beach chairs. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and cookware. The pool view was very nice. The photos on Airbnb do not do her condo justice. The condo had a lovely ISLAND aesthetic. Looking forward to staying here again in the future. Thank you Laura!

Daniel was very responsive and accommodating being we booked last minute(same day). The house and property are lovely. Everyone was very friendly during our walks. The driveway can even accommodate a dually truck. Would highly recommend =]

Very nice place. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. Within walking distance to a great dessert place, a couple of shops, a coffee shop and great restaurants. The beach was less than three minutes away.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay in this charming condo on the beach. It was immaculate and beautifully decorated, with many amenities. I ate breakfasts and lunches in, and then for dinner, I tried out several of the local restaurants, all of which had delicious seafood offerings. The beach was just steps away from the back door of the complex, and the heated pool and spa were very well maintained. The grounds were beautiful, with blooming hibiscus in the pool area and a perfectly manicured lawn in the back of the complex. I will be sure to book my next visit with Lee Ann. She thought of everything to ensure a comfortable and unforgettable stay.

Nancy is a phenomenal host that makes sure you have your accommodations met! She is responsive and knows everything you need to know about SPI! The apartment was clean and welcoming! We truly enjoyed our stay and had absolute no issues! Nancy makes it clear throughout the apartment how things are supposed to work and how to care for things-she left me no questions and cared about our stay. I can’t wait for Nancy to be our host again!

Decided to celebrate my 27th birthday here with my family and it was the perfect mini getaway. Though my trip was cut short due to the weather it was still an incredible time and will book again in the hot summer days 🫶🏽

The condo was perfect and was in an excellent location. Will definitely be coming back!

We spent the weekend here with my family of 6. It didn’t feel cramped at all. I like the location because the beach that’s within walking distance is less crowded than others. We had a great time in the water and playing in the sand. Loved the amount of beach towels they provide and the useful beach equipment, such as the wagon, chairs, and umbrella. Another added bonus was the shower right outside the unit at the pool. It allowed us to wash off all the sand before entering the home. The only concern for some may be the noise from neighbors who gather late into the night (as it was spring break for many). We didn’t have an issue, but Doug said to call him if there was any bothersome noise so he could address it. So, overall a great stay :)

We had a fantastic stay at this location! The house was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect just a short walk from the beach and close to everything on the island. The host was extremely communicative and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area!

My partner and I absolutely loved the condo. Very clean and well-kept, also had a beautiful view of the beach. One of our favorite parts was the sound system on the TV, felt like we were in a theater! Would definitely stay again. Also, lots of cute dogs on the beach. Couldn’t pet them all because I didn’t have enough arms
