Warm and inviting finished basement with it's own entrance and free parking. Centrally located in upscale southwest Reno neighborhood. 5 minutes away from the airport. Close to walking trails. Includes 1 master bedroom with a queen bed, a second full size bed and a small futon. Food station includes a coffee machine, microwave, small electric oven, air fryer and mini-fridge. 48" tv with Roku, WiFi, workspace in master bedroom. Outdoor eating area. We do welcome pets with a $45 fee.

Cozy up in this 2 room suite with attached bath, complete with private patio entrance, living area, large kitchenette, and dedicated parking spot. This suite is attached to our home but separated by a locked door. We are a short drive (5 min) from downtown, 8 min. to the airport, 35 - 40 min from several popular ski resorts. We are next to the Washoe Public Golf Course in one of the most beautiful, safe, and walkable neighborhoods in Reno. We offer EV charging upon request.

Next to miles of trails, 15 minutes away from Tahoe’s beaches and skiing. Curl up under a cozy down comforters and fall asleep listening to the wind in the pines.

Studio apartment located in a quiet neighborhood. The apartment is attached to the main house but is separated by a wall. It includes a private, outdoor sitting area with grill. Private bedroom space separate from living area. This is a great location with a 15 min bike ride to beaches as well as several hiking trails in walking distance. Bike rental, coffee shop and restaurants are within walking distance as well. There are three ski resorts with in 20 minutes of the apartment.

Beautifully decorated, cozy private room that sleeps 3, in our lovely home. The room is separate from house, it's own bathroom, private small deck and private entrance. Log bunk bed with full bed on the bottom and single bed on top. The room has a microwave and small fridge. The smart television can connect to the internet to get streaming. There is no cable tv.
