Fantastic cabin, very well equipped, comfortable bedrooms, the hot-tub was fun for the family. Views of the lake are stunning. Would highly recommend. Location was great - just a short drive to Sugar Bowl.

Beautiful location right across the street from the lake! This place had everything you needed and even came with fresh coffee 😍 this little vacay spot is just what we needed and would love to go back!

It was perfect in so many ways. The location on the lake couldn't be better. The space and rooms accommodated twelve people and 3 generations beautifully and were comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with all the cookware you could ask for. We liked it so much we stayed an extra night/day. The front desk at Chinquipin was very helpful.

We had a wonderful time staying here for our family weekend getaway! Host was timely and consistent in responses with a ready-made guide to local attractions, resources, and clear check-in/check-out instructions - never felt like I was left hanging whenever I had questions. Full view of the lake from the back deck and dining room window which is stunning, made my amateur photographer father very happy! We stayed in February and really appreciated the thoughtful winter-ready amenities like space heaters in the upstairs rooms, extra quilts, and heated mats on the walkway leading up to the front door outside. EV charging a plus as well. Parking a bit tricky with a small driveway (have to park back to front if more than one vehicle) but honestly with all the pluses, this shouldn’t be a dealbreaker. Overall a family-friendly Airbnb for kiddos and older family members alike, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The property manager, Chris, was VERY helpful and proactive. This was our 4th year renting the home and we will be back. Thank you Chris!

Jennifer’s place was just as described, perfect for our group of 5 for everyone to have their own space. Great location right on Lake Tahoe and 5 min drive to the mountains and village. Amenities were close and accessible and perfect for winding down after long days in mountain. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again when we are back in town!

This is a wonderful place to stay! The location is phenomenal. The house was very clean and was exactly as described. The host was friendly and easy to communicate with. We would stay here again on our next trip.

Oh the drama of trying to organize a family vacation! The schedule comparing, the confirming of who is going, the choices of where exactly to go and what exactly to do, the closing one's eyes and praying quickly that the place you stay is as good as it looks online! And then, you arrive at Brockway Springs and- its perfect! Gated (safe and private), on the lake (views and lovely lapping wave sounds), amenity laden (lovely pool, dock, diving platform, etc), just a walk to Kings Beach for Whitecaps Pizza and mini golf. I was there for my 25th anniversary, and can't imagine it could've gone any better. Ella Callow

We stayed here during a race in Lake Tahoe. My family and accompanying friend and family loved it. Although it got warm in the main living area and upstairs in the summer, the fans in each room helped manage that. The place was clean and the nearby pool was great for the kids, and parents to relax. Would definitely come back!

Paula's place was wonderful - exactly as described, quite clean and in a great location. It had everything we needed. Paula was also extremely helpful, we appreciated how quickly she responded and how considerate she was.

We had a wonderful stay at Harry's place! We loved the relaxing cabin vibe with the view of Lake Tahoe through the trees and enjoyed the hiking trail in walking distance to the house. Harry was a very responsive and accommodating host - definitely would recommend staying here!

Wow. The neighborhood walks with my pups felt like a walking tour through Home and Garden magazine, with unique architecture, manicured flower gardens, a vibrant plethora of plants, mature trees, and flowers. The views from each side of the home are spectacular! Get ready for a shower of sunshine during sunrise from the family room and backyard deck. The hot tub, pool, jetted tub, comfortable couches and beds promote optimal relaxation. I enjoyed cooking in the expansive and well-stocked kitchen. I slept like a baby. The hvac is excellent. The home is beautifully decorated with simplicity and elegance, using green, blue, and gold hues to reflect the surrounding natural environment. There’s so much wildlife to enjoy from rabbits to raptors. The gorgeous river and downtown are just a 10-15 minute drive away. My husband was able to win 3rd place in the Powerlifting America National Championships because we were so relaxed and well-rested at this home. Our hosts made our stay wonderful.

Nice unit close to ski resort. Rooms have king size beds that’s a plus. We loved the place. Would love to rent it again. Check in checkout was easy and convenient. Host is very responsive and accommodating

We had a great time at Christine's cabin! We were there for skiing at Diamond Peak (just up the road) and got very lucky with snow coming down just before and during our stay. Kids were even able to sled right in front of the cabin! The place is very clean and has everything you need. We didn't need to contact Christine during the stay, but she was always responsive so I assume if we had, she'd have gotten right back to us. Highlights of the cabin were definitely the location, the 3 floors with bdrm and bathroom on each (separate, private spaces for everyone...we were a family of 9), and overall cleanliness. The bedding, carpeting and furniture were overall as clean as any airbnb I've stayed in. We had a great stay and will definitely look to return!

Awesome place! Love the huge and clear back deck, the only neighbors around aren’t even “seeable”. Secluded, spacious, ample dishes and supplies for cooking, and just a beautiful house. I have a feeling chris, the owner, is a gamer!

This home was one of the best places we have stayed at for our annual family ski trip. It was so comfortable, yet so spacious! The kitchen was absolutely perfect! We all love to cook in my family and it worked out perfectly. Your kitchen was nicely stocked! It was such a pleasure if we forgot that certain spice, it was in your cabinets. The loft upstairs was perfect for our grandsons and the bedroom. They loved the children toys provided, books, legos, arts and crafts, especially the teepee (that was a hit). The beds were very comfortable! Loved the heated floors! Very quiet neighborhood, the floor plan of your home was great, very spacious but comfortable. We will be back next year!

Micheal’s cabin was awesome and worked out perfect for us, he was very responsive and the house was in a great location. Looking forward to coming back!

We had a good stay at Duggans place. We were celebrating my boyfriend’s 21st birthday and had to find a place that could fit 8 people. This house worked great. All the bedrooms are located on the bottom floor, living room and kitchen are on main floor. The house is painted a different color now than what is pictured in the listing so that threw us off at first. But everything else was good. A lot of appliances in the kitchen too! Duggan was also very responsive and helpful!

John is an exceptional host and his home is equally as lovely. We had plenty of linens, kitchenware and other home accessories to feel right at home and cook all our meals and be very comfortable. The hot tub is possibly the loveliest hot tub I have ever seen, period. We would book again hands down. Thank you, John.

Margo’s house is beautiful with lots of space. It was very clean and the backyard is beautiful. My family really enjoyed the house.

What an idyllic stay at this property! We enjoyed the 3(!) large living areas, fire places, well-stocked kitchen, and many balconies. It’s a great location as well, with views of the lake. We really appreciated the attentive hosts - Tahoe Luxury Properties is the best property mgmt company in Tahoe. They truly go above and beyond to ensure your stay is pleasant.

The place is wonderful and definitely a rare find. Peaceful yet shops and bus to Northstar were within walking distance. Boyd was an awesome host and great to communicate with. We’re already thinking of coming in the summer as the hoa center pool is across the street.

Amazing stay for our group of 11! Lots of windows and natural lighting. The game room was so much fun and spacious! The kitchen is gorgeous, lots of delicious meals were made over the weekend and no cook felt left out due to the spacious kitchen having so much seating for everyone to surround the counter. This was definitely a stay to remember !
