Cottage vacation rentals in Sonoma

Perfect getaway for my husband and I . It was chilly when we first got there but David was right, the space heater just needs a few minutes and it warmed right up. Super thoughtful with how the place is stocked, all the spices and oil to cook, all the ice trays filled, plenty of coffee filters and coffee, extra sunscreen and first aid supplies. Very cozy and private, beautifully decorated, and comfortable bed, pillows and couch with plenty of blankets.. The outside space is lovely but it rained too much to enjoy it. We were still able to use the hot tub, surrounded by trees and moss covered rocks. welcome packet had all the info we needed and was very informative. The only issue we had was the basement tv. It’s an older model and would only load Amazon. The Netflix app was an older version and was not compatible with the current platform. But it wasn’t that big of a deal. We really enjoyed ourselves, thanks for all the attention to detail.

We had a great time staying at Quinn's lodge. Everything was exactly as described and super clean. The sauna was an amazing experience!

This is a charming place, beautifully kept with lovely furnishings. We really enjoyed the well appointed kitchen as we cooked every day. The yard and gardens are beautifully kept, peaceful and serene. Oranges growing right outside the house! We were in town for a wedding, and Santa Rosa is right in the middle of so many enjoyable things to do. We hiked on the CCT out past Bodega Bay, enjoyed restaurants in Healdsburg, visited the redwoods and shopped at the Barlow in Sebastopol. Thank you Cheryl for sharing your lovely home. We had a fabulous time!

This was a perfect spot for a personal retreat. I loved everything from the decor to the comfy bed to the private hot tub and well tended garden. I would love to come back again.

This home is absolutely beautiful! The outside is gorgeous and relaxing. The outdoor patio and hot tub are amazing! The location is also fabulous. We went to the Bothe-Napa state park and the Castello di Amorosa both of which were only 15min away as is downtown Calistoga which is really cute. We really enjoyed our stay!! The only slightly problematic feature is the toilet, it doesn’t really work.

Great location, right on the river! Centrally located with an easy drive to the coast (Bodega Bay), to wine tasting (Napa and Sonoma), to Armstrong Redwoods and to the City (SF). Enjoyed the warmth of the cozy fireplace and hot tub too. This is a charming little cottage which was stocked with all the comforts of home. We appreciate a rental with a comfortable bed and nice bedding which was present at this property. The host was easily reachable and responded quickly. Wonderful stay! Side note: If you are easily prone to motion sickness, be prepared as the roads in the area are pretty curvy.

Our weekend getaway @ Linda's in Middletown was wonderful! The cottage was comfortable, the backyard and surrounding nature was beautiful, and Linda was a very welcoming host. Our dog had a wonderful time too :)

Colin was a great host and the place is really nice. having a wine or coffee on the deck with the stream is wonderful.

Overall we had a good stay at Susan’s rental. She was very nice and communicative. It was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals. Large refrigerator. Regular drip coffee pot. Very close to downtown Mill Valley so you can walk into town easily. There seemed to be a few other renters on this property, and our rental was the very back unit. The walkway down the length of the front house was a bit tight, with 2 gates. It was farther than we expected to load/unload bags. Just a heads up - Parking was a bit tricky because this property is on the main avenue (Blithedale).

Perfect getaway...very well taken care of and a beautiful location. Perfect place to unwind and enjoy the day.

The excellent reviews for this property caught our eye and we were not disappointed. We stayed at the Creekside Cottage for a girls weekend (there were three of us), but the house could accommodate more). We felt spoiled with high-quality linens, an abundance of towels, radiant heat on the bathroom floor, and a well-appointed kitchen. The house is perfectly located for Healdburg activities, but it's lovely to be among the redwoods and near the creek (which was more like a rushing river during our stay). The rainy weather limited our use of the outdoor amenities, but we plan to come back so we can enjoy ALL the comforts of this lovely property!

This is such a sweet cottage in a quiet neighborhood. We loved the view from the kitchen looking right at the river among trees, foliage and bamboo. Such a pretty yard and it's winter! We enjoyed a quiet lunch under the flowering jasmine, relaxed in the adirondack chairs facing the river and soaked in the pristine clean hot tub while gazing at the stars. Adam is very quick to respond to your questions! You can really tell that he cares greatly about his place and about YOU having a good experience. The kitchen has everything you need to make meals, the beds and linens are comfy (firm mattress fyi) and there are small notes here and there so you find your way around easily. Love the Siri speaker for music. We would love to come back in the summer and take the kayaks for a spin! This property is a win for sure!

Beautiful views from the top of the mountain! Michelle was great about communicating with us and helped figure out the heater, which we needed since the weather was not as cooperative as Michelle was!

Wow! What an amazing place. Loved the surroundings, with the creek in the back, and Sugarloaf Ridge State Park within walking distance. The home is beautifully furnished, inside and out. Lots of touches to feel at home including the wood stove in the living room and the fire pit outside. Ryan, our host, was so thoughtful and accommodating. Glen Ellen is a charming town with some great restaurants and wineries, while also a close drive to Sonoma, Napa, and Yountville.

This was my second stay so that should tell you something. Its comfortable roomy..nice kitcjen to cook in. Very responsive hosts. Easy to have a pet.

We absolutely enjoyed staying here! Conveniently located to restaurants and wineries. Although it was a short stay, it was a perfect place to stay at. If we are ever in Napa again, we will make sure to book at Kay’s!

Host knocked it outa the park, appreciate it. The house itself was perfect and easy to fine, beds was comfortable and had everything ya needed. Toilet paper wasn't the cheap kind either 😂

We had the most incredible stay at Tom's Redwood Oasis, Cottage C! It looked cute on Airbnb, but honestly, it’s even more charming in person. The cabin is perfectly thought out with everything you need for a cozy, peaceful getaway. It’s incredibly private, which made it feel like our own little slice of paradise. Our pups had an absolute blast exploring the property, and we couldn’t have been happier. The hot tub under the towering redwoods was pure magic – there’s really nothing like soaking in the warmth while surrounded by nature. We ended up never wanting to leave the property because it was so relaxing and peaceful. We will absolutely be back, likely every year for our anniversary. Highly recommend this spot if you're looking for a secluded, rejuvenating retreat!

Perfect place for visiting Healdsburg & Wineries in the area. The house was spotless and beautiful! Lots of attention to details and a very safe neighborhood! Tami was a very gracious host.

The house was very comfortable and perfect for a family get away! I loved the proximity to the beach. She allows a dog which is great.
