My stay was perfect! The location is ideal for hiking, beach walks, and dining options. The peaceful setting in the woods added to the charm. The owners were incredibly responsive and available 24/7, making the experience even better. Overall, it’s a memorable getaway that I highly recommend!

Bob’s place was perfect for our 1-year anniversary stay in the redwoods. Just as we had hoped. We got in just after dark but thankfully we have a high clearance vehicle and confidence! Bob was super flexible. We had to shift our dates by a day then shift them back and he was more than able to oblige. We loved the decor and vibes and the place had everything we needed. The only tiny downside was how close the house is to the road. When people walked by, with the huge beautiful windows, it felt like they were walking up to the front door every time. But the back patio made up for that misperceived lack of privacy. The back patio revealed huge redwoods. Overall, perfect stay! Thank you again!

It was a wonderful stay I loved being there. The house was spectacular. Only suggestion I have is to rent a car. We didn’t because we planned to Uber but didn’t know that Uber doesn’t go to that specific area for pick-ups, only drop off. So I suggest getting a car rental from the beginning. We paid more for taxis than the 2 day car rental we were able to get last minute. Other than that our stay was perfect and I want to come back again. The hot tub was so nice, even though it was freezing at night you can’t tell if you’re in the hot tub. I love there were so many condiments too in the house to cook and clean. Charming and cozy cabin space, beautiful location among the trees and alongside the river. A very quick drive to coastal Highway 1, also easy access inland to Healdsburg and surrounding Sonoma valley vineyards. Chilly night and morning in mid-October, but the space heater provided plenty of warmth. Chad was very accommodating and great with communication!

This cabin is remarkable!! Incredibly peaceful, a view that is truly beautiful and relaxing. The spacious decks are wonderful- everything in the house was spotless and clean. Hosts were flexible, and friendly! After just a couple of nights, I felt like a different person- refreshed, happy, and relaxed! Highly recommend this cabin!!

From the moment we arrived the home was serene. Very private and nestled in all the trees. Our family felt right at home. There was an abundance of records to play on the record player which was such a nice touch. We would definitely visit here again and again. Thanks to Katie and Chris for providing a wonderful experience in this home.

What a magical place! You feel at home the moment you walk in. There are beautiful views from every window. I loved having slow mornings and coffee on the back deck. If you need to unwind this is the place. Also, super dog friendly. They even had toys, blankets and poo bags. I can’t wait to come back!

Great accommodations for two couples or a group of five. Peaceful surroundings, homey and pleasant atmosphere. Pleasant outdoor area with nice hot tub. Would definitely book again!

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy wooden cabin nestled in the mountains. The setting under the trees was perfect, and despite it being a hot weekend, the shade kept it cool during the day, and the house stayed comfortably cold at night without needing any cooling. We absolutely loved the hammock and the super comfortable Adirondack chairs—perfect for relaxing outdoors! The record player with its decent collection of music was a nice touch, adding to the charm of the place. The cabin was quiet, private, and offered easy access to local restaurants, coffee shops, and a grocery store, all of which had great food! All appliances inside the cabin worked perfectly, making our stay even more convenient. The only thing missing was an EV charger nearby, but since we didn’t plan on much driving, we managed without it. However, for longer stays, it's something to plan ahead for. Overall, we had a peaceful and enjoyable stay, and would love to return!

A very sweet spot for a family getaway. The cabin was cozy and had everything we needed. The redwoods were beautiful and the creek was magic. We can’t wait for our next visit!

Chad’s place was so cute and relaxing! We had a seamless check in the house was perfectly clean and as described the location is absolutely gorgeous and quiet for complete and total relaxation! We enjoyed the hot tub and the grill, cooking a meal here is so easy and nice, they have absolutely everything you need and town is a short 5 min drive or 30 min gorgeous walk! Would book this property again in a heartbeat !

This cabin was the perfect little getaway spot! We loved the fire pit and indoor fireplace alike. The home was cozy, warm, and comfortable. However there was one significant downside to this property: the neighbors. Within 10 minutes of arriving we had a neighbor asking if we owned the car parked down the street (it was not; we parked where the instructions told us to), and we later had a different neighbor come and tell us to wrap it up when we were enjoying our time by the fire pit. We weren’t being particularly loud and this was prior to the 10pm quiet hours. It was a little off-putting, but it didn’t stop us from enjoying our time. The property itself is welcoming, the neighborhood roads are beautiful, and the Russian River Pub is a must visit. I-Chuan Karen was very kind and communicative host and despite the neighbors, I would stay there again!

This place is truly peaceful. Beautiful location and a lot of local outdoor activities. We had a bit of an extended stay and the cabin still had everything we needed for our family of 3. We stayed in mid October and it was already pretty chilly so we had a fire going in the morning & right before going to bed. It was pretty cool & gave all the cabin vibes.

It was so nice and relaxing to come to after my workshop, very clean and cozy. The gourmet coffee & press pot was unexpected but a nice touch. I felt they put a lot of thought into the guest experience.

We really enjoyed our stay! It was peaceful and serene and exactly what we expected. We stopped here for a few nights on a road trip down the California coast and it felt wonderful being among the redwoods. Clear instructions for check in before we arrived.

My husband and 2-year-old son joined me on a recent work trip, which we enjoyed largely in part to Ila’s beautiful home and garden. My toddler loves being outside and loves gardens, so he truly had a wonderful time exploring and tasting some of the grapes from the garden! Ila was also so sweet and gifted my son some animal figurines that are now part of his toys. We slept comfortably and would stay again!

Perfect weekend getaway spot, walkable to the river, surrounded by fun restaurants and shops. Lovely and clean accommodations & peaceful, private porch. It was a plus to have driveway for parking as we were there on a busy weekend!

A beautiful little cabin to call home base as we adventured around the Russian River and Sonoma Coast. Comfy furniture and great attention to design detail. Views of the river from the deck were really special :) It was so nice to have access to laundry as well! A couple essentials missing from the kitchen (large pan, salt), so if you’re planning on cooking elaborate meals you might want to double check on that. But there is a cute general store right in town so we were able to find what we needed. We will definitely be back soon. Such a great spot!

Absolutely perfect place for our plans for romantic getaway. We’ve rented plenty of places on the Russian River with sometimes multiple families but this was just for the wife and I. Indoors and outdoors, Jessica and Jackson’s cabin was just the thing. Cute little place and had all we needed…including the beach chairs and umbrella for the really easy walk to not one but two beach locations. Perfect for a hot summer/autumn day lazing with a book and beer/wine punctuated with plunges in the cool of the River. Would rent the place again for sure!

We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin was very cozy, the bed super comfortable and the kitchen well appointed. I appreciated the quality cookware since many air bnb’s have scratched teflon cookware that I don’t want to use. The location was great, a quick walk to see the ocean in two directions and a nice private yard. Christina was very responsive and helpful w questions. We love Bolinas and really enjoyed coming for more than a day trip so hope to return for another stay.

I had a really lovely stay at Katy‘s place! It is abundantly clear that she cares about her guests’ experience and has made the A-frame a warm and happy home. It’s a beautiful and thoughtful space with all the amenities. She even put out an adorable Halloween-themed mug for my coffee. (as it’s the week before Halloween and I had told her that coffee was on my list for the weekend!). I’m always freezing, too, and I never felt cold with all the cozy comforters, and blankets around (I didn’t need to use the heater). Barely heard the guests downstairs and I was able to sleep in LATE. Hope I can visit again down the road!

Calling this property "Little Falling Water" is actually pretty accurate. Pretty amazing to stay in an almost entirely original, undisturbed Mid-Century time capsule with a flowing waterfall underneath the house! Falling a sleep while curled up on the couch is almost too easy with that sound in the background. Very nearby is a sufficient and cute supermarket and a coffee shop with great coffee and cheap and tasty breakfast items. I like the compromise made by having a projector screen available but no traditional TV or TV-centric living room elements, but be forewarned that if your form of relaxation involves a lot of Netflix that the audio will be underwhelming. Would be a great retreat for 1 or 2 couples, and a good one for adults with 1 older (10+) child, in my estimation. Harbin Springs, down the road about 20 minutes, is a great time also, and there's good food options in Kelseyville and Clear Lake. What an amazingly preserved piece of architectural history.

We had a wonderful stay in Perjol’s beautiful home . The setting is amazing and so peaceful and relaxing . Perjol had given great attention to making sure that everything was perfect for our stay . It is a very special place !
