House vacation rentals in Snyder County

This place was great and very accommodating for my group! We stayed here to be close to Knoebels for the weekend while also being far enough away from the Halloween hustle and bustle. The host was awesome at communicating and even let us check out late since no one followed our stay. The kitchen and living room were beautiful and spacious, and the beds were some of the most comfortable we’ve all slept in! I would love to stay here again if I’m ever in the area and would recommend to anyone.

We were in the area for a friend's wedding and found this gem. It is an absolutely beautiful location. Waking up and looking out at daybreak over the vines was so calming. We visited the restaurant where we had a great lunch before heading out. This was a splurge which put my husband and i into a bubble which is hard to do with our busy lives. It was so relaxing when we came back at the end of the night where we could turn on the fireplace and recline in the chair.

Perfect country setting for our family whose members ranged from senior citizens to a three year old. The indoor pool and hot tub provided hours of entertainment. We enjoyed the ability to cook meals in the well stocked kitchen. The memories made in the beautiful setting will be lasting. We appreciated your flexibility and willingness to extend our departure time.

We had a wonderful stay, the property was gorgeous inside and out. The views from the hilltop were spectacular as pictured, and it was nice to be able to walk the grounds and enjoy time outside. The hot tub was lovely too. The beds were all comfy especially the master suite; there was plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed the huge TV in the living room especially. Thank you!

Wow I don’t know how to describe this but my family and I had a wonderful weekend, it was a beautiful and totally unexpected experience (cooking on the fire , making things like the old times and also feeling relax even in a middle of a unexpected storm , but this made us to realize how much we need it , made us more close to each other cause we worked as a team but at the same time we thank god for this amazing opportunity cause after that trip I feel like me and my family became more stronger and grateful , The nature with the rain was amazing, Getting to know people like Nate and Michelle make me realize that excellent people still out there , I never felt so safe with the way they’re taking care of us. Specially in the middle of the night , everything we needed or asked for they took very good care , they supplied us with a couple of things that we need out of cost, they don’t care about the money, their main priority was our safety and that we were having a good time. Thanks☺️

Tim and Sharon’s place is peaceful and beautiful. Everything was clean and easy to find. They are friendly and welcoming. They also have friendly neighbors at the alpaca farm. Close to Hersey about 30 mins. We had a great stay and will definitely have to come back as our dogs had the time of their life’s there as well.

We really loved the stay at the house! It really was everything we were looking for and wasn't forever away from us. We wanted to get away and relax with privacy and some places for the kids to get in the water... the pool did not disappoint even if it was a little chilly this time of year... The kids didn't care! I spent most of my time in the hot tub and using the amenities of the home that made us all feel right at home. We hope to come again... this was a great spot to bring the family and friends to get away.

My family and I stayed for the long memorial day weekend. The living room is huge its a step down style and has a bunch of beautiful couches with still having ample floor space. obviously for families traveling with children this is awesome to accommodate air mattresses while still having leg room! The dining table has ample seating as well making it easy to play games! I also want to mention the hot water lasted through a bunch of showers which was a welcome change from other places I've stayed! The only negative may be that the numida raceway can be heard from the yard (not really from inside it must be well insulated) personally I found it fun however if I had an infant I probably would have been upset over this. So YES you are close to knobels but also extremely close to numida drag strip! Overall the home was very inviting there is a pizza place right down the road that offers delivery.

A lovely weekend with family was spent in a clean and spacious home, with many updates and a beautiful view of the lake. Sara responded immediately to our communications and offered any assistance we may need, but the home provided all we could have wanted for our stay. Beautiful home on a very private road. Unfortunately, we werent there enough, due to other activities we had planned, to enjoy the outside area. The house was very clean. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you would need.

We love staying at Hillside Haven when we come to this area in Pennsylvania. This is our 4th time to stay with Dwight and Lois. We are starting to feel like this is our second home. It is always super clean, and well stocked to meet all of our needs. The owners immediately respond if there is any problem at all. It’s located in a beautiful, peaceful setting that is quiet and serene. It’s such a cozy and comforting home away from home! We highly recommend staying here! Marilyn and Carl Pfaehler

We stayed her just for one night while visiting friends. The place was clean and had everything we needed. It is also in a beautiful area. We arrived late and had no issues with check in. I would recommend staying here.

We stayed at this Airbnb for the Bucknell graduation. It’s about 25min away from campus and suited our needs perfectly. Much more affordable for the 6 of us than paying inflated hotel prices. The only downside was one bathroom, but we knew that and planned accordingly. The place was cute and clean and quiet, and the host was awesome and prompt to respond. 5 stars!

The Lazy 8 was a cozy place that was great for getting away. On a rainy day the basement was great for gaming and entertaining. Faylor lake and Lazy 8 was gorgeous. We enjoyed exploring nature and playing disc golf on the day we had good weather. Host himself was responsive and made check in/out smooth.

We had a wonderful stay! The location, layout, and number of extremely comfortable beds was absolutely perfect for our large family (our son was graduating from Bucknell University). The property is beautiful! We especially loved looking out at the water - the view is stunning! We had everything we needed for a fabulous and memorable weekend. Thank you!

Judy was a great host, the best. She helped us when needed (our not understanding) and even came to help us when we couldn’t get the Pacers game on TV (again our fault). She had all supplies we needed and breakfast items for us. It was the best experience ever and would definitely stay there again and highly recommend this place to everyone. Thank you Judy!

We only stayed one night but definitely felt right at home! They have everything you need and more for a wonderful stay! Very clean home and well stocked refrigerator! Don’t get me started on the coffee and tea choices! Check this one out, you won’t regret it. I’m sure we’ll be staying here again the next time we’re in town!
