Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Sloan Lake

The apartment was clean, quiet, and private. The mattress was firm, the refrigerator full-sized, and there's a French balcony that can be opened for fresh air. There is an operable gas fireplace, a bedroom TV and a living room TV with several premium channels to watch. Guests should know that this is a second floor walk-up. Some appreciated amenities included cooking oil, seasonings, trash bags and other kitchen supplies; coffee, filters, and tea provided; toothpaste, mouthwash, sunscreen and various other supplies that minimized the need to shop or over buy. Plenty of closet and dresser space for storage. Eyal was quick to respond when we had an questions or concerns.

Had a wonderful comfortable stay here, nice area felt very safe no problems whatsoever. Parking was super accessible and was nearby lots of nice places. Wonderful apartment would definitely stay here again if I ever come back to colorado to visit. Adi was so friendly and helpful and very communicative.

Great place to stay in a nice, walkable neighborhood. Lots of good restaurants and bars a short walk away. Place is nice — good kitchen; cozy bed. Will definitely come back next time I’m in Denver.

Nice place to stay for a weekend.

Accomodation was as advertised, kitchen stocked with necessities including coffee :) thanks for that. Grocery store close by, also close to several bus routes (with interruptions by current construction on Colfax Ave). Walkable restaurants and parks. Quiet suburban neighbourhood. Not terribly close to downtown but reasonably priced and would be easy access to downtown and highways for someone who has a car.

Great great spot for what we needed; a space to regroup after moving out of our nearby home and on to the next thing. We loved the separate entrance to the space, the easy-to-find blue picket fence, the parking options, the washer and dryer and also the 2 bedrooms. We are very tall, so often anything smaller than a single king bed is tight for us to sleep together - so it was nice to sleep in separate rooms with the doors open! The kitchen/living area is so cute, well furnished without being overstimulating and everything we needed was right there. I work from my laptop and the dining table was perfect for that with my portable second screen. Overall, excellent spot.

Sonja's basement apartment worked really well for my purposes. I stayed for a week and it felt like home! It's situated in a comfortable neighborhood and although you're in the basement of a house, it felt private. I did not hear any noises above me like some previous reviews stated. Everything was peaceful and quiet for the entire time I was there. Having a fully functional kitchen and laundry machines was great. When I had a question, Sonja called me back almost immediately to answer it. I'd highly recommend!

The best review I can give is that I've stayed at this Airbnb five times. Whenever I happen to be in the Denver area for work, this is my home base. Not only is the property well maintained, it's constantly being improved.

In town for concert at Red Rocks, location was ideal, under 15 minutes drive with easy access to freeway. Even though located on moderately busy street, road noise was never an issue, with the house being quiet and peaceful. Multiple outside seating areas were welcomed and well used. Grocery store and coffee shop within easy walk. Enjoyed the unexpected extras such as jazzuci tub, plush towels, comfortable bed and well-supplied kitchen with quality, sharp knifes. Host was very response, friendly and responsive to needs. Would recommend to others and would definitely consider staying again.

Our stay was perfect. We were in town for a wedding and we ended up bringing our dog, the backyard space was great for him to run around after the long car ride. The place was super clean and had all the amenities you would want — from coffee, to a blowdryer, to extra blankets. They were super communicative and lovely. Would highly recommend!

The Copper Door was just perfect for my daughter and I. Located in a quiet neighborhood with great walking and running trails, we really enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. We enjoyed walking around the reservoirs nearby. Trader Joe’s and all of the shops that we needed were minutes away. It is conveniently located less than 20 minutes from Red Rocks, which was great. The home is very clean and quiet - just perfect for us. We very much enjoyed our stay. Five Stars all around.

Really enjoyed my stay at Eric’s. I came into town for a 3-day business trip after two additional days on the road. Needed a place I could come in and just relax. This hit the spot 100%. Quiet neighborhood, at least in the evening when I was there ;) , very comfortable bed, house was wonderful and clean and the backyard, tho I didn’t really get to enjoy much of it was just lovely. Will certainly look at staying there again when I’m in town for business!

The place was super clean, modern appliances and plenty of updated features. Was the perfect location to get anywhere in the metropolitan area. I would highly recommend staying her and would look forward to staying here on a future visit. Cheers

Perfect place for what we needed a close to the soccer stadium which is why we were there!! 10/10 recommend would stay again!!!

We were beyond pleased with all aspects of our stay. From start to finish everything went smoothly. We requested a change in check-in time and Charlie was ok with that. Truly, there wasn’t a thing we would have changed. We also really appreciated the promptness with which Charlie responded to our questions. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

I used the space to stay for a work trip- and it was perfect. All the amenities were just right.

We had a wonderful stay at Betsy's Airbnb! Betsy's communication was excellent and very helpful. The location couldn't be better - you can walk to many shops and restaurants! The Airbnb was spotless and had everything we needed.

Great place to stay when traveling for business as it is a short drive to DTC and short walk to Cherry Creek Trail for running or biking.

Nice, quaint little place! Felt very comfortable and at home. The location was perfect for my agenda and the neighborhood is very peaceful. Dani provided clear instructions, fresh linens, and plenty of towels. The Mugi Poke place did not miss if you’re looking for a walkable place for dinner. The balcony was a nice place to sit and reflect after a long day, and you can see the mountains from the street - so cool. Glad I stayed an Dani’s place.

I can’t say enough good things about this Airbnb. Firstly, it’s spotless which was what I read in reviews when I was looking. This was important to me. The place was very comfortable and was in an excellent location. I also loved that there was a Kurig with coffee in the kitchen, that was so convenient. Martin is a great host, he was a pleasure to deal with.
