Beautiful home to make memories and enjoy your time on getaways and holidays. Just left after our stay for Memorial Day weekend 2025 and already we want to go back. Big spacious house for large parties and an even bigger yard, it’s not often we get to play volleyball together as a family and it was awesome to get a game and enjoy the yard throughout the day. You can get comfortable quick and Maria does a good job on making you feel at home as your there. Definitely coming back !

The home was very comfortable. In a great location only a couple of miles from shopping, but felt secluded and woodsy. The back yard is serene and beautiful, plenty of room for pets or kids to play. We really enjoyed the retractable awning on the West-facing side of the home. It made eating at the lovely outdoor dining table very comfortable.

Yelena is a great host! She was great about communicating with us with any questions that we had and very helpful with any changes we needed to make. She checked in with us to make sure everything was as good. We enjoy staying here at the Playhouse. The house is big and spacious. The view was amazing!

We had a great time during our stay (7 adults, 1 infant) - reasonable distance from Yosemite, and plenty of fun things to do on property as well.

Everything was great! Valerie went above and beyond to offer help with a personal circumstance. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Great place only about 20min from the entrance to Yosemite. The kitchen is tight but has everything you need for some home-cooked meals. The house was comfortable and a great place to stay and the hot tub was perfect for relaxing after lots of hiking. saw a Great Blue Heron and a pack of about 5 coyotes.

Wonderful location. It is fully equipped and easily accessible, being just 20 minutes from the Yosemite gates. Joseph was communicative and very responsive. Consider this spot if you're planning a visit to the area.

Home away from home! ❤️ We had a wonderful experience staying here. The place was clean, organized and very relaxing. A perfect setting for a break from reality. We all had an amazing time, especially the kids and our fur babies. My nephew was playing at the zip line nonstop! 😁 I personally enjoyed the hot tub and bonfire. It was very relaxing! Indeed a memorable and perfect weekend get away! ❤️

We absolutely loved our stay! The owners were responsive and wonderfully communicative. The house is beautifully maintained and everything we expected and way more. The AC was on for us, making unpacking much more pleasant. The beds are super comfortable, and the bedding so soft. The living room was perfect for lounging with our group. The kitchen is wonderfully stocked and the BBQ was pristine. Couldn’t imagine a better place to spend a weekend with your nearest and dearest.

Our group of 9 loved staying at this place! It’s located just 30 minutes from Yosemite's South Entrance. We made use of the BBQ grill and also enjoyed making s’mores at the fireplace on the balcony. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. The only thing I wasn’t expecting was that one of the bathrooms is actually located in the garage. There’s access to it through the laundry room in the main house, but it’s not the most convenient setup. But overall we had a great time and I highly recommend staying here!

Great place for our 2 families to get together. Loved the game room downstairs for the kids to play, and loved sitting out on the deck with the propane fire pit/ hot tub. There is a small separate camp site a ways down on the property, but we felt very private and peaceful at the house. Loved staying here and drove to see Yosemite during our stay.

One of the biggest highlights was the incredible game room — we spent most of our time there and it truly made the trip unforgettable! Every amenity was thoughtfully provided, from the well-stocked kitchen to the cozy bedrooms and outdoor areas. It felt like a true home away from home. The location was also ideal — close to everything we needed but still peaceful and relaxing. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend and would definitely book again!

This spot was perfect for our little family of three. Half way between Yosemite's South Gate and the surprisingly well-equipped town of Oakhurst, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would book this place again. Check-in was a breeze, and the host was very responsive when asked a question or two during the visit. The wood-burning stove and the hot tub were a bonus for tired legs after long hikes, and a cozy atmosphere and opportunity to warm up during nightly movies while relaxing. Would definitely recommend this spot if you're looking for a non-hotel option that's very private and slightly off the beaten path.

Perfect for our three-couple trip. We enjoyed the hot tub and fireplace and very convenient location! The nearby falls hike was one of our favorites.

I had a wonderful stay at Michael’s place! It was peaceful, safe, and had everything I needed for a comfortable trip—including a full kitchen and a relaxing jacuzzi, perfect after a long day of hiking. The location is fairly close to Yosemite, making it a great base. I especially loved the patio in the backyard—stargazing at night was nice. Michael was incredibly proactive and responsive, even with late-hour questions, and his recommendations were spot-on. Would definitely stay here again!

Nanook and I have stayed in many Airbnb’s since I retired and started traveling, this was “hand’s down” the best! Everything was as described and perfect. The king bed was so comfortable and I made use of the bbq and disco lights. 😀 I felt at home. We explored Yosemite during the day and relaxed at home at night. I wanted to reserve a few nights more nights but I was too late. 😩 I made use of that great kitchen. Highly recommend and Nanook and I will be back. It was nice meeting Connie.

The place was a prefect getaway with the husband. Regina made it extremely easy to check in, check out, and she responded very quickly to my questions throughout our stay. We recommend staying here.

We loved our stay Julian and Momoko's home in Oakhurst. We stayed a week so we could enjoy Yosemite National Park. The house was quiet and cozy. Each bedroom was extra roomy, and the beds were very comfortable. When we checked in we had a small issue with the door code, I felt bad because it was already after 8 pm, but Julian got back to me within a minute and helped us get inside. They were the most responsive hosts, highly recommend!

Diana was a great hostess. Her place was truly clean, and decorated like a log cabin. There was just my spouse and I, but is comfortably set up for larger groups as well. The instruction booklet was great, very close to Yosemite's South Entrance. The hot tub was very a welcome amenity at the end of some long hiking days. Wild turkeys show up in the early mornings and you can watch the male show off for the females. One day we needed a break from hiking and driving into YNP, as once you hit the south entrance it is over an hour or more depending on traffic, to the Valley, and decided to go to Bass Lake which is just a few miles away. It was beautiful, and you can rent boats there and we sat at the lodge on the deck and had lunch. The movie The Great Outdoors was filmed there, so that was an interesting fact to find out. We had a nice relaxing day there. The cabin is in a beautiful peaceful location. We would definitely stay there again! Laura
