Simon was very prompt in getting back with any questions I had. The house was right across the street. Great place to stay.

Very nice older home a few blocks from the beach and half a block from the main street in Belmar. Tiffany was very nice to deal with and was very accommodating with my reservation for me and a larger group staying in the home.

We had a wonderful stay at Jamie's home! Great location, walking distance to everything....beach, local shops and restaurants. It was clean and comfy! It offers many amenities that give it an "at home" feeling. We enjoyed the new patio, grill, outside shower. Amazing backyard meticulously kept! The lake was peaceful and very enjoyable. Jamie was a great host! He gave many suggestions for local spots. Jaime was very responsive and truly wanted his guest to have a great stay! I would highly recommend Jaime's home to others and hope that we can come back to stay again!

This is my 3rd time staying at this beautiful oasis, and I can't wait to go back! We were on a girl's trip and we all felt very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub, curling up on the super comfy couch, playing the games at the house, cooking delicious meals, and the nearby Pinball Museum! It was my first time walking home from the boardwalk, and I don't know why I didn't do it sooner! The neighborhood homes are beautiful and spring is springing! Tracy is an amazing host and she made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Can't wait to go back when the weather is warmer to enjoy the beach!

What a place to go for the weekend , Solaris was so beautiful, hot tub has a great view of outside, such a big place and you have three different living areas, very private and noise doesn’t go out at all. Keith is an excellent host , very active and always ready to help. He cleaned out the hot tub for us after day 2 for our third day stay ,which he again gave us for a discount. Overall this is added as my fav and the host is one big reason for it .

Check in was easy-interestingly enough some towels were provided, even though it said to bring your own.

Bami was a very responsive and helpful host. The place is absolutely gorgeous - location is very peaceful and private, while also being fairly walkable to the boardwalk/main street area. Overall great experience, will hopefully revisit next time we are in Asbury Park area

Our (3) generation family including an aunt, uncle and cousins; thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at Heather’s place. There was plenty of room for the 10 of us. Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom! The elevator was very helpful to the grand parents as well as the parents; that needed to carry their littles up to bed. The elevator was comfortable, well lit and felt very safe. We loved having the pool in addition to the beach. There was plenty for all of us to do on the boardwalk, rides and games for young kids as well as teenagers/adults. The beach was a very short walk; it even had live entertainment (tribute bands) a couple of nights. Even though I am a grandparent, I found that I am still the queen of whack-a-mole, winning my grandson a purple stuffed dragon on the casino pier!! Thank you Heather for sharing your home with us! What a great house! You can feel the breezy beach vibes of this house as soon as you walk in. The energy is friendly and cheerful as the place invites you to join in the joy of everyone who's stayed there before. The whole house wants you to relax and have a laugh and a cool drink with friends and family.

We had a wonderful stay, especially the location! It's a short walk to the boardwalk, very close to excellent seafood restaurants, and has a fun view of the big fishing boats coming in and out of the inlet. We had some issues with the keypad, but the host quickly helped us resolve it. Clean, comfortable, and cozy.

We felt right at home here. Location was perfect. Easy to get to the beach and boardwalk or to fun shopping and dining on Cookman. The house was just right for us and our two pups, but certainly could have accommodated friends if we wanted. Parking in the back was so easy. The yard was great and neighbors are really nice, too! Leilani checked in to make sure everything was ok, which was appreciated. Wish we could have stayed longer, but we will be back!

Stayed here with my mom and pup for a mother's day weekend. It's a wonderful little place that was perfect for us, and Lisa was great with everything. My dog loved the yard and deck!

Great location, quiet backyard on lake, dogs allowed. This is a great place to stay. The kitchenette area was perfect for eating in and retreating from the world. Ronna was attentive and lovely. looking forward to going back

Exactly as portrayed! Very clean and easy instructions. Also, a very cute backyard! If you are sensitive to evening noise, there is a basketball court right outside. Everyone cleared by 11pm but something to note. It didn’t bother me.

You will just love it here! The grounds are well-kept and attractive. The pool and beach were lovely. The only issue with pool area is as soon as it opens, individuals take ownership of the tables with umbrellas by placing personal items on them yet no one may be there for extended periods of time. Those tables are the only respite from the sun which makes it challenging. Additional umbrellas over the lounge chairs would help or, simply not allowing “reservations” for the day- even better. I would suggest BYO beach chairs- the ones there are not ideal although nice to have been offered. Although we always had our beach/pool badges in our beach bags, personnel were not strict whatsoever. The unit itself is neat, well-appointed, comfortable and well-kept. The sofa reclines with the push of a button but is not a sofa bed per se. There is a foldaway bed in the closet of the master bedroom but we did not use it because space was limited. So much is provided and available and the view is spectacular. It was great to use the washer/dryer for small bits of laundry. The porch outside had two anti-gravity chairs and a pretty rocking chair with small tables to enjoy. We closed the black-out drapes in the master bedroom and deck doors during the heat of the day so that it remained cooler. The rules are simple and the check-in & out are easy. Lasolas Market in Rt. 35 North in Normandy Beach was close by and a great little find - bought a beautiful sirloin at butcher shop there and used huge onsite grill behind pool area. We rented jet skis and did some crabbing at Dockside Outfitters in Seaside Heights - great place. The Rt. 35 North offered many eateries, shops and ice cream shops- The Music Man for ice cream was cute. Point Pleasant and Seaside Heights boardwalks are short rides. Glenn was easily reached via airbnb and answered our few correspondences promptly. We appreciated our experience and Glenn’s hospitality. Thank you!

We wanted a vacation house for our whole family.We wanted to have activities for all ages and please let it be under an hour or two to get there. Well, Carol's property checked all the boxes. Plenty of beds for 4 couples and charming twin beds in two of the other rooms for the kiddos.A dining room large enough gather and plan our days and dinners.The kitchen was well appointed. It was the very large front porch that stole out hearts. the boardwalk was just a 5 minute walk.( We were walking with 4 year olds)We were able to take advantage of all the boardwalk had to offer. As close as it was we never heard crowds from the rocking chairs on the front porch. Carol was a gracious host.

This is a spacious, cheerful and beautifully decorated home for your Spring Lake vacation! Layout was great, well appointed, walking distance to both the beach and downtown shops and restaurants! We very much enjoyed our visit, and sitting outside in the quiet yard enjoying the sounds of the surf. The pool wasn't open during our visit (in October) but it's such a great feature for summertime and looked spotless. Julia and her husband were super helpful and friendly - highly recommend!

Right after we met Gayann, we sought her recommendations for restaurants and shops on Main St, which turned out to be very helpful. She also told us about a beautiful trail into downtown, starting close to her place, which we might not have located readily without her advice. The Airbnb unit was very comfortable and just the right size for the three of us, and there was some nice surprises such as beach towels for when we went to the beach. We bumped into Gayann and her husband multiple times during our stay, and every time we had a lovely little conversation. Thank you, Gayann, for being an amazing host!

Place is pretty cool pool was small but extra clean they have a nice hang out area in the back we had so much fun on the property we forget to go to the boardwalk

Property is a very good place to stay . It completely matched as describe in photos . It’s a very suitable place to stay for 3 families and 12 guests. Each family can stay in 3 different floors. 2 cars can park comfortably. Jason the property manager and host is very responsive. Over all it’s a gods and comfortable stay .

Me, my husband, and my 3 kids stayed at Brendan's house for 5 days in August and we had an absolutely fantastic time. Brendan was very responsive via text and provided us with all the information we would need (and answered all our questions) in advance of our arrival. The entire house and backyard/pool area were very clean. Brendan had provided brand new shampoos and body washes for the whole family, and there were also more than enough clean towels. We really didn't need to bring anything other than our clothing and food! There was every type of cooking appliance and spice available, as well as plenty of plastic/paper goods. Finally, the pool was the absolute highlight of the house and the pictures don't do it justice. Very well maintained pool and backyard with lots of pool toys for the kids. There were also two separate eating areas in the backyard. Even with all five of us in the house, we loved playing foosball, swimming, playing xbox, and using the house as our "home base" for our day trips to all the nearby beaches and attractions.
