Enough parking lot for ab 4 cars(URL HIDDEN) House is dog friendly (2 pet max) extra fee for pets. There's not previous showing of the house while guests are staying, my guests privacy, and satisfaction are my goal. Price may vary for season to season. Property is smoke-free. Located in Lake Como, between Belmar and Spring Lake, our house has space for 6, with a great backyard, outdoor shower and covered porch. Only 0.5 miles from the beach. Newly renovated in 2022.
