Villa vacation rentals in Sea Pines

The views were wonderful ! Andrew was very responsive and helpful when we had a small issue. Hoping to be back again.

We absolutely loved our stay here!! Pamela was an incredible host & so responsive. This cute little place is the perfect place to stay if you want to be close by everything and walking distance from the beach. It was an easy 5 minute walk to the beach and so many great restaurants close by. Pamela even provided us with beach essentials; chairs, umbrella, and a beach wagon. We had a wonderful time and plan to come back again in the future!! Thanks Pamela for being such a great host!!

This place was fantastic! We were a large group and had plenty of room in this house. The kids loved their own private space, and there was a good-sized pool. The house was in a perfect location near Harbor Town, and it was only a 10-minute drive to the grocery store. We'd definitely stay here again!

Our stay in Sea Pines was wonderful. The condo was a perfect location just across the street from the beach and had a beautiful view of the golf course. The bike rental shop was within walking distance and the complex that our unit was in was very quiet and peaceful.

Came here for a babymoon. We stayed for a week, and I don’t know if it was the hormones or not, but I actually cried when we had to leave lol. We greatly enjoyed our time here. It was peaceful, and the quiet retreat we were looking for. Would definitely come back!

Pros Beautiful view. Great location unit was nice could use a little updating. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay there. Cons. Bath towels poor quality. Pls Invest in new towels for your guests. You’re charging enough for rental there should be nice towels. Living room couch not at all comfortable Tv extremely difficult to operate

We come to Sea Pines every year and have stayed at many places in various locations. For us, this one was one of our faves. It had everything we needed, was walking distance from the beach, and the view of the 9th hole was fantastic! We’d stay at this place again!

The property was nice and updated plus very comfortable for my husband and I. The king bed and large bathroom were great! The quiet location was perfect for all our Sea Pines activities.

Great place to stay with family. The home was clean and spacious. We were close to restaurants and grocery stores. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved staying at this villa in South Beach. The location in Sea Pines really cannot be beat, and the view and proximity to the water make it particularly special. We loved having two sitting areas, as it allowed the adults to have a quiet retreat when the kids wanted to watch tv. The kitchen was well-stocked and well-organized. The house was very clean and attractively furnished.

Great location, perfect setup, and fantastic communication from Megan! The heated pool in the springtime was priceless. It might not seem like a big deal, but it made a huge difference — absolutely fantastic. We’d relax on the beach and then come back to take a dip in the warm pool. It was AWESOME!

Suzanne is a great host and communicator. The villa is in an excellent location with a wonderful beach and pool view. The space is very clean well maintained. The complex is walking distance to golf and tennis/pickleball. The pools and hot tub are lovely. Suzanne's personalized guide book provides great detail on the villa as well as thoughtful recommendations. My family had a wonderful visit and highly recommend.

Ocean One is in a PERFECT location; an easy walk to Coligny Plaza with shops and dining. This unit is on the 1st floor which means you do not have to carry your stuff up an elevator or steps. It’s so close to the huge pool and the ocean. The complex has a security guard at the entrance but we felt safe with the family no matter where we were in the area. Sea Pines is very close with so much to do. We will definitely be back.

Great location for beach and pool access (walkable) within Palmetto Dunes. Excellent set-up for two families - the upstairs has 2 bedrooms connected by a sitting room and a full bath. On the main floor there is a huge master suite as well as another bedroom + full bath. Nice sunroom and porch with a view of the lagoon. Property was clean but has some dating/wear and tear, which isn’t unexpected for a rental. Beach chairs and towels were a plus. I would stay here again.

The townhouse was as advertised. Each bedroom had a television, bathroom and plenty of linens. The home was very clean. Water pressure in the shower was great. The back deck was relaxing and gave each of us a chance for morning coffee in peace. The location was well located. It was only a short walk to lighthouse, marina and shops. All the golf courses we played were outside of Sea Pines but within a 20-30 minute drive. Next time we would rent bikes to explore more of Sea Pines. I would definitely stay there again and Darcy was a great host.

Mark’s place is beautiful and the location is excellent! Walking distance from harbor town and a 8 minute bike ride to the beach.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ryan’s place. This is the second place that I have stayed at seaside villas and I prefer this one over my previous stay. We came with our two kids ages 3 and 5 and it was perfect for us. It was nice to be so close to the beach and as a bonus, the place is updated from top to bottom. The villa is cozy but there are a lot of thoughtful additions that help maximize the space. For example, the dining area table has storage in the stools, which served as our “pantry” for the week for shelf stable groceries and supplies. The bedroom has some drawers to unpack your suitcase so you aren’t tripping over it all week. The bathroom was clean and there was a huge empty shelf that was so great for keeping toiletries and all my things for getting ready. The villa was close enough to walk to the communal laundry room but far enough that you couldn’t hear it. The laundry area was clean also. Ryan was very helpful getting checked in and hope we are able to stay another time

Perfect for a couple looking to be on the beach most of the time. No lugging a whole days worth of stuff just grab what you need for that time and walk. The unit had everything we wanted/needed, perfect for two and maybe a small child, balcony provided a great view of evening thunderstorms. Location was great we walked almost everywhere beach, dinner, shops.

Cheryl was a great host. Always quick to respond to any questions. The location and the villa are wonderful. Would definitely stay again!

Leyani’s place is situated beautifully in Palmetto Dunes, providing easy access to the beach, restaurants, bike paths, tennis courts, and more! We appreciated Leyani’s clear and prompt communication regarding a minor cleaning issue—she was extremely professional, helpful, and prompt. The layout is wonderful for families, with 3 full bathrooms, the master downstairs, and a large second bedroom and loft sleeping area upstairs. We loved our time in Hilton Head!

WOW! We’ve been staying at Shorewood for years and this unit was beautiful and pristine!! Probably one of the cleanest/tidiest places we’ve ever stayed and so comfortable! The location is one that you cannot beat and not that you would want to leave, but there is so much to do that’s walkable at Coligny! Our kids LOVE the pool as well! We had the pleasure of running into Robin and Peter on the beach and they were so kind and an absolute pleasure! Loved having them as our hosts and cannot wait to come back!

We loved our stay! We were able to bike and take the trolley to the beach, restaurants, ice cream, and shops. The condo had everything we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable and the pool was beautiful. Our family of teens loved the location and we were comfortable letting them bike places on their own. We saw a lot of wildlife from deer to alligators!

Great place to stay when visiting Hilton Head! The team were very helpful and responsive, offered an early check in which was extremely helpful with kids and place was clean.

Very comfortable and clean accommodations. Looked exactly like the photos. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Pool area is beautiful. It was too cold to utilize but I would love to come back during warmer weather!
