Great place to stay. I would definitely stay there again when I'm in Jacksonville for a concert. Liked the separate bedroom and the futon couch for my friend to sleep on. Coffee and snacks were great.

Stan’s apartment was so comfortable and beautifully furnished and decorated. Towels and bedding were very clean and soft. The whole place was super clean. Just one block from the beach and right by coffee shops, bars and food. An easy walk or drive to everything.

Place is exceptionally furnished. Place was kept cool the whole time. No bothersome neighbor. Gorgeous garden.

This was the best AirBB experience I’ve ever had! Rachel is super responsive and reliable. The entire apartment was spotless and smelled super nice. I love that they have all those random things that you might need like scissors, a hair dryer, and a broom. The shower set up is relaxing and there is a good fan in the bathroom (something lots of other hotels/rentals don’t seem to have lately). Overall, the location and apartment are extremely nice and it’s close enough to downtown to walk. I wholeheartedly recommend this AirBB for anyone looking to stay in Saint Augustine. I can’t wait to stay here again!

We had an amazing stay at Guy’s place in St. Augustine! The house has a beautiful pool area that we enjoyed almost every day. We were also easy driving distance to everything we could want, including all the restaurants and shops downtown and the beach. We were able to bring our dog and the neighborhood was very walkable with him, with a dog park and dog-friendly state parks accessible as well. Next time we’re in St. Augustine, we would definitely stay here again!

Theresa is an outstanding host. From reservation to checkout she was very responsive usually responds within 10 minutes of my messages. The place was exactly as described on the app. located in walkable, beautiful historic area of Jacksonville within walking distance to the St Johns River, parks, restaurants, and local shops. My stay here and my experience with the host was definitely 5star rating. They have more properties here in town so hopefully you're lucky enough to get Theresa as your host

The house it’s self is great! Easy to get to the beach and down town! Only complaint is the drive way for unit B was a bit snug to get into as it’s right off the main road so turning in was a little difficult but everything else was great! Will be back again

My fiance and I took our first vacation to St Augustine and we wanted to be close to the downtown area. We absolutely loved the decor of this Airbnb and the fact that they were so close to downtown. We walked both days while there which was very peaceful to not be in a car. I was grateful we could bring our pup as she is a senior dog and it's hard to take trips these days without her. We loved the quietness, minus the dogs across the street barking non stop at 8am..lol but we did our best to enjoy the outdoors and the surrounding area. We will back again for sure!!!

We have used vrbo/Airbnb for the last nine years to travel. Connie's home in St Augustine stands out as one of the best! Connie is a very responsive host and the property is well stocked with high end appliances and comfortable furnishings. This feels like a home. We are repeat visitors to this property and hope it's always available for our travels.

we just spent a wonderful 3 days at this airbnb and would not hesitate to come back or recommend to others. The place was oozing with charm and thoughtful touches throughout. The welcome snacks, complimentary coffee, make up wash clothes and beach chairs were JUST A FEW things that made our stay more comfortable and feeling like we were at home. The beach was just a short walk away and the restaurant recommendations were fabulous. infact, we went to Caps twice!

Darling little pied-a-terre. Close and walkable to everything north and south. Local restaurants. We could ask the hosts for suggestions and the answers were always great for us. The owners nearby taproom was a local gathering place we enjoyed. Super sweet hosts who deeply care about the environment. There are no TV and no dishwasher. Not a problem for us. Super quiet area for how close you are to everything.

We really enjoyed our week stay and hope to return next year. Susan was a very responsive host and condo was comfy and nicely decorated with coastal decor. We especially loved the beautiful, private beach…well worth the walk!

Very clean and comfortable unit in a great location. I very much appreciated the historic hardwood floors, original windows and iron tub. Excellent value in one of Jacksonville's most beautiful neighborhoods.

We had a great trip. The location of the Airbnb is perfect. A short walk to the beach, short drive into St. Augustine. The description was very helpful to know about the upstairs apartment, so we were prepared for a little noise. We never heard the noise from the road. The apartment was well stocked with everything we needed. The only minor problem we had was quickly addressed and fixed.

As expected- consistent with the post. Only issue was the beach code provided had expired, so it was an adventure getting back on the property. Other than that, the condo was as described. The entire property is older but the unit was updated. Would recommend for convenience and affordable larger space.

It suited our purpose , Mayo Clinic visit. Nice to sit on the little porch, watch the fish, turtles, geese in the lake, the neighbours walking their dogs around it. Clean comfortable place. A small negative, sometimes the thud of footsteps above woke us. Thank you Michael

Amazing stay! Was exactly as described. Hospitality was amazing and we so enjoyed talking with Ed and Glenna. Would definitely recommend it and will most definitely stay again!

Beautiful location! Sat on the dock for morning coffee and happened to see a couple of manatees showing off right in front of us! Super supercool and even had a little beach spot off the dock area to play in the water!

Loved that it was so quiet. Bonus to have a king size bed that was extremely comfortable.

Well my stay for the most part was very nice. There was a minor issue with the toilet but the host graciously offered us the use of another adjacent property’s facilities during the course of the repair. She also offered to give a day’s refund due to the trouble. All in all Huyen proved to be a very kind and attentive host and made the stay as pleasant and enjoyable as possible.

It was a beautiful, spacious condominium. We loved the architecture and the gorgeous pool.

Beautiful condo with lovely views of the ocean. Complex had great hot tub and pool, tennis courts and easy access to beach. Highly recommend Colony Reef Club for its proximity to historic st. Augustine, gold courses, and restaurants.
