Probably the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in in terms of being a clean, well stocked place. So many little details done right. Charging docks on all the night stands. A “did you forget anything” toiletry basket in the restroom. The well equipped kitchen and selection of coffee from Keurig to Nespresso. A lot of care was put into this home and it’s well worth the asking price. As far as location, proximity to the beach, and views - that is all self explanatory. I had an amazing time, and will certainly book again.

We loved our stay at Evan’s place! Amazing location, great view. We felt very lucky to have a parking spot right in the middle of town!

Excellent location. Exactly on the beach close enough to hear the tide coming in and out and the roar of the ocean. It is a basement unit and there was a very large family above us, But the children went to bed at about 9 and the noise never bothered us. There were only a few decaf pods of Nesspresso. So bring your own coffee or tea. I brought instant coffee for us. The kitchen is very cute, but of course basic which is fine. Yes, there is a lot of traffic outside of the window, but it didn’t bother me at all. There was a triathlon going on. It was a lifelong dream to stay in the Venetian court. It’s beautiful and historic. It’s expensive, but you are paying for the location and the historic element. My husband is well over 6 feet tall and he had a bit of discomfort with a low doorways and ceilings. We were able to walk back from Shadowbrook restaurant. We took their car service there. Overall, a dreamy place if you can afford it and remember to bring your own coffee.

This place is incredible! It was such an amazing experience. The place was very clean with everything we needed. It’s a short walk to the beach. The pool is also wonderful. The host is fantastic as well and very helpful. I would highly recommend staying here. If you’re in the area this is where you want to stay.

We stayed at Kathleen's place for Thanksgiving, just after some torrential storms. The weather, however, was fantastic, and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub (saltwater--a pleasant surprise!). The beach was really great; our girls really enjoyed hunting for sea glass. Our older one discovered some old glass that dated back to pre-WWII and had trace amounts of uranium in it (it glows bright green under UV light). After that, looking for sea glass was all they wanted to do.... I don't know if all Seascape units are as nicely appointed, but this one was clean, modern, and comfortable. I can't recall if it is in the description, but it has a nice collection of puzzles and board games.

The location was even better than expected with a 2-3 min walk to Capitola village. The place is smaller, but you don’t feel it at all! Very well laid out and use of space everywhere! Outdoor front and back are amazing. Bonus to find a cart and a few chairs and cooler in the shed. To take to the beach. The only thing missing was something to paddle on the river and maybe a few more games or cards. The place is super clean, very cute and I would definitely stay again.

The sound of the creek flowing water was a treat. The redwood trees in the yard are impressive. The kitchen worked well for Thanksgiving meal prep and enjoyed the big kitchen table. Great combination of a restored home with modern upgrades. Extremely clean and well equipped. Jenni communicates well and provided great recommendations. We are very thankful to have the opportunity to stay at this house.

Anchors Away was a perfect get away for our family. It was exactly how Holly described and even better. They left a welcome gift which was so thoughtful and the house was right across from the beach and had everything we needed. We will definitely come back!

Great location for our visit. Short walk to boardwalk and pier. We only had 3 of us but would have plenty of space if we had come with a group. Host was very helpful and friendly. Would recommend to others and would stay here again.

What a peaceful place. We had a great short visit and hope we can come again! The place is even better than the photos. We spent hours watching the birds, ocean and sun set and rise. It was great that we could bring our dog along too!

Beautiful place. The home fit all of our needs and was in the perfect location. Unfortunate we were told last minute about the construction to the rock wall on the ocean side, so we were not able to experience a true “beach front” vacation. Construction started right at 6:30am. The host was however very accommodating and did offer a last minute cancellation or 25% off our stay. We chose the 25% discount due to it being our spring break and did not want to cancel on our kids. I’m sure as soon as the construction is done it’ll be a perfect spot again. Would love to go back!

Beautiful location and beautiful home. Nice kitchen, living room, very spacious. The private parking spot was a fantastic bonus so close to the village.

I don’t have much experience with Airbnb, but this has been by far the most satisfying stay I’ve had. The surroundings are beautiful and perfect for peaceful walks, and you can even watch the sunset right from the house. Restaurants and supermarkets are nearby, and there’s plenty of parking available. Inside, everything was spotless and fully equipped — the kitchenware and amenities were complete, and check-in was incredibly smooth. I especially loved Joanne’s interior design; it felt cozy and homey, exactly like the photos. Joanne was very responsive and thoughtful throughout the stay, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. I truly had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again if I’m ever visiting the area.

We had a great stay here, very clean and super comfortable bed. Parking could sometimes be a bit annoying but we always managed to find a spot. Great views from the balconies and within a short drive of the downtown areas.

Our stay started off a bit rocky due to a little mix up, but I have to say, the host went above and beyond to make things right. Kristina was incredibly responsive and proactive, ensuring that the issue was resolved quickly and that we were comfortable and happy for the rest of our stay. The property itself is beautiful with an amazing ocean view and access to the pool/hot tub that is very close. I really appreciate how the hosts had all the extras added to the condo such as chairs, air mattress, pack and play and cooking spices ext. It's clear they genuinely care about their guests' experience. If you’re looking for a place where the host truly listens and takes action, this is it. I can't wait to stay here again!

Had a wonderful time at this Seascape 1 bedroom unit. It has all the comforts of home plus an amazing view of the ocean. It was well stocked with everything you need. Tyler was very responsive when I needed help with the television remote control. Without a doubt one of the best places to stay in the area.

What a beautiful villa! the view was amazing. The beach looks much closer in person, and the hosts were great.We loved it and would recommend to everyone.

I don’t know where to begin. As soon as we entered the property, everything was perfect! From the beautiful decor to all the amenities one could need, she truly did an amazing job for her guests. I will definitely return to this house and bring my family with me. Thank you so much for the wonderful bar setup and for the flowers and cake for my husband. You will surely have more guests coming your way. I will always remember this visit; she even offered me an extra night, which was very kind of her. Annie is a fantastic host!

What a lovely place to stay! I would definitely come back here. The space was well decorated and clean. It felt totally homey.
