House vacation rentals in Sanibel

The house was fabulous and better than the photos! We had family staying at the Hyatt Regency and this was the perfect location to meet up and be close. As a family, (ages 13-47) we spent the entire day at the house and everyone agreed, it was better than the Hyatt resort! There is a Publix grocery store and several many restaurants within an 8 minute drive. Also, I swoon for the hammock between two Pine trees. If we are lucky, we will come back for another stay!

It felt like home! Beds were so comfortable! Pool was nice! Neighborhood was nice! It was close and convenient to everything.

House had everything as described. Beautiful pool and jacuzzi. Kitchen was well stocked. And the spice rack was an added touch. Endless supplies of toilet paper, garbage bags, towels and cleaning supplies. We will definitely book again.

We were in the house for a week with another couple. It was the most enjoyable time as we had full privacy and all the amenities of the resort, but only for ourselves. House is very clean, specious, and delivers everything you see on pictures and more. The management is caring. They are available if you need them but are not overwhelming you, and they respect your time and privacy. Overall, it was a great experience and would recommend it to anyone.

An unforgettable and soul-soothing weekend! This Airbnb was everything we needed and more. From the moment we arrived, it felt like a hidden gem tucked away in paradise. The location is perfect just minutes from the beach, the zoo, delicious food spots, and downtown adventures. But the real magic? That private pool. It was pure bliss like our own slice of heaven on earth. The house itself is filled with beautiful natural light, making every morning feel like a gentle, warm embrace. The beds (and that super comfy couch!) gave us the deepest, most restful sleep we’ve had in ages. We loved taking peaceful afternoon walks through the neighborhood, it’s safe, quiet, and so charming. The hosts were absolutely wonderful kind, responsive, and truly committed to making our stay perfect. We felt so cared for. David’s place was a little out of the way to get to everything. But it worked for us as his place gave us everything we needed for our stay. The house next door was a little sketch but we had no issues with any of the neighbors! It’s a very nice home. Comfortable beds and a good shower. Very dog friendly! He even has a board for the dog to climb out of the pool. Nice fenced in back yard with a doggie door that my dog enjoyed using! ❤️

This was our second time at Alex's house. Gets better every year. Alex is very accommodating.

Beautifully decorated and spacious place to stay! Our favorite was the outdoor area and pool setup. Was so happy to have the lanai with the many bugs of Florida. We generally work while we vacation and I enjoyed setting up outside to have a different environment. Lovely kitchen with everything you need, we used the grill and enjoyed having the necessities. Including the washer and dryer! We needed that! Location was pretty good, we were closest to Delnor Wiggins and Bonita Springs. About a 10-15 minute drive to both of those. We were 20-30 minutes from Vanderbilt, Naples, and Clam Pass. Restaurants and grocery stores all very close. Dara was great! We had a few questions while there and she was prompt and communicated well! This is definitely a recommended place, the neighborhood was quiet and we were able to relax.

Paradise Retreat is absolutely wonderful. The beach theme decor throughout the home is so relaxing. Both Robert and Sandy were very responsive to the few questions we had about the property. There are a couple fast food places within walking distance (Culver’s and Wendy’s). Within a short drive or Uber ride are so many great restaurants to choose from. So many extras were included in the home that we weren’t expecting and the home is really well stocked. How thoughtful to have birthday balloons and flowers when we arrived! Thank you again Sandy for being so thoughtful and helpful during our stay. Finally, the heated pool is amazing!

Danielle was very proactive and communitive. She reached out to us several times to confirm that everything was ok. The house was everything we expected and the location was awesome!!

wonderful stay for a large family/group

Wonderful home. We found the home very relaxing & comfortable. We hope to stay in this home again in the future. The requirement of a photo of the electric meter was an odd request. Hard as a renter to determine what is considered excessive in a home you never stayed in before.

The outside furniture and pool area are 10 out of 10. It felt like our own private resort.

This is our second year in a row staying at Bob’s home. We absolutely love the property. Close to the beach and lots of restaurants and many other things to do. The home is in great shape, very clean and all the amenities you need to enjoy the property! We will definitely book again.

This is our second time staying at this home and it has been a phenomenal experience. My family and I felt right at home.

What’s the last minute thing but was well worth it and and the progress of it me and my fiancé discovered that family was from the same place. It’s funny how you meet people and how things come together for you. Thank you for the hospitality and the upgrade very much appreciated

Liked that the home was very roomy, vaulted ceilings, a spacey living area, a 6 chair dining table & a high chair for a baby. Manny was very communitive, making sure we got in Ok, Manny provides a detailed house guide with instructions. Little touches like the snack tray that was left for us, adding a couple of bottles of waters, makes you feel special. The heated pool with beach towels & lania furniture were great, so relaxing. Plenty of kitchen appliances. Downside I 75 is literally off the back yard. You can't see it, but you definitely hear the noise from all the traffic. Master bathroom only, weak water pressure. Internet connection on TV was spotty. Opportunitys didn't like the looks of frying pans or pots, didn't use. We did use the baking sheet & I had to wash them. one cutting board it was plastic & worn. We did have to clean the outdoor grill before use, Manny did communicate with us on getting the grill started. Overall we would stay with Manny again, lovely home. TY!!

We rented the home for a month, we found it peaceful, relaxing and very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the area is great for walking. It was very private and there are lots a good restaurants nearby. We enjoyed the Vanderbilt Beach Market on Saturday mornings. I would definitely rent this home again. Julie R

House was perfect for our stay. Comfy beds and house was equiped with everything we needed. Ismail was fantastic. I had a bunch of questions before booking and he was super helpful. Would totally book again next time we are in town.

House was perfect for a mini family gateway,my kids had a blast at the heated pool, even though in pictures it looks bigger than the size it really is. Very well equipped kitchen,everything you need you can find it inside,cleaning was accurately as described. Beach is like 10 min driving and also restaurants and markets, they are close, but unless you like to walk, you need a car to go to this places.Overall We have a great days. Elina is very responsive and willing to help you with any issue if is the case. Neighborhood is very quite as well.

The house was perfect. The location was great and we really enjoyed our stay. Close to restaurants and short ride to spring training baseball fields. I would most certainly stay here again and recommend it to anyone. Thank you for having us and letting us stay at your house. Jimmy
