Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Sandbridge Beach

Me and my bf had a great little get away weekend. Cozzy's comedy was so fun and right up the road and Busch gardens wasn't far either! Adam left a very detailed list with how to use everything and recommended places near by which was super helpful. Place was nice and clean and decorated so cool! Frankie became our bestie right away, although if you aren't a cat person you may not feel the same way haha! Adam was very quick to respond to us before and during our stay. Nice neighborhood. Overall had a great time and would definitely come back!

The horses stopped by several times a day. It was magical. Just a short drive to the ocean where we conveniently parked our car on the beach. We had plenty of room on the beach. People were not on top of each other. It was a wonderful vacation! The house was spacious and nicely decorated. the kitchen was well stocked.

This place was absolutely perfect for a weekend stay, it had everything we could ever want and then more. Rachel was great in communicating with us before, during, and after the stay, and we greatly appreciate her help with our requests. She made this a very easy and pleasant experience for us, and would recommend booking with her in the future.

Nate was a fantastic host and was extremely responsive. Our group of 8 had a great time in Cape Charles at his place! Highly recommend.

Absolutely loved this beach house — it was everything we hoped for and more. Spotless and well-kept, with plenty of space, including extra rooms that came in handy. The walk to the beach was quick and easy, making it perfect for spontaneous trips to the shore. The house had everything we needed, from kitchen supplies to beach gear, which made the stay super convenient. The hot tub and pool were a major highlight — clean, relaxing, and just what we needed after a day out. And the best surprise? Just a two-minute drive down the street, we got to see wild horses for free. Make sure you guys have an all wheel drive car to see the horses! It felt like a hidden gem. This place is 100% worth it. We’d come back in a heartbeat.

Overall very nice stay at Stephanie's home. She was excellent at communication leading up to the visit and during the trip as well. Had everything we needed and the beds were really comfortable. The location is very close to the 4x4 entrance to Carova which was super convenient, and the main reason we stayed in this area. But it was also close to restaurants, walking distance to the beach, and lots of activities nearby. The house itself is spacious, and the pool and hot tub were great to have for kids and adults alike. The home is showing some signs of wear and tear (decks, furniture, floors, paint) but honestly that's to be expected in OBX homes. Salt and sun aren't kind to upkeep! Thanks again, will consider Stephanie's home for next trip.

Was a very comfortable house and a great layout for a big group!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home. The house was exactly what we expected and more. Laura was proactive in communicating everything we needed to know and was super responsive to any questions we had. The house was well-equipped with everything we needed for a perfect beach day, and there were plenty of bikes for our large group to explore the area. All around, it was a great experience, and we definitely plan to go back!

This beautiful house is so eccentric and cool, we absolutely loved it. The outside patio and yard was gorgeously lit at night. The house was very clean and well stocked. We cooked family meals in the big kitchen and had all needed utensils, cookware & dishes. We really enjoyed playing pool and shuffleboard and soaking in the hot tub every night. We went out on the water with the paddle boards and also enjoyed fishing off the dock. The beach area is super cute!! This property is very private, peaceful & quiet. Our family of 8 had multiple devices and gaming systems using the wifi with no issues of lagging or buffering. We all enjoyed the movie room, playing video games, singing karaoke and watching movies. Everything worked properly as it should. All of us took a turn in the massage chair!! We fell in love with the pups Shadow & Wickett. Playing ball/fetch with Shadow was the highlight of our stay. Our host Erik was friendly and quickly answered our questions. Will definitely be back!

Great place 10 minutes from Busch Gardens. Very spacious bedrooms and common areas. Clean and equipped with all the necessities. My only “gripe” is I was expecting one king and one queen bed but got one king and two doubles. It wasn’t a big enough deal for us to request to be moved. Just be aware if that is a deal breaker for you.

Colleen's place was clean, great location right on the boardwalk and at a great value for my family's needs. Recommend if you're looking for a place right on VA Beach with lots of amenities in walking distance and especially if you just want to lay on the beach all day.

Top notch accommodation and top notch host! The beach supplies were new and clean. It had everything you need on the beach which made a huge difference in packing. Thanks for sharing the supplies and your beautiful place! Would definitely stay there again

Tara is a very responsive host. As a Marriott facility, there are staff members on hand to assist with your needs and access to other amenities. The vacation rental itself is spacious and clean. The location is quiet and away from the hustle and bustle, yet close enough to drive to anywhere you need to go - dining, entertainment, or shops.

The property was beautiful. It was a timeshare property so lots of things to do. We took advantage of a presentation for discount tickets to the water park. Check in was a little difficult as my name was not in the list because I’m not the owner so there was some confusion there. Otherwise Margaret was very responsive and helpful in the situation. Overall great stay and great trip!

Igor was wonderful to work with. He answers quickly, he’s friendly and he takes care of the details. The Greensprings Villas we stayed in were clean and updated. All the amenities were open and we enjoyed all the pools, mini-golf and the play areas. It was perfect for big family. Be advised though that there are no elevators. It didn’t bother us but just be mindful of your guests.
