Beach condo vacation rentals in Sandbridge Beach

This was a wonderful place to stay . Everything was in walkable distance . Very clean and cozy ! The Host was great as well letting us know all the details and instruction's very clearly .

What an amazing stay! I've never been satisfied with an Airbnb, the photos always are so much nicer than the reality - but Big Blue was actually even better than advertised! Merlyn's communication prior to arrival made things very easy. Accessing the unit was simple, and I felt safe with the self-locking doors. The unit was clean and so comfortable, with many personal touches - I instantly felt at home. I was overjoyed when I arrived and toured the unit. Really exceeded my expectations which was such a different feeling than all the other Airbnb I've rented over the years. The beach access was tidy and pretty, the gym and beach gear a nice touch, and the foot wash station was appreciated after my morning walks with the dog. I really can't say enough great things about my stay here. Hosts were friendly and helpful every step of the way. We mostly spent our time traveling around the area from VA Beach to OBX so I can't speak much about Norfolk/Ocean View. I would def rent Big Blue again.

Beautiful studio/apartment with an amazing view of the beach! Everything is easily accessible and close by to walk to! Definitely would recommend!

Our stay was nothing short of amazing! Wendy is an amazing host. She responded quickly to all our messages and checked in during the week to make sure everything was going well. The condo was extremely clean and had everything we needed! The decorations were adorable. I cannot recommend this unit more!! 10/10!

Wonderful stay at this lovely condo! The location is phenomenal - Right next to the boardwalk leading to the beach. So many great restaurants within walking distance & easy to access parking & the property itself. Highly recommend!

This studio is perfect for a 2-person getaway! It had everything we needed and is in a great location right at the top of the boardwalk and right near the beach. There are several restaurant options and shops within walking distance and the bikes were definitely a bonus. We really enjoyed riding them on the boardwalk bike path! Kim and Owen were excellent hosts and very friendly and communicative right from the get go! Their place was clean, up to date, and the perfect size for 2 people looking to enjoy the beach. Thank you both for such a wonderful stay!

We liked the location of this apartment and the lovely extra hospitality touches. There is noise from the above apartment, so make sure to bring your earplugs in case you get heavy footed neighbors. Beds were comfortable, blackout curtains were a nice touch, and the place was nice and clean and pretty.

We are locals hosting northern family. We were able to enjoy a much needed rest while getting a last piece of summer. The condo is “easy - Breezy”! We felt at home, and cared for. Our guests felt like we were staying somewhere special! * we observed some small items to be shared - queen bdrm - closet door stop, had been forced through door King en-suite #2 shower head broke. Hall ceiling canned light outside wash/ dry - drooping. Chandelier light bulb out. Bedroom TV remote battery dead. We replaced the batteries. Floor lamp - on/ off switch broken. Had to plug, unplug. Single bed, top bunk wasn’t made. No fitted sheet. Tall glass got broke in dishwasher, and a mug was dropped and broken. These observations Didn’t keep us from enjoying ourselves, but necessary for you to know to keep your standards consistent. Thank you.

I honestly couldn’t get this place a better review. You get exactly what you expect and it is priced well for the area, location, and Hadley is a great host. The host is very responsive and communicates well of her expectations and fulfilling yours.

Gayle’s place was a great location to stay at with our dog!!! Great neighborhood to walk him in and the marina/beach is an added bonus! Gayle was very communicative and check in was easy. The space of the condo was great for a family and large dog! We will definitely be staying again!

The house is in an amazing location with lots to do and the host is very communicative and helpful.

We had an outstanding stay! Three generations and a one night trip and yet this host and house made it feel like a whole weekend getaway. The unit is spacious and wrapped in ocean views! The three rooms are great sizes and the beds were very comfortable so was the temperature in the unit. The kitchen was just like home maybe nicer and fully stocked so you can cook or bake! Ice maker and coolers and so much toys for the kiddos we didn’t have anything with us and yet needed nothing! This was a breathtaking trip in a home away from home and Mike and his cute pups were wonderful company when we crossed paths. We can’t wait to come back and highly recommend this to anyone wanting a care free amazing trip! Don’t think twice, book!

Christopher’s place was great. He was very accommodating and responsive. My family and I had a great time here. I would 100% book again.

We have a great stay, it was super close to Bush Gardens making it easy to come back in the middle of the day to relax and take the dogs out. It is on the upper floor but the stairs are not difficult at all. It was a very pet friendly neighborhood.

Spectacular views. Comfortable beds and pillows. Well stocked Kitchens. Everything we needed for a great vacation. Would definitely stay again.

Everything with the stay was wonderful. Beautiful view, spacious home, and beautiful inside. Parking was confusing. There are two spaces with our condo # on it but we were told to only park one car in the numbered spot and that our other car needed to be parked in a non numbered spot. Both cars needed to have the pass hanging in window. Not sure why we couldn’t use the other numbered spot. Also my daughter lives in Va. beach and wanted to come visit but we didn’t know where she could park. When I asked Vacasa management the instructions didn’t match up. It seemed she gave me instructions for a rental maybe at the oceanfront. I’m sure most people don’t have the parking concern as I did. I only mention to help future misunderstandings with the parking. Our stay was wonderful though. We saw several dolphins right from our balcony. I could even watch the sun rise while laying in our bed.

Nikola’s place was actually great, better than expected honestly. I recommend he upload updated quality pictures. No longer have carpet, rooms are very spacious. Every time I travel I be so nervous about the space and cleaning and even tho I clean again the place was very clean. I wasn’t expecting that. Only little issue is when it came to the hot water….the hot water didn’t last long for the showers for everyone to shower and, couldn’t get the water hot coming out the sinks. Nikola place is located in a more quieter end of the beach and not the main center strip area of the beach. Great oceanfront view. Nikola was a great communicator and responded sooner than 10mints. Gave straight forward step by step directions. Especially compared to other places reviews for this exact same building. We had no major issues(other than the water) we enjoyed our trip and stay. We would book again. Thank you Nikola!!

Eric's place was perfect for our celebration with extended family. The location was incredible(!). And the accessibility of the building and proximity to the beach was more than ideal for our mobility-challenged family members. We made many great memories in this place. Additionally, Eric was communicative and responsive. Highly recommend.

Duane was very helpful in setting up our reservation and recommending attractions and restaurants. There was live music and lunch and dinner every night that you could hear from the balcony, lots of really good restaurants within a couple of blocks. The pools were never crowded and the temperature was just right. Duane got us a reservation on the 15th floor, so the view of the beach and city and night were amazing. All the amenities were as describe (just note that the washer/dryer every other floor, it's not in-unit). The kitchen is a bit small and dated, so if you like to do a lot of cooking, you might struggle a bit in this department. It is a timeshare, so beware of the "Welcome Center" after you check in; there is some friendly small talk before being hit with the 90min speech appointment request. We booked last minute and I thought it was a bit pricey, but I looked up the rates of the same room configuration directly from Hilton and you're definitely saving money. A+

I stayed at this property for a long weekend with my husband and son’s family. The location is perfect for all of the Williamsburg sites. The condo is very clean and well appointed. We would stay again in a heartbeat!
