Vacation rentals with a hot tub in San Clemente

Alexander's place was the perfect California get away for our family vacation! The location was awesome just a short walk from the beach. The backyard was so big for California and great for our dogs. It had a lot of seating and a hot tub which was perfect! Alexander was very responsive throughout our stay. There is a train right behind the Airbnb that used it's horn loudly multiple times a day and until about 11 which was very clearly listed in the listing but if you are sensitive to noise it might bother you. We had no issues with the train.

Great location, close to the areas we planned on spending time. Home was perfect for our needs, ever was as pictured and describe. Home was very comfortable and extremely clean, we felt at home during our stay. Very responsive host who took great care insuring we didn’t encounter any issues. Great location. You can walk to the lagoon and grocery store. We had five people and a dog and there was so much room to spread out, yet still felt intimate. The gardens and both outdoor spaces were fantastic. The house was immaculate. The simple, perfect placement, and alignment of dishes, books, and games showed how much care goes into cleaning and maintaining the home. It did not feel cluttered. The fenced backyard was perfect for our dog, and there were so many things there if you have little ones. The coolers were great for beach and park days. They provided so much in supplies that we only needed to buy one roll of paper towels in seven days. Having great shampoo, soap, and conditioner was so helpful. I had several questions because I missed the info when reading the detailed instructions, and the response times were incredible. This was a fantastic house and the rental experience was seamless. I definitely will return to one of Kimberly’s rentals if we return to the area.

We had a great time! Kids were busy with exploring the grounds , playing board games and grown ups were able to relax. The orange trees and flowers brought a unique vibe to our stay. It was a great spot to unwind.

We are very happy to have found Todd's house. Quality Airbnb's are not easy to find in this area, yet this spot was terrific and met all of our needs. Some reviewers were a bit concerned about the other two residences which "share" the property. This was not a factor whatsoever for us. Several homes nearby have swimming pools, which might be a bit noisy for some guests. But the 10 pm-8 am "quiet time" probably comes into play in this situation. The house is immaculate. Whoever provides the housekeeping is truly a professional. The kitchen is very well-stocked, as are the bathrooms and bedrooms. Guests are within 10 minutes of shopping, freeway access, and restaurants... yet "out of the fray". There is an extensive path network within five minutes of the house, which joggers and walkers would enjoy. This was an unanticipated plus for us.

We had to stay in an Airbnb because of construction on your current home. We were hoping to find a place that provided a bit of a stay vacation. And this place delivered!! We absolutely LOVED this house! Both my husband and I work from home and this was the perfect place. We also had our toddler that enjoyed the outdoor spaces along with all the walking and trails around the house. plus we were only a couple minutes walk from Fox Point Farm. Our stay was an absolute dream!

This exceeded our expectations. The backyard is amazing! Almost made us not want to leave during the day. Super comfortable for our group of 7. Grilling experience out back was perfect while we sipped on wine and played corn hole. Firepit conversation was the best. Down the street from a yummy winery with delicious food. Easy to get to old town Temecula and some Other wineries. Really the place is great and we want to go back sooner than later. 10/10 recommended.

Absolutely beautiful house with almost all amenities that you could ask for. The decor is stylish and thoughtful. The house is so cozy and our kids absolutely loved it too. Kimberly was an amazing host - very responsive, helpful and welcoming. My family is already looking at booking at this place again in the future!

You enter the house, a little uncertain. From the outside, a little underwhelming. You pass through the cosy living room, still a little underwhelming. And THEN, WOW. The pool area, the tennis court, the Vista to the west, the mountains...spectacular, breathtaking, everything as advertised and more. Back in the house, you find a very well stocked kitchen, extremely comfortable bedrooms, a unique "guesthouse" for the Seniors (in our case), and above all...everything in working order. Absolutely no issues! Bravo to our great landlord, who was a super communicator. Overall: our family of 12, across 3 generations, found wonderful places to be together as well as to disperse. A great time was had by all in this Vista Villa wonder!

We love this place. The house is beautiful and has lots of space. The kitchen is big and has everything that we need. We really enjoyed The game room especially the pool table and ping pong table. We had a really good time at this house.

The house was beautiful and well taken care of. It had everything you would need. The checkout procedures were so easy and quick unlike other places I have stayed. The management company was very easy to work with and prompt in communication. I would definitely go back to this house or another one of their properties. It would be perfect for a wine tasting group.

The place was great and the location was perfect for what we were there for. The house had great amenities. It was disappointing to find out that if you wanted to heat the hot tub or use the fire pit there were additional charges for the propane use and it was not included in the cost for the rental so we didn’t use them. Aside from that everything was nice and worked properly.
