Within walking distance of several restaurants and a quick drive to a lot of greats bars and other things to do.

A lovely stay! Quiet at night, easily walkable to a bustling neighborhood with great restaurants/shopping. Spotlessly clean house with nice touches (thanks for the freshly roasted coffee!) Checkout could not have been easier, no fussing with linens or laundry, just consolidate trash and go. Stovetop was out of commission temporarily but hosts were proactively getting it repaired. Would be happy to book with these hosts again.

The place was spotless and had very nice furnishings. The beds were very comfortable. Nice to have parking in the back and we also were able to park on the street right in front of the house. Nice safe walkable neighborhood. Would highly recommend staying there.

Antonio’s place was perfect for the quick weekend trip to Louisville! The building had so many amenities and was so clean and well kept! The room itself was also incredibly clean, well decorated and had everything we could’ve needed! I was very very impressed! Antonio was also super easy to communicate with and very kind! I originally booked 1 day short and was happy to be able to extend the stay - Tess was prompt with a response. The place was very comfortable - loved the back upper deck to have a cup of coffee in the morning. The location could be an easy walk to the down town area but we chose to drive & park - especially after our race. I would be a repeat visitor if I have a chance to go back.

Jaclyn’s place was the perfect, dreamiest stay in a very walkable area! The decor originally drew us in (I mean how could it not — it’s absolutely gorgeous) but the amenities, convenience and Jaclyn’s prompt communication were the cherries on top. Would highly recommend her place if you’re looking for the coziest home away from home. Her guidebook with recommendations was amazing. We tried many of her suggestions and she was spot on with all of them!

I absolutely loved my time in this beautifully decorated space. So close to downtown Louisville without the hassle of finding parking. I would definitely stay here again and again.

We stayed there last fall, now again over Memorial Day weekend and we are renting the whole duplex in August for all of our family to be able to join us. It's a perfect location for us and he doesn't have a long list of rules like so many other places do. You show up, you stay, when you leave, lock the door. Love it! Thank you Kerry!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The space was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made settling in so much easier. Overall, it was a relaxing and pleasant experience, and I would happily recommend this place to anyone looking for an stress-free stay.

We had an amazing stay at Matt's condo—it was cozy, well-stocked, and instantly felt like home. The guidebook provided was incredibly detailed and helpful, offering clear instructions and great local recommendations. The location is ideal, within walking distance to restaurants, bars, and breweries, and just a short drive to downtown or Churchill Downs. The condo itself is super comfortable with plenty of in-house entertainment options including video and board games, streaming services, disco lights, and fast Wi-Fi. Matt was an exceptional host—attentive, communicative from the start, and very accommodating. This place truly deserves five stars, and I’d happily stay here again on my next visit!

Beautiful space and welcoming host. It’s unique reuse of property, old charm with contemporary comfort and amenities. NuLu is a perfect neighborhood to experience Louisville and easy to connect to rest of the area. Have stayed here before and look forward to a future return.

For a family-fun filled weekend in Louisville, this was the perfect location!

We stayed in the pent and it was beautiful. Loved the private balcony. Walking distance to lots of eateries and distilleries. Only negative is the bright EXIT sign when trying to sleep. It is very bright and lights up the entire room. This is a regulated fire code so there isn’t anything that can be done about it. Overall loved it still.

The hosts were quick to reply and very friendly, it is a beautiful location and place to stay. The view over the river and the bridge is gorgeous and the pool was in very nice condition.
