A really lovely place, it's just behind the station and behind the place there's this a must see russian church. The place is super clean, it has everything that i need, Virginie is a very lovely host. I really reccomend this place, and i would definetely stay here again!

Great, basic place that is a 10 minute walk to the old center and the waterfront. Right around the corner from the Russian church and the bus stop that takes you straight to the airport and a short distance from the train station. Virginie was very prompt and communicative--I had a nice solo stay here. I'd recommend it to a friend.

Everything was as advertised. Virginie was nice and professional. Good location for the price.

I stayed 3 nights in Imen's house and it was a good-stay. She is very helpful and nice person. If you come to Nice, I strongly recommend her place to stay, you won't be upset about it.

Listing description was very accurate to where we stayed. Carin greeted us and gave us maps and suggestions for what we should do during our time in Nice. Location was in walking distance of wherever we wanted to go, and I felt safe when I was by myself.

Both Carin and her place were incredible. She was extremely welcoming and friendly and situated us with a map of the city and suggestions, first thing. The place was quaint and quiet and close to everything. Amazing value!

Carin is a good pleasant person. Met us at the station, in order to show location of apartment. Flat is really clean, bright and centrally located. Everything is close, the train station and Main Street with all stores (shopping), restaurants and park. I would advise this apartment for sure, especially for people who would like to have great weekends in Nice.

Carin's house is super close to the railway station, thus providing convenience for daytrippers to Monaco and Cannes. The house is clean and available for cooking, though the beds are a bit small.

It was a real nice trip in Nice.So lucky we found Carin's house.Carin is a very pretty lady,and helpful,before we fly to Nice,we communicated cause our flight was late but she still nice and gave us the route from airport to the house,and waited till we (URL HIDDEN) we found the location easily and check in immediately.The room is tidy and smell good!White wall with sky blue decoration,let you claim down and feel relax,the homely feeling is real helpful for us busy (URL HIDDEN) the equipments useful just like the describe.Carin gave us a lot suggests about what we care.Cause we are Architecture student,we want to see more different with other travelers,Carin told us a lot helpful information and the house location is easily to be every where,but still quite in the night,so good sleep,we all have a wonderful time in Nice.I do suggest you and hope all you have a good time in Nice.

Mel was an amazing host. She greeting us with a very warm welcome. Great communication through out and spoken perfect English. The place was spacious and had everything we needed. It was a short 10 min walk to the main beach promenade. We were also given some beautiful home made sweets which was a nice touch. I would recommend staying at Mels apartment!

Mel was very cooperating and helped us with finding the house, buying new stuff. The house is not very from center, only 20 min from the Airport and all what is needed is there. to the central railway station is also only 10 minutes walk. So the appartment is very recomended Thank you very much

Mel is a very considerate people. There is no communication problem between her and me. And here are some advantages: 1. Good location: you can get any tourists attractions by walk. The furthest one is no more than 40mins. ( we are girls by the way) 2. Mel was waiting for us in case we can not find her flat, so sweet. And she also tell us how to get those tourists attraction patiently. 3. The flat is big enough for 3 people. And hot water always. The kitchen is well prepared. We are recommending people more than two to live here.

She is so nice and the apartment is very cozy. We were there for three nights and it was very nice. There is a table and chairs outside so we ate breakfast in the sun. It's 15 min walk from the beach, and it's a nice area with a lot of locals. I will definitely recommend it!

Mel is an amazing host, we loved the stay at her place. She and her family was amazing, trying to advise in everything we needed. The place was situated in the heart of the city center, near to beach and the main turistic are but was also very calm and safe, the place was really communal, everyone greeted us on the way from the flat. We felt like being home. The flat itself is very nice and has everything you need! In case we will go to Nice again, we will surly stay at Mel in case the flat is free, if it is not free, we will come to say Hi at least :) so if u are deciding, you should book stay at Mel's if it is not booked already by somebody else!

The location of this place is terrific. It's on a busy pedestrian street, but Not loud. Celine was very nice when I checked in late with travel problems! She even gave me some treats! I liked staying here.

The apartment was near all shopping, entertainment and eatery, perfect for tourists.

Close to everything and clean flat. No lock on the shared bathroom door but not inconvenient. Neko and her son was very helpful with everything. Only - was the fifth floor with no lift as we had heavy bags. But all in all very nice

Neko's kindness comes through immediately upon booking. Her communication in checking-in and exploring the city is top class. The flat is great value within close proximity to all the central sites of Nice.

Unfortunately during my stay, Neko was not present due to family problems so I wish thar everything goes for the better. When to experience at Neko's house I consider it quite bad. Except the house is super well located, close to all places of interest, the whole house is in a shabby state. I start by talking about my room and other rooms where there were no locks for the doors. Then on several nights I was cold due to the lack of blankets on the bed which in the background was only 1. Due to the careless and dirty state of the kitchen I did not cook once in the house because the dishes were so dirty with fat besides a pan that had food in it since I arrived until I left. The whole house is generally neglected. From painting, plumbing to sight, etc. But the worst of the experience was still the lack of hosts. Who received us was natasha and ana which we only saw once or twice during the stay (upon arriving and returning). They accused us of making noise on the first day we arrived by talking on the balcony until later (something in my view common), yet Ana who crossed the balcony with you several times was not able to warn us of this leading to leave us A paper about what happened at the door and an annoying call from AirBNB. In short, this is not my first experience of the genre but it is undoubtedly the first with such poor quality, I recommend Neko to be more careful with his house so that other guests do not go through what I went through.

Neko is a great host, she is very nice and helpful. Her appartment is spacious, our room was big with a balcony where we could eat breakfast. The location is great, close to the old town and around 10 min walk to the train stration. Good breakfast included, as well as coffee or tea. I recommend her appartment.

Laurent est un hôte agréable, arrangeant et très à l'écoute. Nous avons passer un week-end tout confort dans cet appartement (nous étions les premiers). Tout est neuf, équipé. Il ne manque rien. Laurent a su nous apporter toutes les précisions sur Nice et les environs, les solutions de transports (tram juste en bas de l'appartement, IDEAL !) etc. Ce fut absolument parfait! Nous y retournerons sans hésiter ! Merci à Laurent !
