Fabien’s place was exactly as described. There was everything we needed and more. The place was extremely clean and the location was phenomenal. Host was super responsive and cares a lot about their guests. Would highly recommend and return in the future!

The place in the city centre, two steps from the beach and tram line L2 going to airport. The stay was comfortable and quiet. The roof terrace is amazing. Don’t miss you chance for this view point. Just one small thing for what you should be ready: waiting time for lift (8 floors, many guests). I would recommend this place to stay.

Very cozy small apartment,in the city center,with everything you need inside. There is a balcony,kitchenette,iron,hairdryer Absolutely everything)) But it is very difficult to lift your heavy luggage upstairs)) Be prepared for that) Wonderful communication and hosts,were available. Thanks to you) We would be happy to come back to see you again if we come to Nice We will recommend you to our friends)

Studio for 4 near sea with hotel service

Well located hotel in the city center with paid parking (23 euros for 24 hours) 150 m away. It is a 10-minute walk to Place Massena. The welcome at the reception is lovely. There is a lounge area where you can stop for a moment to have a snack. Perfect. Room 007 is nice and well-equipped but they are fake windows that you can't open. We would have liked to know before booking.

The location was superb. It was so pleasant to be within easy walking distance of many restaurants & so many of the top attractions: the Old Town, Garibaldi Square, the Colline du Château, Promenades des Anglais, Place Massena etc. The appartment was charming & spotless with a lovely balcony, very comfortable bed & very well-equipped kitchenette & bathroom. The staff were exceptionally friendly & helpful. We had wonderful communication from Andreia before our arrival. She also had very helpful tips for our holiday. Thank you so much, Edel

This hotel even exceeded our expectations. It's even better than in the photos! Very cozy and clean. It really has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Even little things like a nail file, snacks, welcome treats. Everything looks brand new and spotless. The room has a kitchen, all utensils, tea, coffee There is a safe, hairdryer, fridge, air conditioning. Very convenient location in the center of Nice. Despite this, the room is quiet. There are also blackout curtains if you want to sleep during the day. Convenient access to the train station and airport. The hostess of the hotel was very kind and hospitable. And she was always in touch and responded quickly to any requests. We will definitely return to this hotel. And I recommend everyone to visit it! This is the perfect value for money. I RECOMMEND IT!!!

I spent about 5 days in this apartment with my wife and our 9-year-old daughter. The apartment is very well situated, with several options for transportation, food, supermarkets and shopping nearby. It is located in an apart-hotel, which brings the convenience of being able to buy breakfast (very full and tasty) and have room service. Although small for 3 people, the space is very quiet, clean, organized and all the furniture and equipment look brand new. Another positive point are the staff of the hotel, all very friendly and helpful. You've been a great choice for hosting!

Oustanding helpful staff who were just lovely (thank you). The apartment was perfect for our short stay in Nice with many attractions, cafes etc very closed by. Helpful to have a reception team on site. Very clean apartment with great heating. Overall, a very positive experience.
