Villa vacation rentals in Nice

A wonderful stay with great hosts! Big recommendation!

Beautiful view from the villa which is very peaceful and private. The pool is large and there is plenty of space for sitting and eating outside. It was a great base to travel along the coast and see Monaco, Cannes, Eze, and Nice plus so many other pretty towns. The hosts Guy and Michel were great. They met us and showed us around the villa and then kept in touch to make sure we had settled in. I would highly recommend this villa for a large group/family holiday.

Host was very helpful, accommodating and responsive. The big villa was excellent as were both pools. The small villa was damp and had an odor and the bedrooms were very small. The location was very good as far as getting to many villages but some ubers were not willing to drive to the home. Instructions for the appliances would be helpful. I do not want to sound negative as it is a lovely property but this info would have been helpful to us.

Helene’s property was perfectly located, was in excellent condition and we enjoyed ourselves immensely.

Lisa was a great host and very accommodating during our stay! me and my friends had a fabulous holiday the villa and pool was amazing and perfect for our short trip away!! we will defo visit again!

We had a fabulous family holiday . The hosts Sonja, Guido snr and jr were extremely welcoming . The house was even nicer in real life ! Perfect setting .. we ate outside for most meals .. beautiful outdoor area. Inside is perfectly maintained with old floors , windows, shutters matched with modern facilities . It was perfect for our family ( 6 adults and 8 month old) The pool was a must for the hot August days! The house is a 10 minute walk to the lovely village of Valbonne, bigger than we thought and definitely plenty of cafe Shops and restaurants to suit all. Valbonne is authentic French and has a famous market every Friday ( very busy but worth a visit) The house is also a close drive to Nice, Antibes, Cannes and the beautiful St Paul deVence. We highly recommend this property and the lovely hosts . We hope to return again one day .

Justine’s house was perfect for our two families of younger and older children. Extremely well appointed with everything needed and immaculately clean. The pool with a fence was a big plus with younger children. We would stay again!

It is a comfortable and cozy home with amazing views. A large piece of land all around and terraces everywhere. Everything is generously present and we ( 6 adults) felt right at home. Host responds quickly and reception from Laurent was warm. We enjoyed it. Thank you for this.

We had a wonderful family stay at Renee's place. The views are absolutely stunning so it was always a pleasure to be in the gardens, especially for meal times. The house is beautiful with amazing spaces. The open kitchen and living area was so perfect for what we wanted for our trip, which was to spend time with family who had travelled from the US. Cooking and being together before meal times and then relaxing together in the evening over a movie. The pool is great and because it is in a separate area down multiple stairs from the main garden, we could play with our toddler without worrying about him making a beeline for the pool. Our bed was really comfortable, as were the sofas and the kitchen is really well equipped, with also a barbecue. The location suited us really well since we had a car and we really enjoyed exploring the riviera. Highly recommended! Keith

This was absolutely amazing stay! Villa is just gorgeous and has everything you need! Spotless clean and very light inside, big swimming pool for the whole family! Very close to beaches, Nice and Antibes. We loved all the details of the villa and would absolutely go back!

We booked late, but feel very lucky, the reviews and comments about the villa and the lovely Agnes (who was looking after us during our holiday) are spot on. From the moment the electric gates closed behind our car, we felt we were in a little oasis. Agnes popped round to welcome us and gave us some really insightful tips about the area and was always available if we had questions. Nearby Tourrettes is truly charming. We had my 2 1/2 YO grandchild with us and she loved the pool and the open plan, air conditioned living/dining room for naps. The house is on multiple levels with each bedroom having its own character, but all are very comfortable. You get sun all day but also the area has dark skies, I haven't seen the milky way in years. The kitchen is very well equipped, you could easily host a dinner party (and use the inside and outside bars!). We'd definitely stay again.

Peter and Kristin are wonderful hosts,we were greeted in person by them and introduced to all important tings around the house. Peter was always very easy to reach and very helpful whenever we had any questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Valbonne in Peter's villa that is equipped with everything you need, it is incredibly spacious, quiet and in a great location to reach many places around the côte d'azure. We were travelling with our son of 2.5 years and Peter and Kristin provided us with a crib and a high chair for him. Many thanks to these amazing hosts, we had the best time and would always return.

Christian’s place is the perfect escape. Located high up with stunning views over the local countryside. It is a very peaceful location and great for relaxing by the pool. The accommodation is modern with a well equipped kitchen and comfortable living areas. There is a veranda for eating al fresco. The grounds are large with plenty to keep young children entertained(trampoline, swings, basketball hoop and lawn for football. One feature we really appreciated was the fully fenced pool with child proof gate. This gave us a sense of security as our 3 year old could not get to the pool ( there is also a pool alarm). The pool was clean and well maintained. The beach is a bit of a journey from the villa but we were able to find parking at all the beaches and in the middle of August. Overall a fantastic property!

We had a lovely stay at the villa - very pretty, well equipped and well located. The place is more quiet and peaceful, and the natural light in the whole house is very nice. Alexandre received us very well and was super responsive for the duration of the stay. However, we had a misunderstanding about the pool temperature before we arrived - the Smart Family team committed to correcting the description in the equipment list to avoid future confusion. If you rent the house in winter, try to make sure you have enough gas cylinders for the fireplace for the duration of the stay (main source of heat in the living room). We also had some inconvenience with the hot water tank. We are confident that the team would have been responsive to remedy it but decided not to disturb them since it was Christmas. I would recommend this house, and would be happy to return someday!

Beautiful house and surroundings. The gated pool made us feel safe with our young kids. Ideal house for families.

The house is superb and the place is peaceful. We were delighted with our weekend, we would have liked to extend the stay to enjoy the pool longer. Juan is very welcoming and takes care of his guests. Thanks again for the excellent stay, I would 100% recommend it!

The house is fantastic: the view is amazing, overlooks an extremely quiet place with views of the pine forest then in the distance, the sea view. The spacious house is equipped with everything you need, nothing is missing. Definitely recommend!

Åsa & Chris’ villa is beautiful. We had 2 weeks with family and friends and it was perfect for this. Plenty of space for 9. House is very well equipped and pool was a beautiful size and lovely to cool off in the heat. The kids had a blast swimming and the rubber rings for the small children were ideal. The garden and loungers were enjoyed throughout the day and the outdoor sofa was perfect for evening drinks. There were multiple areas for eating, the shaded dining table was particularly good for getting out of the direct sun. Åsa and Chris welcomed us on arrival and gave us all the information we needed to enjoy our stay. They were super responsive throughout and dealt with a couple of issues quickly. Lovely groceries, bakery, butchers in walking distance and plenty of supermarkets a short drive away. Enjoyed trips to Agay, St Tropez, St Raph & Frejus although v hot so spent most time enjoying the villa.
