Loft vacation rentals in Nice

Cute little place! It's described as a loft but please note it is a STUDIO apartment with a small upstairs space they have pushed an extra bed into (I opted to sleep downstairs). It's just not much of a loft space. But it's a great place in a great location. I walked everywhere and easily found my way back. Lots to do nearby. My only complaint was that you have to meet the host or his daughter to check in, which made it difficult to just be able to check in as needed...they use a lock box to check out with but I don't know why it couldn't be used for check-in too. It would be nice to have that flexibility. But the host was very kind and even worked wiht me on when I messed up my dates and had to change them. It was a great stay!

I had an amazing stay at Anthony's in the heart of Nice! The location could not be better – it's right in the center, with everything you could need just steps away. From trendy cafes and local shops to the beautiful Promenade des Anglais and beach, everything is within easy walking distance, which made exploring Nice incredibly convenient. The apartment itself is stylish, spacious, and spotlessly clean. The host has clearly put a lot of thought into the decor, with lovely touches that made it feel like a home away from home.

It was one of the finer stays at an Airbnb for me. I came for a work exposition at the hall where the Cannes film festival takes place. It was 15 minutes walk away, so an enjoyable walk. I loved the window over the bed, my wife and I were lucky to enjoy a full moon shining through. We were there in the winter, and =were very pleased with how well the heater worked! The place was super cozy. I wish I had asked for some basics. We stayed for 5 nights and would've liked to change the sheets once, and have a new set of towels half way through. The fridge was absolutely empty and there were no toiletries when we arrived. So the next day, my wife and I got groceries and we felt right at home every morning. I know that had I asked early enough, they would have been very ready to do the necessary to make us happy. One thing I'd do better is mark the keys! There's 3 of them to get your head around and it can be a bit frustrating to lock and unlock the door.

This was our third stay in Claudie's loft and it was as great as ever. We have two teenage children and they loved hanging out on the mezzanine sofa when we weren't out and about. The weather was mixed this October but there is still so much to see and do in the area. We went on a couple of fab hikes (there are many and you can start them directly from Nirvana loft), visited Monaco and Menton and then went over to Italy for a quick pizza. Some Shopping in Nizza, Gelato and watching the surfers in Cannes (the sea was rough on the other side) and a visit to the Picasso Museum in Antibe when the rain hit us. Everything is close by and we already miss the cool and cozy atmosphere of the flat. Waking up to this excellent view and picking up some baguettes and pastries from the village bakery every morning was just awesome - once again. In other words - Nirvana Loft is just a fantastic place to stay:)

The loft was cosy, and homey. A feelhome feeling. Top notch. Recommended for a next stay.

Centrally located, quiet (at least, in January), comfortable, tastefully renovated and nicely laid out.

Well located, with beaches and restaurants close by. The place was very clean and the hosts were very helpful.

The apartment is in a good location a short walk from lots of local amenities. As as host, Martina is excellent with lots of communication before and during the stay, with information about the apartment. We will hopefully use the apartment again next year.

Another stay at Cristel’s wonderful apartment which I love coming back to when in Cannes! Convenient location, beautifully appointed and cosy, Cristel thinks about everything her guests may need and so much more. She’s a wonderful and kind host, always welcomes me on arrival and comes to see me off when I leave. Thank you Cristel for another enjoyable stay and see you next year.

We stayed at Jill's for about 10 days and had everything we needed. It's centrally located, very close to a boulangerie, grocery stores, and restaurants—less than a 5-minute walk to the train station and about a 15-minute walk to the Promenade des Anglais. The loft itself is well-equipped and comfortable. Many thanks to Jill for saving us from a tight spot at the beginning of our trip. We're very grateful for her help and for being flexible with us. She's an amazing host.

Beautiful apartment with an amazing view of the local church tower and the water. We couldn’t spend enough time on the patio! The location is perfect, because you don’t have to wheel your luggage up and down the steps in the pedestrian zones, but you are so close to all the restaurants and charm of old town VSM

This place was absolutely spectacular! Breathtaking views, perfect location, and very friendly host! Definitely recommend!

A great place to stay, it’s a few minutes walk down the steps into the centre of Monaco (and there are escalators for most of the way back up!). The place is great - just like the photos, clean and modern. Philippe was super helpful with anything we needed. Overall I would highly recommend staying here. If we return to Monaco we will see if this apartment is free first!
